The girl with the orange hair and glasses was very rude to me when I asked for help she seemed more interested in her phone than any of the customers in the store. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and I will no longer be shopping there!!

They never have or it has just been sold out on one popular product Roux detangling leave in conditioning spray. Really wish management would get it together and order enough to keep some on the shelf for walkins that have just drove 40+ miles into town to pickup things like this. Have next to zero ethnic hair extras that are necessary for a lot of styles such as braiding. It's a great protective hairstyle for people of color. Sad that this is the one Sally's that doesn't offer them.

The girl who helped me yesterday was awesome! Alyssa or Andrea or something, I can’t remember her name but she had long curly blond hair! Anyways, she got me a discount, and no matter how many times I’ve been to Sally’s here in college place or in Pendleton, NO ONE has ever mentioned I had a coupon. So I appreciate her and I I love the store in general even if no ones ever offered me a coupon!
