I very much appreciate the care provided to my dog. He needed his two lower molars removed due to abscess. Starting with Tracy at the front desk who provided lots of love and comfort to my dog (and me too really), to Dr Rob performing the surgery and communicating extra findings, to the nurse who helped with the procedure and kept me informed throughout his time there. My dog is recovering well and I know he was in good care. I am eternally grateful!

They were very helpful with our dog who had an ear infection. Have been our vet of choice for the last few years... and they have just opened the newly refurbished office!For Christmas, our sweet dog got into something... and diarrhea and vomiting... so the vet got us in a quick visit... messy day after Christmas.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY LAST VISIT HERE WITH THE VETERINARIAN NAMED KARLEN. I CAME FOR A URINALYSIS. SHE LIED TO ME SEVERAL TIMES TO MY FACE ABOUT TRYING TO GET ONE AND IT NEVER HAPPENED. KARLEN WAS NOT HERE FOR WHAT I SCHEDULED FOR AND SHE CERTAINLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME AND MY PET. SHE PRESSURED ME TO DROP MONEY FOR VACCINATION. MY VISIT WAS NOT ABOUT THAT. I SENT AN EMAIL PRIVATELY TO THE COMPANY EXPLAINING WHAT WAS HAPPENING. RECEPTIONIST SAID THEY WILL SEND IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON TO REVIEW IT. ITS ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I'VE HEARD FROM NO ONE. I WANT MY REFUND BACK FROM MY LAST VISIT. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. ZERO STARS TO KARLEN.

I have been coming here for 10 years and recommend to anyone that asks about veterinary services. The veterinarians (and the majority of the staff) are outstanding. Caring and compassionate.However, if price is a thing, this isn't a non-profit. I would suggest asking cost of services ahead of time.But it's top notch.Limited hours SaturdayClosed SundaysThey do boarding and grooming as well.

My experience with Twin Lakes Vet has been fantastic. They are clear with communication and pricing. The vets are easy to communicate with via email and are prompt with responses. Sadly I had to euthanize my pet last week and they were very compassionate and thoughtful during the whole process. I would highly recommend taking your fur babies here.

it's been hard to "see" the vet with our first appointment during the height of the pandemic and not being allowed in the door. now the construction and limited space, so still not allowed it. grateful the vet took the time to call immediately before and after he examined my cats to talk about things.

We’ve seen Dr. Driscoll exclusively for 5 or 6 years and she genuinely cares for our family and our animals. You won't find another vet anywhere that truly loves and cares about your babies the way that Twin Lakes Vet does. The people and the care here is absolutely incredible. You'll find most people have been coming here for years because it is by far the best place around. Most recently, the owner himself came in on his day off to perform an emergency surgery for my dog that saved her life. I am forever grateful to have these people watching out for my babies!

Great service, staff are very helpful and more importantly take awesome care of our dogs. One of the few places my older lab isn’t scared to go, he feels safe. They are busy so appts can be hard to make so I need to be proactive to book them in advance. Beyond that I would say one of the better vets around.

Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital definitely gets my vote! The staff are all you could ask for…They are consummate professionals as well as kind, compassionate and personable. I appreciate how organized this medical facility is run and their services are very well priced. The staff also never fails to follow up after appointments by phone and text to make sure all is well and any directions for medication, etc. is clearly understood and followed. I highly recommend Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for high quality medical care for their pets.

We LOVE Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital. My 2 dogs and cat all go there. Everyone from the front desk to the vet assistants, techs and doctors have been compassionate and easy to work with. I appreciate that they have been able to see my pets quickly in unexpected situations. It has certainly saved me in more costly, and more time consuming visits to the emergency vet. Another huge bonus is that they work directly with my insurance, Trupanion. At the time of appointment, I only need to pay the portions of the visit my insurance doesn't cover.

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs (a cockapoo shih tzu mix and yorkie, Maltese, and shih tzu mix) to Twin Lakes for years. One of my senior dogs (now 12) has had cancer and more recently dental surgery along with a complication of pneumonia. All of these things were really stressful and a hard time for our dog and our family. He means everything to us. Dr. Au and Dr. Rob provided my dog with such care and I always knew he was in good hands, even in surgery. The nurses and front desk staff have also always been helpful and compassionate. I plan to take all future pets to Twin Lakes. Their service and care is top of the line.
