DONT shop here! Owner is a lier and would sit idly by and let animals be killed! Upon finding someone had left 6 big fish just outside " most likely a college student that moved" I took them to the pet store. This store has around 20 tanks set up and ready. I asked if he would take them in and he refused stating that he had an order of fish coming in and wouldn't have the space. I suggested keeping them long enough so I could get a take setup at home more them. He again refused and said "There's a dumpster out back you can throw them in." NO JOKE! I came back a week later the see if he indeed "ordered fish". He didn't! Before posting I wanted to see what troubles others have had with this owner and his shop. If you read the comments, you can see that he has done this in the past! He is rude to customers and neglectful to animals in his care! Most of his five star reviews are someone commenting about somebody else's one to two star reviews. " Meaning you can tell he asked his most "loyal" customers to help minimize the damage he created. Get your pet supplies online. With Amazo. right down the road. They can get it to you same day or next day. For any pet purchases go into town, do not trust this gentleman with any animals ever! He will lie to you meaning he probably jacksed up his prices. That's the first thing a business owning liar does. Owner has no empathy for animals! You're in the wrong business bub! UPDATE! This was several months ago and he never ordered new fish! Tanks are still sitting available....

I've been here plenty and the store and customer service are pretty good. The dead fish in tanks is obviously bad, but the people complaining about dirty tanks clearly just don't understand what algae is or that it's not harmful, it's just an aesthetic thing. Snake in the back is cool, and they have a good variety of products for such a small shop! Just wish they got more live fish, snails, shrimp, etc to buy.

I wish i could give zero starsRats in poor condition to many and one place they are crawling all over each other and small tanks with poor air flow look sicklyThe snake has been ther forever it has dead skin everywhere and is in a tiny tank can't even stretch out fullyAnd the fish are in dirty tanks to small for some of them

The help I received was prompt and friendly. I did feel a little pressure to buy a more expensive item than the one I was asking for, but the person assisting me was low key about it, and when I said I was sticking with the cheaper purchase, I didn't get any push back, which was nice. Overall it felt like a good place to go to get basic pet supplies locally, and I do think it's important to support local businesses like this one.

The store wasn't bad. The associate was kind when walking in but he never left behind the desk and had headphones in the entire time. So it was good that I knew what i was looking for when I went in. Right now due to covid they aren't getting any fish in and i didn't look to see if they had any other animals in the back.

Seriously, the owner is just rude and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience when you ask questions. Bad attitude. I will never enter his store again. Good luck staying in business with your inept attempt at customer service. BOOO!

This store has poor selection and poorly cared for animals. I would only purchase (rescue) an animal from this store in order to give it a better home either with me or someone else. The one upside to this store is the variety of pet products available. However as stated I have deep reservations about shopping here.

Customer service was great. Not the cleanest of places though. The one fish tank they did have with fish was super gross. Could have way better conditions for the animals when they do have them.

The staff here is so wonderful and always willing to help. Their cat toy and accessories selection is incredible. And they have a snake named Roxy! what's not to ask for?

This was the dirtiest pet store I’ve ever been in... The fish tanks were filled with algae and dead fish, the mice cages hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there’s a 12’+ Boa in a 55g tank that’s really sad to look at since it can’t even move in it... I would never recommend this store.

It was gross inside. Rats were bleeding in cages, dead skin of snake was just laying around. Fish were dead in tanks. Not to mention overall it was very unsanitary.This place should shut down.

The comment about bleeding rats and such is false, and the skin was from a 16 foot red boa which is cool not gross. Overall the place is a little messy but not dirty, besides the fish tanks.

Sold me dead wax worms for $11 didn't have any alive and when I asked for crickets they said they only had small or extra small and just seemed rude about everything and seemed annoyed when I asked for food for my bearded dragon super disappointing . I would rather make the trip to spokane for the stuff I need next time

Don't SHOP!. I saved a Puppy! Join the pledge and please don't shop pet stores that SELL Puppies. In the Spokane area, Pink Poodle, Evergreen Pet Store, Northwest Pet and Seed, and Cheney Pet Paradise to name a few.go to web site nopetstorepuppies to learn more!please DON'T BUY while shelter dogs die! the truth is there are not enough homes for all the animals today ....
