We brought our 7 y.o. maltese, Kali here years ago when she was still a puppy and they did great with her. Unfortunately, we moved up north for a little bit before settling back down near the area recently. Now we have the addition of Kora, our 2 y.o. maltipoo rescue who we recently added to our family.Despite the fact that Kali is an anxious/very jittery dog and Kora has very limited experiences with groomers, Puppy Village continues to deliver a great experience for the both of them. I’m always satisfied picking them up after appointments! They do a great job every time and have great rates.

As an owner of a mini goldendoodle, you're always looking for the best groomers around to get their cut "just right". We have tried so many different groomers all the way in Bellevue, and I have to say this is the best groomer we've been yet.Daisy is 9lbs and already had shaggy short hair coming to this salon. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job evening out her body and trimmed her face super cute, just like the teddy bear I asked. They were also very timely, though usually grooming takes 3 or more hours understandably, they were able to finish her groom in 1 hour. She's nervous and skittish, flinch a lot during at home grooming so I know she can be challenging, but despite all that she came out so well groomed! The gifted bandana to finish off her look is just too precious. I highly recommend this salon for any high maintenance dogs, they really are so skilled in grooming these long haired dogs!

[After & Before] My girls (3/4 Maltese, 1/4 Yorkie) always come back looking perfect! This is the “puppy cut” on them. Expect 2-3 hours of grooming. The family of groomers are so kind and experienced. 5/5 stars - worth it :)

Puppy Village is the only place I trust and am comfortable leaving my precious pup. They do an excellent job grooming! Cookie goes in a bit ragged and comes out absolutely gorgeous!

I been taking Umi here since her first haircut 1 year ago.They’re easy to schedule with and are flexible too, as long as you book in advance. The groomers are very good with Umi and take good care of her. They always give Umi the best haircuts too! Would definitely recommended.

I normally grind my dogs’ nails myself, so we were nervous to visit a grooming place. My two dogs had nail cuts and anal gland expressions. One of them was acting out and gave the groomer hard time, but the owners and groomers were professional and so gentle. The price was very reasonable as well especially compared to large pet shops. Def recommend!

We bring our dog Bandit here every now and then, and the people are fantastic. They are so polite and professional that they even saved our dog from bolting out the door, and they were very patient with Bandit. I would 100% recommend this business over any other shop I've been to.

My dog has never liked the groomer but loved this place! The staff is all incredibly friendly, personable and kind. They were so thorough grooming my sweet pup. They clearly took their time and are meticulous. The best nail trim she’s ever had in 3 years and all reasonably priced. Thank you!

Absolutely best breeder around. We bought our maltipoo from Michael, when we took her to our vet for a wellness check it was discovered that she had a rare hernia in her groin. Michael arranged to have the surgery performed by his vet at no charge to us when she was old enough to have the surgery.We would definately recommend puppy village puppies.

*The package was never opened,and I've never asked for a refund. Please don't lie.The reason your business received a one star is because of your poor customer service. You can clearly tell that the treats were from your store and the treats were un opened (Why would you lie that the treats were opened?) I have politely asked if could be exchanged not refunded because they haven't been opened. I just wanted to exchange to a different treat that I can feed my puppy because there are certain ingredients that I do not feed my puppy.Why are you lying in the comments? I have never asked for any money, and the treats were not opened.I will make sure to let a lot of people know that you guys not only have poor customer service, but also write false information in the comments you make yourself look good.

The best dog groomers around. My wife and I routinely bring in our 2 Shih Zus in and every time we pick them up, our hearts drop! They are always so handsome and adorable when they are groomed! The owner and employees are extremely patient and very kind! Thank you so much for being so good to Rocco and Chopper! <3

My family Love Puppy Village. They were so patient and loving to Rascal. He was just a baby and shaking because it was his first visit to the groomers. They took their time and made sure he was comfortable. They always make every visit about him and how he feels. If you not only need a groomer but want to make sure who your leaving your dog with will show them as much love as you do Puppy Village is the place.

Best dog groomer we've found in Federal Way yet by a huge margin. Picked up our somewhat high strung Pomeranian and he couldn't have been more at ease and happy. Which means everything when you have a somewhat high strung puppy. You can tell they legitimately love their doggy customers. Be ready with your dogs vaccination records because they will check - which is super important and why all our dogs will be going here from now on.

I called this establishment to ask for assistance and advice to help me find my missing teacup chihuahua. I spoke with 2 different individuals. I love this place so much! They always do such a great job and don't keep my dog all day, like most other places. Very friendly every time I go in and the pup doesn't get too anxious, which tells me they're gentle with him.

Would recommend the dogs there for grooming, shampoo, conditioning, nails & they do great job specially at grooming for reasonable price. Great to see all the dogs enjoying the place. Some dogs come from far (1 to 1& half hours away) because the dogs feel safe & secure

My wife and I have gone to a couple different groomers in the FedWay area and our little one was upset after her grooming appointment. Awesome! I love this place! I take my fur kids for wash and nail clipping on a regular basis. The people are so gentle and caring; my kids love to go there, and are always smiling when I pick them up.
