I LOVE the Clarkston Wa branch of Walgreens! I came to their pharmacy because the Lewiston Idaho branch is Ridiculously incompetent. Not only that they’re rude and talk about customers over the drive through microphone where you can hear them make disrespectful remarks about the customer. This Clarkston branch will go out of their way to help you in the pharmacy. Good job guys! I will Never set foot in the Lewiston Idaho Walgreens again.

Tried calling and the phone rang for 7 minutes. Was picked up and immediately placed on hold 2 times. Showed up and was told 20 minutes and it would be ready. Left and came back 45 minutes later. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Paid for it and said it would be a few more minutes because they needed to add the liquid to it!!! Over an hour to mix 15ml of liquid to already powder filled bottles 🙄

Pharmacy review (Walgreens store staff are great): Pharmacy Staff is not friendly at all. They are a very judgmental group of people here. Slow and unenthusiastic. Seem to go out of their way to make things harder and more inconvenient. Not at all an efficient business.

Closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas day (fine) but then the pharmacist is sick for Monday and Tuesday so we are without LIFE SAVING medications for 4 days! Tomorrow will be day 5! Insurance is WA based so I cannot "just go to the Lewiston store".After 3 pandemic years, I expect a pharmacy to have contingency plans for staff illness.

Had a noon appointment for flu shot today. I showed up 10 minutes early just in case. I answered questions made sure Medicare approved and was told to take a seat. Pharmacist came out took 3 people into room for shots came out left me sitting. I got up and asked if they had forgotten me.I had to stand at counter for another 10 minutes. Women pharmacist came out slamming doors. I asked if she knew I had a noon appointment it was almost 1. She said wasn't her vault. Blamed someone else. I went in room, asked her to be nice. She called me rude. I asked if I should go somewhere else. She wouldn't talk to me.Don't go there. Anywhere else not there.

Had to return a massager I bought the lady that was working the front counter was very rude. I usually put my phone number in and that keeps track of my receipts well apparently when I bought this item I did not use my phone number the lady at the front was treating me like I was a junkie. I told her I had the debit card that I purchased it with she said I cannot do that look up purchased items with their card. Manager came up younger guy very nice he took the time to find it and got the money returned five stars for the young man that was manager on shift that day he was awesome

Nothing but a big chain fiasco. Period. Better hours of service? Lower prices? Yeah right. Walgreens is really proud of their merchandise and their prices reflect that. If you don't need their pharmacy, sure, they're open longer hours. Customer service? Their idea of customer service is sell sell sell. Want to call them to see if something is available? You have to go through a litany of menu options and put up with more sell sell sell to get to a live person. Once you get to that person, guess what? You got it. Sell sell sell...

On my FIRST visit to this location, I met MELISSA. She was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. She seemed to be completely unconcerned with any kind of consequences for her behavior, going so far as making sure to specify there is one "L" and two "S"s when I asked her name. This person should not be working with the public. If you must use Walgreens, the Lewiston location is much more user friendly.

The pharmacy here is absolutely incompetent. Took them 5 hours to transfer a prescription with a back and forth, multiple visits, to finally fufilling thier job as a pharmacist. The lack of cutomer service is was ridiculous. save your time, find a new pharmacy.

I did not even want give one star I can not find his name on the receipt but he claims to be assistant manager but he was so very rude I wanted put my number in he said why it don’t make a difference on this I said yes it does a manager at another Walgreens told me and showed me I don’t care if it’s 3 cents or 30$ I have the right to use my number he did not thank me I said thank you and he had no response I’m kinda ashamed of Walgreens for hiring such a horrible person as manager

Sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for a vaccine. Scheduled an appointment so I could get in and out. Maybe I should of scheduled an appointment and showed up an hour later? But please.....show up 15 minutes before your appointment? Would not recommend.

The staff is always helpful! I appreciate a store where they take time to show you where a product is and or they will help you order it.The store brand items are quality and reasonsbly priced...they are more than nice :).I enjoy using their incentives...they really add up...overall great store both Ltown and Clarkston.

The pharmacy is almost never open and the hours listed online here are wrong. They are not open until 9pm at least the last two times I’ve been in based on looking up hours they have been closed before 6pm
