Really miss how Dollar Store use to sell hot glue guns, because I use so many items from the store to do projects with. Wish y'all still sold them because you still sell the glue....Anyways. I really appreciate how you are keeping new and up to trend styles in the women's hair care and body and facial and accessories departments. Just one recommendation I wish that everything was still only a dollar.

This Dollar Tree store is very clean and organized. This means the store manager and employees work very hard. When you compare here with another Dollar Tree location at 7601 Evergreen Way, you find my point.

I was able to get several garden items. I picked up cloaches I can use to cover new plants if there's a sudden frost. I bought several kneeling pads. Trimmers, just lots of great items right now.

I was surprised how nice it was, best dollar store I've been to in awhile. Shelves fully stocked. Nice and tidy. Great selection. Couldn't find calendars tho, and that's what I went in for so 4 stars instead of 5 😃

No stars!!! More then once, I have showed up at 8:25-8:30 and the doors were locked. The woman with long dark hair was at her checkstand smirking at not just my daughter's and I but other customers trying to come in. When she came to let the customers out that had been in the store, she had nothing but rude remarks and was rolling her eyes at all of us. I am sure her boss or district manager wouldn't be very happy knowing she is closing early all the time. And I know she isn't the owner.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Not only is the staff full of condescending disrespectful employees, they are also turning people away 25 min before the posted operating hours. The picture I uploaded was taken 15 minutes after I had originally showed up and found that the doors were locked and there were other customers outside wanting to purchase things like myself. Seeing the amount of people outside upset that they were closed so early the manager on shift called the police even though I'm nobody Had done anything wrong. The manager then proceeded to try and have the police trespass. The customers thank God that we have rights the police were unable to accommodate the managers request. Boycott Dollar tree

I give 0 starsMy 70 year old mother was shopping and enjoying herself for a couple hours. I live 2 blocks so I told her to call me when she's done to pick her up. She told me that they harassed her the whole time she was there asking if she is going to buy all the stuff she has in her cart, then tell her they have a special lane for her to pay now then if she wants can go do more shopping, then said I need you to pay for your things now because we don't want to have to put all items back. They made her uncomfortable made her feel like a thief they acted like she was not going to pay or not have enough money of something. There is no law stating you have to buy so many items at a time or there is a time limit to how long you can shop. She ended up paying $85.00for ALL her items. OMG 😱 if she would have told me she was treated in that manner and was uncomfortable being there I would have told her to ring everything up and then tell them she decided she doesn't want anything and walk out. NOBODY should have to feel that way spending money in a public store. My mother survived breast cancer by a sliver she looks 85lbs. No teeth so they thought she looked like a thief because the way she looked is my guess. I can't think of any other reason they would harass her for that matter. I drove her home and went back to the dollar store and asked the employees who was the employee that told my mom she has to pay for her items now she has time limit to shop 1 employee told me yeah it was my manager. I asked to speak to her so I can return all the items and get her money back but UNBELIEVABLY it ONLY STORE CREDIT. Wow right. Employee came back told me that the manager was on lunch break and I would have to confront her after her break. So I did told them a piece of my mind nicely and we will not step foot in that specific dollar tree ever again. I wrote this true honest review to my best knowledge and also called the main dollar tree corporation and told the whole incident that happened and to have a talk with that specific dollar tree on how to treat there customers. They need classes before working with people in the public. Hopefully this will help future cause we or determination of those employees or educate how hospitality works. I will update in 2 months of what they did make sure this was taken care of reasonably. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOLLAR TREE TO ANYONE 😔 SHOP ELSEWHEREGOOD LUCK DOLLAR FREE YOUR GONNA NEED IT 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻GOD BLESS

Moderately good selection but if you don't buy 1 of their bags and use your own they refuse to help load the vag and said that anyone who states that they are not I'll is not to be believed. Very disappointing. Will not go again if I have a choice.

I have been shopping at this store recently because I work in the area. This Dollar Tree is constantly nice and neat. When you first walk in the seasonal items catch your eye because they are very attractively displayed. I always see people stocking the shelves and they have been full and very neat as well. I live close to a store in North Everett and that one is always trashed to the point that you can't see what they have. I am very impressed with the effort that I can imagine they put forth to keep the store clean and stocked. Thank you for all your hard work.

Good afternoon. So I just need to let people know that if you go to the store Dollar store and talk to a lady named Laura, she is really disrespectful. She is a horrible person and she does not treat her employees are employees parents with no respect. so this morning, my son, who is an employee at the dollar store caught out because he has been dealing with headaches and upset stomach and she basically threatened to write him up for not showing up because they were short staff. And she also text him and told my son that they were not no longer need him the rest of the week. And yes, my son did go to the doctor and got the doctors a note to excuse him for today and tomorrow and the doctor said that if he’s not feeling good tomorrow that she will write him a note to excuse him for the rest of the week. I will no longer be shopping at the dollar store and there are some good employees there but Laura is not one that I want to deal with. Thank you

No thanksgiving really. Xmas is getting slim. Candy isle looks full get it now, especially chocolate as will be gone by xmas and going to be in short supply. Chocolate bars got hit again with shrinkflation, so tiny now. No medications on drug isle, empty shelves there

This Dollar Tree next to Staples and Rite Aid on 50th & Evergreen way may be smaller (or it just seems smaller) but it is way way cleaner, better stocked, and doesnt smell like a wet paper bag thats been molding for weeks like the Dollar Tree by Ross on 75th and Evergreen way. I will go out of my way now to go to the 50th street one insead of the one that is more convenient for me to get to (75th street). You guys rock 50th street Dollar Tree keep up the awesome work!

The 75th location is closed, no employees due to unsavory clientele that come in and trash the store. The location across from Claremont Village is open, bright store, some stock low due to shipping issues. Recommend this location for your last minute needs.

It's a Dollar Tree, as far as they go, this one is average. Good selection, low prices, but if you see something you want buy it then, things move fast, and may be gone forever. Great place to buy candies, craft supplies, and many general household goods.

This location has improved! Employees are courteous, well trained and welcoming. Another great Everett community asset!Frequented by many locals, this store, in my (slightly biased🤓) opinion, provides a point of community interaction and good value for the price.Of course the last thing you want to hear while waiting for your turn at the register... "Price check on register 3"😂.

In comparison to other Dollar Trees in the area, this store is Okay. This store is very small, contains fewer items than the Mukilteo Speedway store and always has a crowd. It definitely has a claustrophobic atmosphere to it. With that said, The Evergreen Way Dollar Tree miraculously keeps items stocked on the shelves and the store clean. While the longstanding staff can be unfriendly at times, they sure do a damn good job at keeping this store operational.

The cashier was sooo rude. She charged me for a plastic bag which I had no intention of buying (I had only bought 3 small items), so when I told her I did not want it she looked so disgusted and annoyed, rolling her eyes and said “Oh. my. God. It’s just 8 cents” and “well, you can take your items out and leave the bag!”I couldn’t believe it. Why did she need to snap like that? 8 cents or not, it’s my money. That was so unnecessary and ruined my day :(

The manager and cashier tonight at this location told myself and my son we had LESS THAN 5 MINUTES to be in and out when we walked into the store at 8:50pm January 8th. They said their computer system shuts down at 8:55pm. I said well you should put that on the door than. I used to work at dollar tree & I was 2 types of managers!!! So I know this is a lie!!!! Had they asked us to please just hurry up, I would have been more understanding!!!!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS!!!!!Cashier/manager told my son. I should be more understanding that they have families too and want to go home to them

What an excellent way to save money. One would be surprised at the amount saved. I spent $57 and for every dollar spent I saved two to five dollars. Though with the recent increase, of $0.25 per item, it is still a wonderful way to save money especially with the price of gas. One can actually save enough to cover the increase in gas prices by just getting some of your groceries there.

Absolute worst dollar store in the area. Never appropriately staffed. The line is always wrapped around the store with 1 cashier working. The manager is always to busy out front of the store smoking to be bothered to come in and help. It takes the manager 15 min to bring change to the cashier so that she cam give change to a customer. The cleanliness of the store... Ridiculous.There needs to be better management at this store.

Your average Dollar tree. The customer service here seemed pretty subpar, though the selection was good and it's hard to beat a dollar for the price of anything. It seemed like they had a ton of stock in a wide variety of items, but we stood in line for five minutes while the cashier ignored us and chatted with her co-workers. That was kind of irritating, but otherwise i feel like it's your run of the mill type dollar store.

Worst staff you could possibly hire to run this store. They always argue with customers and rude to those who chose to stay silent. Not sure if I should give it any stars but since I did purchase 2 items. Many times, the time I came in, is a usual time for me. Every single time I am greeted, it's with a sigh and words that they are closing soon. Keeping in mind they close at 9 and it's now almost 8:30. Within a few minutes, the loud speeker comes on to inform all customers that they have just 15 minutes to get their items and get to the register. After 5 minutes, now 10 minutes to be done. Now I'm waiting in line and my entertainment is the cashier laughing and complaining about new customers coming in and "it never fails, we want to close and get out of here and people just keep coming in". So now people are greeted with, " you need to hurry because we are closing". I've managed many customer service businesses from retail to fast food and as an Executive Chef for a hotel restaurant and the number one reason we are all employed is those "annoying customers" who keep coming in and ruin our ability to get out of there. I would hope that the people who are ultimately in charge of this business who work from corporate offices do not have the same attitudes of those at the store level employees. Each and every customer from the first to the final one, gets the exact same experience. I will add that the Marysville and Smokey Point stores usually have up beat employees who actually pleasantly greet their customers and make them feel warm and welcome. There might be one or two from this Everett store who are at least pleasant, but most, especially the closers are completely disrespectful and make customers feel like a bother and that they shouldn't be coming in at this time because the obviously miserable employees want to get away from their job as soon as they can or there whole world will be ruined. These night managers have no business being in charge of a Koolaid stand let alone a store of a large chain of retail stores. Each person in line with me each and every time feel as I do. Be nice if more spoke up. I have other things to do but the length of this review should give a clue as to the importance of this and these managers need another profession or training and strict policies on customer service.

Horrible customer service. Had 4 things to buy. There were two registers open and one of them had a guy with two shopping carts full of items. The other one that was opened was a better choice so I picked that one and after I put my four things down on the counter and when fatty finished ringing up her friend she turned off her light & she said "oh I'm closed I'm going to break". So I just walked out in shock&disbelief without my much needed items . When I called to ask what happened & if they know what poor customer service that is she just said huh? I asked if a manager or ANYONE that cared about customer satisfaction was there... she hung up on me. Well, that answers that. I won't be back as their customer service is terrible they don't seem to care much. I dont return when I walk out. It has to be pretty bad 4 me 2 do all that. Go to the one by Safeway. Or the mall. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I give this place a zero. The cashier was so rude and kept mouthing at me while I had my 3 year old daughter with me all because I said they should really reconsider denying potty training children to use the potty. There also was no baby stuff like soap and oil. I am shocked at how horrible the cashier was! Told me I should consider going to z different store if I have a potty training child!

It says 10p on here but its 9p for closing. In general the store is clean, staff are nice and friendly. Register wise it's always a wait in line. They don't open the other lanes oftern enough. But couple times I have been here towards the end of day and heard staff complaining about getting in trouble about not getting out of store on time. So they rush the customers from 8 to 9p. Every 5 minutes saying the store will be closing. Also walking around reminding you as your shopping to hurry up and get to register. Personally I am not a fan of that type of style of closing I feel that everyone should feel comfortable until the actual store is closed and then employees can work on their closing duties.

I was looking for painting supplies for my youngest sister and i found many supplies, my sister was very happy and excited. Nowadays, there might not be anything worth buying, but it's always nice to shop art supplies at a cheap price, and have a fun project.
