The two gentlemen or boys that where working tonight were a bit rude and then had the nerve to charge me for a bag when he asked me if I wanted one and I told him no (I had 3 items that came in bags) Then his response was well I heard yeah. Like whattttttt!!! OK! COO! BET…. Then I tell him about the expired cookies I got from here last week. He says it’s not his problem. Excuse me sir I’m pretty sure you also stock shelves. MAKE SURE to check the expiration dates next time!!!!!

Our cashier, Sean, was super nice !!! The store was a bit messy and disorganized. I realize that customers make the messes,but it looked like it hadn't been straightened up in quite a while. We will probably be back simply because Sean was so nice, and it's close to the high school my kids attend so that makes up for the messiness.

What a pig pen! Every aisle had trash on the floor, items strewn about, globby stains and disarray. Many isles had stocking carts with boxes tossed about and no one tending them. Shelves looked like they hadn't been wiped for ages. One shelf had, I think, dried chocolate pudding spilled and dripped about. Entry carpet was filthy and possibly hadn't seen a vacuum for a week! When was the floor last scrubbed?? Gross! Shelves were half stocked. Need a hazard suit to enter.Not recommended!

The employee's are nice, and helpful every time I go in. I have no complaints with them.Ever time I go in with my mobile scooter I can't get down the aisle because of all the boxes in the aisle. Manager's don't what to spend the extra money to fill the shelves. So they have a cashier's run back and forth from stocking shelves to cashier, while the manager hides in there office. That is why they can't keep people.Locking bathroom doors so the Manager can save money not to have someone clean them.Also the head office also need to replace there signs to. ' Everything is not just a dollar anymore'.That's why this store is going down hill.

This store has went down hill in the last yr or so. It is one of the dirtiest stores in cheney the new staff does not do any cleaning. How corporate doesn't do anything about this is unbelievable. Who ever is in charge should be embarrassed. Do better its not that hard.

The store was clean and check out was pretty quick. It seems like the other one I go to also has more selection for pet items and candy of course 😉.

I've been coming to the Cheney Dollar Tree for years and have had only positive experiences. I was in tonight for last minute Christmas stuff and an employee asked me to finish shopping and check out. A few minutes later he came and helped me to unload my cart and aplogized for rushing me! Over the next couple minutes I listened while he talked to other employees leaving for the night. He complemented them on their efforts for the day and seemed 100% genuine about it. I had already assumed he was the manager but it was confirmed with his interactions with other employees. He offered to help me to my car with my bags and when I said I could do it he cautioned me about the black ice out there. I left in a better mood than I came in and thought I should let his boss know he is doing a great job. But I did not know his name, so I went back in and asked him, which was awkward and I'm sure concerned him. Steve, sorry for my abrupt question but my intention was good! Thanks for being a good guy in an ocean of people not so great; your co-workers are lucky to have you as their leader!

If I could give this a zero I would! Me and my daughter went in to get a toy for a little boy that had a hard day. We went in around 8:54 We went straight to the section and got a little toy dinosaur. We knew what we came in for and it was going to only take a few minutes. A cashier named Steve followed us and was trying to "ask if I needed anything" I said no we are grabbing something real fast and we know you close at 9 it is only going to take 2 minutes. He proceeded to say "Well either way I am locking the door at nine". I said you can lock the door at nine we won't be here by then. I proceeded to tell him the store hours say till 9:00pm not 8:55 for closing hours. He laughed and walked away. I paid for the toy dinosaur for a sad sick kid that had a hard day. Moral of the story is this guy Steve acted so unprofessional and also 2 other customers asked the other cashier guy what his name was and said how unprofessional he was and how he was already trying to kick people out. Do better guys and honor your times. I wasn't there to go on a shopping spree. I was trying to make a sad sick little boy happy with a simple toy and it only took a few minutes.

To me all dollar trees are the same but what is not the same are the workers. This cashier was so pleasant and very professional. I wish I had gotten his name because I would of liked to give him recognition.

I love Dollar tree. I get alot of stuff that works better than the expensive ones. Their carpet cleaner is better than any of the other ones. I love the carpet freshner spray. There is so many things and it helps me save money on things I would pay 3-4 times more at any store.

Not my favorite Dollar Tree but only bc shelves lack product and a ton of unpacked freight in the isles. Customer service, friendliness and helpfulness of the associates has always been outstanding.

Has almost whatever you need in that moment. I just needed coin wrappers and dollar tree had them. Dollar tree is a very cheap and convenient store to get what you need in that moment Also it has a wide variety of random stuff. Love it :)

As someone in a wheelchair i always find the crowded cluttered dollar tree frustrating. There were 4 carts of merchandise in the middle of the aisles. Normal carts can't get around them. So neither can I. Food for thought dollar tree.

Not a great store. Shelves often stay unstocked for weeks. And they somehow have the false notion that they are somehow competition for Wal-Mart. Lmao sorry but not even close. Dollar tree can't compete with any store that stocks more selection of products. And just because someone is in a dollar tree doesn't make them fanatics about dollar tree. It ONLY means that dollar tree was closer at that moment and I couldn't justify driving all the way to Wal-Mart. Don't put yourself too high up on that pedestal the fall can be a rough one. 👿

Cheney has the best well organized, clean store. The staff is very helpful. They know where EVERYTHING is, and if they dont they go ask another staff person. best $ store , ever!

They had coin holders, which is going to be a life saver for my coins.
