Honestly I just asked to break a twenty dollar bill and the lady refused I constantly shop at this location and this time i didn't need anything. Not another penny to this store for me. I waited in line for ten minutes and it would have taken two seconds to open till.I work in customer service as well and we are always willing to break change for members that don't buy anything! Sad for our small town.

If you're passing through and can make it to the next stop I would do so. The employees were so rude. I was waiting for the bathroom walked right up in front of me and went in as the other person came out. When I said I was next the first ,a blonde haired woman said in an incredible rude tone, said they'd been waiting 10 minutes for it when I had already been standing there for 5 without another soul in sight. I intend to report it to corporate ASAP.

Scott was friendly and helpful. He gets all three stars. The store? Maybe one. Candy and produce overpriced. No real deli dept. I was looking forward to fresh fried chicken and cut to order deli meat and cheese.

This is a really good small Safeway. Every department is squeezed into a compact store. The deli is apparently a single hot and cold table, with deli trays and occasionally whole chickens. But it's well stocked and the produce is top notch.

Crappies Safeway I've ever been too. Shelves were bare and the Muenster cheese I bought was moldy and we were too far away to take it back. Go to the grocery store in Wilbur instead.

I normally get such wonderful service! Everyone is so kind and helpful. One of my favorite things about this place is how friendly everyone is.I only did 4 stars though because on a rare occasion I’ll get that person that aren’t so nice or that isn’t helpful in anyway. But maybe it’s because there is a lot more new workers now.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean, the produce is fresh. Their bathrooms are usually clean. Their Deli has delicious salads, the broccoli salad is quite tasty. I also love the loaded baked potato salad. They also have a Starbucks inside the store.

Small town service with the amazing Safeway savings! It's a perfect combination. Friendly and helpful staff (on or off shift), great selection within about half the walking distance making my trips much quicker, and even the convienant curbside pickup which can be a lifesaver some days with my disability. Definitely a great place to shop!

I probably shop here at least once a week or so, the staff and all around atmosphere are always pleasant to say the least! I've never had a negative experience in all of my random visits, including the times I came in directly from work (even though I probably should have gone home and taken a shower)!!! Great people, good selection and decent discounts.

You'd be surprised at how much selection they have in this smaller store. Very well organized and stocked. I appreciate the small selection of organic goods. Nice employees. Definately get the free membership card and either swipe it or put in your phone number each time you pay.... I ALWAYS save a few or several dollars each time.

I stopped there to get cash sent to me through Western Union. So I was just in and out but the clerks were all very helpful and knowledgeable about what aisle things were in. So if you are in a hurry you can get in and out without being slowed down by looking for items. Thank You to all the employees for making my trip quick.Very much appreciated the help by all of you. 👍👍👏👏

Often run out of stock on specific items. Certain items in the produce section are never fresh no matter the day of the week you shop. Their small bags of mixed potatoes, broccoli and green beans. The employees that work here are amazing. Always friendly and go out of their way to help you, far beyond what the average employee would.

Great employees, the pricing is decent for a small town but try to trick you on discounts often and expired grocery at times. Finding choices isn't usually possible, if they have something new or worth having they won't have it or run out, lots of times it isn't restocked. It's the only place to buy grocery at a decent price other places are way over priced.

They need to move to a larger store. Narrow aisles are jammed with shoppers, vendors, stockers, step ladders, rolling displays, carts, etc. Hard to find things and shelves don't hold enough of any one item. Come on Safeway--you're NOT a Mom & Pop!

The store should try and remodel, it's tiny!. I do find everything I need but its things I can make do with until I can go to costco. Everyone there is nice and all, it's just uncomfortable because I feel rushed. I can't stand in one place to looking at a specific item(s) I can't just take my time and compare and/or try to look at nutritional facts without feeling as if you're blocking someone's way. The price we pay for "convenience"!

One of the smaller Safeway stores but they make up it for with friendly employees with a positive attitude. They usuallyHave most of the items in the Safeway regional add. With one other grocery store in town, you have to go around 40 miles to airway heights to find a bigger store.

This Safeway is okay for quick shops when I don't have time to go to Airway Heights or Spokane. I really wish they had more variety and more allergen free options. It is the smallest Safeway I have ever shopped in. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful.

Cramped store due to trying to fit as much as possible into a small area. Doesn't carry as many brands/products as the bigger stores. It would be somewhat difficult for those in a wheelchair to navigate but clerks are friendly and meat, veggies & fruit are fresh.

I like it but it's a bit small. Its gets really packed in the morning and around noon. But the workers do open up all lanes to try and get everyone out of there quicker. :)

Shop here because it’s the only place in town. From now on I think we will drive to Spokane. I have serious medical issues and during the mask mandate the checker jokes with the guy in line who’s not wearing a mask about how they and no one cares. Meanwhile people like me have to wait for needed surgery due to covid restrictions and idiots like these not taking things seriously. Clearly Safeway doesn’t care about state mandates. Or health. #cantfixstupid #rathershopelsewhere.Update- couldn’t go into town. Had to go here again today. Similar experience. No less than 10 customers not wearing masks. No enforcement And some grown kids being disrespectful calling names for wearing a mask and appeared to be sick as well as not wearing masks. Plus proceeded to be rude outside as well yet Safeway never says/does anything to these people.
