My name is Larry Had to go to Colfax from Tekoa for a dentist appointment for my wife found out my wife’s car had a headlight out stopped in there on a busy day and asked if there’s anyway they could squeeze me in to change the headlight. They were very accommodating took care of it and the price was more than fair. Awesome people. The other thing everybody I called about that headlight basically goes in a panic mode talking about. Do they have to take the bumper off and all this these guys are like no problem four screws (turn the wheels to get at the screws )and will have your light changed shows they really know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional environment, not very welcoming, environment, subpar associates w little customer service training. Parking is great and there is a diverse cross section of tools, hardware, and work clothing; if you can stand the presence of the employees at this location (Colfax).... Conversely, their Pullman store is really good.

I was helping a friend who just moved to Colfax with dog-proofing their back yard. Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, suggesting a couple different approaches and helping me get all the things needed for the install saving me unnecessary return trips. I highly recommend these folks!

We rolled into colfax on our way home to western Washington with a bad alternator and a horse trailer in tow. Bob and his crew took great care of us and had us on the road within 1.5 hours, fully charged batteries and an alternator with a guarantee. Gave us his car to scoot around in and find something to eat while we waited. He was honest and compassionate to our pickle of a situation and we are thankful we chose to do business with them. Thank you!

Great family-style ran business in Colfax. They always take great care of you here and it shows. Would recommend this place to all locals of course and even most of the Pullman community.

They're open til 5pm on Saturdays FYI. Great friendly place. The only place i found in Colfax that can refill propane tanks. Other places with propane available are the small 5 gal tank exchange system, they do not refill your personal 7 gal+ tanks.

This place is completely trash I've had two of my vehicles done one of them was my wife's and she dropped her car off and had her ac fixed well after we picked it up they told her that she will need a new heater core ( because she's a female that doesn't know anything) well come to find don't out she didn't need a heater core they vise gript her heater hose off to the heater core so I could have them fix a so called bad heater core!!! Heater works perfectly fine without the vise grips slamp d down will never take my equipment to them or vehicles again!

I was told to have my car there at 1 I spent 100 dollars having it towed there they said it would be 100 dollars and take one hour 10 days later they tried to charge me much more when I said I would go as high as 175 they said now we don't want to do it at all I had to get my neighbor to tow me back there were bolts loosened up on the car half the front end taken apart and now I have to do it myselfService: Transmission
