This is the weirdest Dollar Tree I have ever visited.Nothing in the store is organized and I could literally see everything on the floor and all the boxes left there .Went in to buy some things and didn't feel like staying for even 2 mins .Hope they'll improve the store.

This store is completely trashed. I went in yesterday afternoon and all of the aisles were in complete disarray, next to nothing was organized, and there were boxes everywhere. They were clearly in the process of transitioning Valentine's Day to Easter and St. Patrick's Day but the boxes everywhere is a major safety hazard. There were even boxes in front of the only register open. Management at this store should be embarrassed and ashamed. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Even though I saw at least four or five employees throughout the store, including two in the back loudly cussing about how they weren't going to be able to leave on time, only one register was open, with a line going down an aisle. The two stars are only for the poor cashier who remained smiling and friendly the entire time. I hope she reads this and learns she can get higher wages at a Walgreens for the same job but minus the trashed store, safety hazards and unprofessional coworkers. It makes me wonder how many OSHA violations are in their backroom.There's another Dollar Tree further down the road I've had much better experiences with, I'd recommend avoiding this store at all costs and going there.

I'm not sure WHAT is going on with this store lately, but it is ALWAYS TRASHED!!! It used to ALWAYS be clean, organized and well stocked.... But over the past several months it has turned into a TRASH HEAP!! It ALWAYS looks as though someone ransacked their store and destroyed every aisle!! Whoever is running this store now either doesn't know what they are doing, or doesn't care!! It is very shocking that they would allow this store to fall into such disrepair and chaos!!! I'm surprised that they are even able to stay in business!!If you are looking for a Dollar Tree to shop at you might want to skip this one and visit a different one close by. You most likely won't be able to find what you are looking for here anyways, because they don't even unpack their boxes of inventory and restock the shelves, they just leave boxes piled high down every aisle!!! Customers have resorted to tearing the boxes of inventory open themselves, to search for what they are looking for!! It's a DISASTROUS MESS!!!! 😰

This store has become a huge WRECK. I loved going here for convenience of location, but it's way off-putting to see any store in this state. Hard to find things on most aisles, items on the floors, abandoned U-boats with product boxes. Looks like an elementary school class ran through and got to do whatever they wanted. These pics are just a small segment of this store. Feel free to visit and see the mess for yourself. A person in a wheelchair (for example) would NOT be able to maneuver this store safely. There's trash everywhere, the floor is disgusting, and you can't usually find what you're looking for. Encourages theft by keeping everything messy and there's usually a weird crowd around at dark.It's one thing to be understaffed and wait in a line for a bit longer, but the mess is caused by starting 6 projects at once with no intent or ability (due to lack of staff) to finish them and then starting others. Had to wait in line for 20+ minutes a few weeks back, line down the aisle because only one employee was there. He was managing great, but shouldn't have been stuck in the situation. Would recommend going to the other Dollar Tree by QFC opposed to this hurricane survivor.

They have SO. MUCH. STUFF!!! This Dollar Tree has more inventory than any store like it that I've ever visited. The staff are very friendly, too! Great location with ample parking.

Dec. 2023: Sad this store is getting a rare one-star review for the second time. Usually consistency is good. This time it's for a different reason and deserves a negative number of stars for not taking time to recover following the apparent sharknado that nearly cleared shelves and rearranged most of the inventory. Saw only one employee, which is no doubt the contributing factor. It was unshoppable and I don't say that lightly. I feel sorry for whoever had to get it back in order.Circa 2021:I have met some of the kindest employees at Dollar Tree stores. Last week, I met the rudest at this store. I made the mistake of wanting to purchase something when there was 10 minutes left until close. She harassed me over the loud speaker that they were closed until I left in tears of frustration. Without the two bags I wanted to buy. By the time I got settled in my car and was backing out it was still over five minutes until close. I don't expect too much beyond minimal politeness but that was unlike anything I've experienced. Thank goodness there's a Dollar Tree on every corner so I can go to any number of other ones. Hate to see how she treats her poor employees!

Apparently they stopped selling helium balloons after 9 PM. The other dollars tree’s in the area do not have such made up rule.

Even though this poor store gets such excellent people through here, the employees are always nice.The manager is always helpful and has an awsome work ethic even though I can see he is spread out all over. Dollar Tree really needs to give their staff more hours to clean up their stores. Not fair to anyone.I will be back.

This dollar tree needs some help, it may not be the worst I have been to but its right up there with the worst its so messy it has aisles that are roped off with carts of boxes of product that probably needs to go on shelves because they are out of so many things you have to wonder if there in the aisle you can't get to, they have shipping carts by the check stands full of items i think go back on the shelves the other aisles are a mess with stuff on the floors shelves with garbage and all kinds of broken items and open items and things in places that should be somewhere else I'm going to take a few pictures and add them later and I always see at least a few people working every time I go in there and only one cashier no matter how long the line is at the one register and I always wonder where the other people are you don't see them stocking the shelves or opening up the other register so If I was going to one of these stores I Don't think I would go to this one go to 128th or mill creek, they really cleaned 128th up it used to look like this one does now or go to this one and you will see what I'm talking about either way good luck.

You should probably take down signage that is clearly for customers on your bathroom door that clearly marks it as a customer bathroom, if you're going to tell/lie to your customers that you don't have customer bathrooms. Due to laziness? Don't want to clean them? Who knows? Employee - Deedee

I was there with kids and the store manager constantly yelling on my kids as if they gone steal, I felt really angry. I am a working mom and have 0 intetest on taking stuff for free. He discomfort creat unnecessary noise. This store is very close to my house but I will never go there. His focus on us makes me to think like he is a racist!

There was ONLY one cashier with a very very long line. There were boxes everywhere you could not even walk down the aisles don't you think they should put away merchandise on the shelves at night as so the customer's can walk freely.

This was my go to store, but with the homeless population coming into the store to get warm, steal and trash the place I now go elsewhere. I've been in the store when police are there trying to get a homeless person to leave without making a scene and unfortunately the staff and the store suffer. Recently the store changed their hours back to open at 9am so hopefully with more traffic in the parking lot the homeless situation will get resolved.

This store SMELLS SO BADLY OF BLACK MOLD!!!! IT ALMOST MAKES ME SICK EVERY TIME I GO HERE! THE EMPLOYEES STEREOTYPED ME WHEN I VERY FIRST WALKED IN BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE MY MAKEUP DONE I AM OUTRAGED! I rated them 1 stars because they over charged me. During checkout, I questioned the associate ( Norse is the name on my receipt) because I watched him ring up the same item twice. On my receipt, there it was, charged 2x. When I questioned the store, I spoke with Laurie, she said I could choose another item because they don’t give refunds. Okay, we’ll you just scammed me then. I told your staff that you overcharged me, and ring me up twice. He said he didn’t. And you tell me to choose another item. I wanted my money back. Now I have to contact my bank. Also rated them a 1 due to the lack of staff. My preferred stores are Mukilteo and Lake Stevens. They also have a larger selection.

Upon walking in I thought this store was broken in to as it was a complete messy disaster. Talked to another person shopping there and she said its always like this. What a mess! Does anyone even work here? We left and will go to the Dollar Tree down the street.

This stores hours are constantly changing and it’s never updated online. Currently says it’s open but sign on doors now say not til 11 am. Hey Dollar Tree, your charging 25 cents more for every item I buy in your stores, but your cutting hours I can shop there. Makes no sense! You’re making more money per item but can’t staff the store til 11am everyday. You’re ridiculous and I’m done shopping in your stores.

I love shopping at this Dollar Tree and love that it is close to home. I went in there yesterday June 14. When I got to the register the man at the register was very rude and yelled at me to move over to the next register because he was on his lunch break and is not taking anymore people. As far as the store it's great, but customer service that day was awful.

In addition to being slower than molasses, and gossiping loudly to one another about customers, the people who work at this store are always rude. They also close the store like seven minutes earlier than 9pm even though literally no other Dollar Tree does that. Selection is great if you don’t mind rude slow lazy gossips.

I was treated racist; they were insulting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would like to give this place zero stars; I was shopping in the morning with a baby in a stroller I asked to for restroom in the back but one of employees said for me, this restroom was not for the public. I told the manager what happened to me; she ignored me. I am a customer. They don’t respect me. I couldn’t use the restroom; the restroom was not a big issue for me, but I was treated as racist

The Dollar Tree at Cascade Plaza has consistently good customer service. The corporation needs to hire at least one more person for the middle of day busy hours, though.The selection can waiver, but that's due to weather and the Plague, I think most of the time.I'd like to see the refrigerators that otherstores have. Also the bread selection that they seem to have.All-in-all I think I save hundreds of dollars every year, without much compromise on quality or shopping convenience.Yours truly, Tracy S., Everett

I really like shopping there they had everything I needed somebody in line even bought one last Christmas bag that I was searching for and realized that the last minute! I even watched an employee tagline a whole slew of people even though she was on supposed to go on her break that is pretty cool and I appreciate seeing hard workers like that! Keep up the good work

Dollar Tree at the shopping strip isnt too bad of a spot. Lots of goo deals around, friendly staff, hidden gems hidden throughout the store and plenty of parking. I wish they would have refrigerated goods because other discount stores sell those goods. #localguides

We'll just replying back to the last comment. What I'm about to say is going to sound like I'm being negative , but really anything typing or texting is going to sound vague and the meaning of that means that it will sound rude. But my intentions are not to be rude and if you could hear my tone of voice. I'm a lot more peaceful than the sound of the texting. But I will admit I'm a little bit sarcastic too but in a good way.If you have to keep in mind dollartree is a dollar of products, they get, and the company is cheap.that's why things are unstocked due to customers....why?...Because everything is cheap!If you try working there then maybe you can make it better. If not, I suggest a suggestion and advice is..... Enough already, its a Dollar store.....Duh! I was just trying to give you a hint of "Its Common sense ". say what you want. But my opinion is, nothing is going to change and there's a saying if you don't like it ,then just let it be. Because really its not hurting anybody,"its a store",for crying outloud. it's not always about yourself .it's about other people too .if there are unstocked, it's for a reason. Because people destroy the place and Dollar Tree does not keep an eye on every single customer and their kids or blame people for accidents happening. And if the lines are long then I suggest you tell Dollar Tree customers to hurry up then. Cause it has nothing to do with the cashiers unless they are getting trained. So, stop blaming the store and the workers they have no control over that. Some people are just slow and or have a stick up their butt and wanna argue with the casheir against store policy's.I say just stay positive that's all I can say and just remember it's not the co-workers fault. Dollar tree was a very good store for stuff you can't find any place else,. Like candles with my favorite scent, my favorite chips not found any place but this store. Have just about anything you are looking for. Price is Right.
