GIVE US PROPER BAGS! I can’t stand that you took away plastic bags, for the sole reason of these paper ones constantly ripping. A hole through the bottom, handles tear, getting ripped while pulling out of the dispenser because they stick together, and I’m sure there are other possible tears. ITS ABSURD! I get that you need to charge per the state, but with something like a payment, I’d expect the bags not to be so terrible(good pun). Also, expecting me (and many others) to remember my own bag is insanity. I can’t remember my drive to the store, I’m lucky if I remember to take my wallet out of the car before going in! Otherwise, the store is great! But having this much of a lack of care for your customers is certainly deserving of the low rating. Be better.

Had a great experience with Jennifer who works togos/pickups today. She helped me find a product that I’ve been on the lookout for and went above and beyond at her job. It’s amazing when you get good customer service but it’s mind blowing when you actually get someone who helps you so immensely. With lots of options of places to shop I'm glad that we stopped into this store and was helped above and beyond! Hopefully this reaches the right people.

Always have shopped here, but bow they put in a useless gas station that not many people use and now it's always hard to find parking. Big mistake trying to fleece your customers with over inflated fuel prices. Shame.

Usually great service but tonight loooong lines at self checkout and no cashiers!! Zero!!!4 employees standing around laughing and talking to each other while customers wait for help while being ignored by 4 employees standing 6 feet away. I asked where the cashiers are one employee said they have one and that person stepped outWhat?!?!Completely self service like a discount store but at far from discount store prices!!Come on QFC!!! Step it up!!!

Store is clean, employees are very nice but their ability to load a reusable grocery bag leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that they are used to plastic disposable bags but it's really not that hard to load a reusable, insulated, bag properly. I always end up repacking at my car so that items aren't being crushed and so I can actually close the bag. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying.

I ordered a cake 3 days prior to needing it. When is show up to pick it up the DAY of the event they don’t have it. Claim that they have no record of it. How is that possible? I made my order IN PERSON to ensure there was no miscommunication. Unfortunately a lot of time when I go to QFC bakery there is a sign that says no baker is there and to ask for someone at the front of the store…Which happen to me. I couldn’t do anything else but accept the pink cake for my fathers birthday that they had. They didn’t even offer to make things right. Just said sorry we hope you’ll continue to shop here. I really don’t know if I will. I certainly won’t order anymore cakes from them since they are ok to leaving me hanging.

Went in to use the coinstar machine, went to get in line to check out, lines down the aisles, so I go to self checkout. Self checkout says they can't do it... pretty poor customer service. Won't return to this store. Ever.

This is a super clean place, I appreciate that. But I really cannot move past the unfriendly staff and security personnel. My family and I shop at this location at least once a week and many of the staff treat us like we are we are theives. Even though we have never been anything other than good patrons, the staff are rude and the guards follow us around the store everytime we go in to buy groceries. Once I blatantly caught the guard hiding behind an end cap watching me after he followed me around the perimeter for ten minutes. I avoid this place at all costs.

The store advertised they are open at 5 am it says so on the banner. Google says they are open. I walk every where. I have no vehicle. So when I show up to grocery store to shop and see workers inside and it is now 5:30 the store is still not open. This is ridiculous

I really wish I could leave 0 stars. I was treated so badly by Howard the "wine steward" I just couldn't believe it. I was buying something behind the counter that I had to request from him & also loading money on my prepaid debit card. He acted as if I was beneath him and was taking up his valuable time. I was polite and respectful even during his incredible disrespect. He basically called me stupid in front of other customers.

Everytime I go here there's almost nobody available to help. Waited almost 10 minutes at the meat and seafood counter and nobody there. Some guy with nametag Howard walked right by me and into the department and didn't even ask if I needed help, kept going. Great customer service! The management at this store needs to go.

Horrible customer service. An employee had a cart of pedialyte he was stocking on the shelves and I asked if he had any mixed fruit flavor. He told me to come back in a few minutes. So I decided to go to safeway instead since it was such an inconvenience to read the flavor labels on the boxes and answer my question. Rude, horrible service.

Seems like faint praise, but any grocery store is better than Fred Meyer in Everett.What I like about this Everett store is that the store shelves plan is nearly identical to the Bellevue Square store that I travelled for 20 years. So it’s comfortable.The produce section is well-stocked with fresh produce. There are artisan breads and cheeses, although this store lacks a cheese steward.Not the boutique store that B’vue is but a small step away.Employees are obviously very well trained in customer service, which seems to come naturally to them.Ample parking. Well-lighted with clean aisles.

This QFC is easily accessible by foot, automobile and public transit -- an Everett local #7 and a Swift both stop in front of the store -- making it good spot for grocery shopping.The store has been consistently clean and well-lit. The employees are friendly and happy to assist with any questions. Plenty are patient with customers paying in multiple ways (EBT, cash/change, gift card, etc). As has been noted, baggers are sometimes not the best, but I acknowledge I am fairly particular about it, too.Sales tags for items are clearly marked, and the store does a fine job of making sure its sales are front and center, a helpful thing. Prices are generally a bit higher overall than Safeway, or Walmart located by Everett Mall, but advantage card and coupons can help offset some of that.Alcohol selection seems adequate, at least on a beer and liquor and spirits level. The wine selection is good, especially with a solid assortment of Washington wines. If you're looking for a quick red blend, in particular, their selection is sizable.The store does participate in Instacart grocery delivery, but I have not tested this service yet.The premises has a Redbox and a Coinstar inside the store. You can also purchase and add e-purse value to an ORCA card at the customer service area, located in their liquor and spirits section.

nice grocery store, a little pricey. Store clerk rubbed me the wrong way because they refuse to sell quarters to their customers anymore which is a pretty standard thing to be offered from a store if this size. Still, everyone else is very kind in this store.

I've shopped at this store for years, but lately it seems like this store is either going out of business or doesn't want to be in business. Severely reduced hours compared to all other QFC and Safeway grocery stores Everett.
