All of the employees were very nice, especially John. I had no idea where a lot of feed was, and I even misplaced a lot of items, but John helped me sort it all out. The birds were very nice to look at as well. I definitely hope to return in the future.

You would think they would have markers on where to go to pick up feed. But NOOOOO! I had 4 50# bags to get loaded. Spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get feed. No sign on door, doesn't tell you to knock, ring bell or what. Total clusterf%*k.

Please do Not be rude to delivery drivers because they said the name on the ticket, as opposed to the one in the notes. It got to the right place. There's no need to talk to them like they're dumb children in trouble. It was uncalled for. Delivery drivers aren't always paid by the hour. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Furthermore, I will no longer accept orders delivering to this location. Especially since they don't put the complete address in the app and blame the drivers. The buildings have "A" and "B" in their address, so not adding this and getting mad at the driver for not being accurate is wrong.

I asked my daughter where she buys her animal supplies. She mentioned Tractor Supply Company. I have many reasons to really like this store. They have a wide selection of feed, tools, durable quality clothing and just about anything you need for you home, ranch or farm. Out of all the stores I visit regularly they have the kindest and helpful staff. I checked out other stores for mowers. I decided to go with TSC. Great quality mower, great selection, and knowledgeable staff, excellent price.

I've never been to a Tractor Supply Co. store before I moved here to Centralia. Very happy I did. Heard they had a pretty good selection of cowboy hats and boots. My 1st thought was "at a Tractor Supply Store?"... I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The store is spacious and laid out quite nicely. This past visit was my fourth. I've purchased antifreeze for my truck, a couple of pretty nice tshirts, some seeds for the little garden I haven't prepared just yet and it's not where I shop for all my dogs supplies...Oh, and I found the best looking cowboy hat and I was very pleased to find such a quality hat for around $30. I would have had to pay 3X that at one of the other outlet stores around here. A big thanks yh the folks who work there for sure. Very sweet, informative, and the assistance I received from them were priceless. I'm disabled and they were such a good help for me. God Bless, Larry S.

I live up by Olympia but I like the Chehalis store. Yesterday march 31st was in the Chehalis ts store, few people. No employees walking around store to get help loading bags of dog food. 65yrs old I eventually got em loaded. Got to cashier. They were all up there visiting. All young & unaware of store responsibilities. I really like this store, I will return. I do believe in second chances. Maybe it was just a fluke

The store is fine but 90% of the time you go in the checkout line is 10 deep and they have a single check stand open. Go to The Farm Store instead, it's local and you won't wait in line for 30 minutes just to checkout.

I shop at Tractor supply in Chehalis regularly and the store drives me crazy because it is always busy and they are always short handed BUT Tammy is amazing! She is always helpful and gets me what I need when no one else will! She is pretty much the only reason I still shop there!

Every single time I go here the line is 25 people long and the wait is absurdly long. Absolutely unacceptable. I will find another place to shop from now on.

This location is regularly out of stock on items for every day use. Four times now, I have placed orders and received the wrong item. Yesterday, I was assured that I would not be charged for items that I ordered, had filled wrong, and thenwhat I needed was not in stock. I was charged today. Now I have to dispute this with my bank.The employees rarely know what products they sell, one didn't know what Diatamaceous Earth is and just said they didn't have it.I do not recommend shopping here unless it's after 5pm. Go to the Farm Store instead.

Great customer service.I purchased two pocket knives @ 15% off. Upon review of reciept in parking lot I realized that I was overcharged. Manager saw me reciept in hand approaching the store & expedited my refund almost immediately. Super satisfied with custpmer service! Tami was managers name. I am a frequent customer of this location. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I really think they need to somehow arrange for a third cash register. There almost always is a significant wait to pay for your purchases.

Waited an hour to have someone unlock the cattle panels so that I could load them into my van. When I went back inside to talk to the person at the register she said she charged me the wrong price and I had to pay another $3 lol. Then I went back outside and waited again for someone to unlock the stupid panels ..... Never coming back again.

Tammy, the cashier up front, was extremely helpful. She let me put some of my stuff up at the register, got someone to open the dressing room for me, got my utility cart, rang me through and then brought the cart out to me. This was my first time there. Kudos for the customer service from Tammy!

I bought my husband a gun safe for Christmas and left it at the store so it would be a surprise on xmas day....the surprise turned out to be they resold the safe I bought to someone else in the meantime.They found us an alternative and we ended up with a larger safe for the same price, but never an apology.

Lots of good items that I don't see at other stores. I shop there primarily for pet supplies. I always check to see if they have any markdowns on canned cat food as I help run a cat rescue and I foster cats.

Great place to get what you need unless it's specific chicks. I got 5 different chicks and every single breed was wrong..they even had me come back in to get a few more of the breeds I reslly wanted for free and THEY were NOT the breed I wanted either. They really have no idea what the chick breeds are and need to be educated.
