The place is going back downhill fast screaming at your employees over intercoms while they are busy and dealing with afternoon rushes and the employees have to stop respond and ask them to hold on upsetting and degrading work environment if you as me the new night shift person is absolutely the worst he rushes you yells at you and impolite and there’s never any hot food out we’re stuck getting cold sandwiches upsetting to say the least when you’re grabbing a quick bite as a regular I must say they need to bring back the familiar faces that’s care about their customers and went above and beyond for them now I understand why so many employees walked out and left the place unoccupied a few months back get it together 711 before you lose a 3 year regular customer

One of the few places around open 24 hours. It's on the way home so a convenient stop as I work graveyard. Always clean and the employees are chill.

Even in the chaos of the renovation, there was one staff member that stood out. Joseph has always gone above and beyond to make you smile before you leave the store. He is always moving and making sure everything looks clean and nice. Great place. (Not to mention when hes working he sings with the music and he has a great voice? Like wow.)

Overall the store owner is very nice and friendly and I love going in to buy items. But just recently I was sitting in my car in the parking lot waiting for my boyfriend to come back out to car when I noticed several fairly large rats running back and fourth from the big rody bush next to garbage area on the side of building to the cardboard container just a few feet away and along the building. Mind you I'm in the furthest parking spots over by the 7 eleven sign and can see the rats quite well running/walking back and fourth. Hopefully they can take care of that soon cause those were really close and huge.

this used to be a great place that a lot of people in our community loved. Now there are new owners I believe and they got rid of all of the original employees that this small community has grown to know and love. I think it is awful that they took employment away from some very good people. myself and at least a dozen of my acquaintances and their families will not be spending any more money at this location.

This 7-11 is so much better since the new owner took over. The staff is super nice and helpful. Goldy is super great too! He is really friendly and always tries to help you out. He goes above and beyond for sure.

I love my local 7-eleven in Ferndale. They always have great deals going on. I just bought a 12 pack of white claw which is normally $23 and some change, but with my rewards card I got $5.00 off. The staff is always super friendly and helpful especially Goldy. Great service. Great people.

The cashiers are amazing here, I'm glad they got rid of the rude cashier. The remodeling is great, it looks a lot nicer and cleaner. Hotdogs, pizza, sandwiches, etc. are delicious. Good job 7/11, doing fantastic!

New management and newly remodeled! We recently started coming back to this 7-Eleven after the new management had taken over. We came here Halloween night and everything is clean, food is fresh, and the employees (Paul and Nagra I believe their names were) were extremely helpful going above and beyond for us. This should be the example store for all 7-Elevens. Looking forward to coming back here often!

I rarely post on public forms but I just had to for this 7 Eleven. In honesty, I have been going to this place for over 4 years now, but it wasn’t until this year (2022) that they remodel the place and had a new manager. The guy is absolutely greedy and money hungry. He uses false advertisement on various product and when you ask him about it… he simply doesn’t know or can’t give you a straight answer. For instance, with any kind of advertisement made by the official 7-Eleven website like “$1 coffee or get 2 for 1 free”, he doesn’t care not obliged to those kind deals. He look down on customers as if those that try to use those kinds of deals are lowly poor people. I have been in Ferndale for years now but the 7-Eleven here have been getting worse day by day!

Female worker with many facial piercings was yelling at her co worker to serve my friends and i when we were waiting in line. He was busy making food for other costumers. We were not mad or impatient, but her yelling and nagging at him rubbed me the wrong way. We are frequent costumers, we come to this 7-11 at least 3-5 times a week. This particular 7-11 has always been the best in my opinion, and the new owners seem amazing and have really improved the place! (However my friends and i are upset that the blue rasberry flavour is no longer available for slurpees) but some of the new workers are just off feeling and kind of rude. While we were in line we accidentally got in the way of the female worker, and my friend apologized and all the worker did was glare at us and stomp by. I love this 7-11 greatly and they've always had the nicest workers, but this just made me sad and frustrated to see.

Been coming to this store since I was a child. Allah and his team have served the community well over the many years they were there! Want to wish him all the best and say thank you for everything. As he passes the torch we see yet another great owner enter the community. Jack is a very motivated, giving and positive businessman. For anyone that has seen what he's done with the Lakeway store its quite the operation. I think Ferndale will love the community-first mindset he brings as well as the newly renovated store that is sure to catch the eyes of all. New owner Jack Padia is an amazing person who cares about our serving community to the best of his abilities. The remodel makes the old 7-11 look like a store from this century for a change, and the new self serve hot food streamlines the wait at the counter. If you gave up on this 7-11 under the old ownership I think that it is time to give it a second chance.

Wow! I walked into the store and was welcomed by a literal party. Excited to see what the new owner does with the place. They've been really friendly and kind so far....wonderful costumer service as well :) Great store, really convenient too!

Since ownership transferred, this store has become a very hostile place to visit. Here are some things that I have experienced or been told of by friends and neighbors:- Employees add items to purchases without asking first- Employees give incorrect prices- When totals are incorrect, more than quoted, employees become argumentative if asked to give a refund- Female customers get ignoredI got to convenience stores for milk and bread, and the occasional snack. I don't care about being treated like royalty there; I just want to get in and get out, like most other people. Really just dumbfounded that any store would adopt this approach.

Taylor has been bullying a friend of mine, telling her she needs to fix her face because she looks like a B word or other snarky comment. I don’t think it’s right that an adult is being aloud to talk to minors rudely like this. I know you may think that because we are Highschool students we may have done something for her to be so hostile but my friend never did anything wrong, even if she did your workers should not be speaking to children like that.

Worst 7 eleven I have ever been too. They run out of bags. Really its a store and no bags. They make you wait until they feel like they want to help. Out of smokes all the time.day shift guy calls you buddy instead of sit. I am 60. Not your buddy. Call me sir or mister.

I'm so glad that Jack has taken over this location. I have seen him take pride in his Lakeway store. I have consistently seen him donate food to the hungry, coffee to the cold and a smile and kind word to anyone who needed it. He will be an asset to the Ferndale community. He is one of the most honest and caring business people I have ever come across. 🖤

I would leave zero stars if I could. Went in earlier today to purchase a drink that was listed on the shelf as $2.99. When they rang it up, it showed as 20 cents more and when I pointed it out to them they became hostile and tried to blame their vendor for not replacing the tag, while refusing to honor the price that was listed. When I asked for the name of the owner or the store number so that I might complain about their dishonest business practices they refused. Have since filed a corporate complaint which was then escalated to a higher department. Hands down the worst place, and people, I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I don't know who is running this place... but they don't have a clue. The old guy that is scheduled every friday night and most weekend nights BY HIMSELF needs to go! He doesn't see people steal, he doesn't notice when he has a line of 10 people winding around the store while he has his back to the counter singing to himself. This is a common thread in a lot of places right now, it's up to management to not run their business into the ground and pay for people that are worth having work. This guy... not worth whatever you're paying him. period.

The local 7-11 has had a major upgrade in looks as well as new additions to the hot food case. Before I could only guarentee hot food on week days and even then only later in the morning. Now i have seen plenty of new hot food everytime I've come in and so far customer service has been professional and friendly. I have been going to the store for years under the previous owner and it looks like that will continue under this new one.

Just a normal convenience store. Good location for high school students although they must leave Their backpacks at the door to prevent stealing. Owner is nice but he also hit me while backing his car up so take that as you will.

I went into the 711 in ferndale and i was treated very good by this one worker named Liz she treated me like a actual person and not how most cashiers treat people i would love to go to this 711 again as long as i get treated like that by all the workers not just liz. But yet again shoutout to Liz she was a superstar

The new owners have made this store a place that I now enjoy stopping into. The remodel brought the place up to date. I have lived in Ferndale for 4 yrs now and I didnt visit the store alot before, but now i stop by almost every day. It's more welcoming then before. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family
