Fabulous and very helpful staff. The goats and chickens all appreciate the quality feed and supplements. The hounds appreciate the dog treats. 🐾 Wild birds appreciate the great bird food selection.

Got some baby chickens here, Seven of them, and so far 6 seem to be doing amazing. One is a bit weak and isn't eating but that's not the fault of the store. Very spendy, the price has gone way up in recent years for everything.Always nice people there, and I got my cat a new collar as well. Expensive birds, but it makes sense due to the chicken flu that caused them to be offed in the thousands lately. They'll make amazing additions to my farm.

This place is awesome! They have a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that can help you find anything in the vast inventory of farm/hardware supplies they carry. The prices are good, too. Canning supplies, pet supplies, horse and livestock supplies, a mailbox, bird seed; this place has you covered. Easily accessible from I-5.

We are local to chehalis and thought we would give this place another try. Even though the last few times wasn't the greatest experience or pleasant. This time we stopped in to see what breeds they had for "chicks". Don't bother to ask any questions the employees that work there are super unhelpful & cringey, as if your bothering them. I guess if your not there "favorite regular customer" you get treated differently and when your unsure of something or ask questions they dont seem to care as much. It's very off putting when you walk into the door, up until you pay at the register. I'm grateful that we have a local farm store in town, but unfortunately this will be our last time.

I'm grateful to have a farm store in the middle of town, however they're always so put out if you don't know exactly what you need. Don't bother them with questions, they are horse-people and are too busy to be bothered; such an uncomfortable environment.

Love this store, we purchase all of our animal feed, supplies, and fencing stuff here. The loaders are very helpful and I like the owners. My only complaint would be that a lot of the women cashiers are pretty rude. Makes me not want to go in depending on who is working

Love this place! They always seem to have the better price on the things I use, and their customer service is the best!! I really like being able to call and pay for things over the phone, and have someone else pick it up when I'm busy.

Love the farm store!! But today during this covid19 stuff the girl on the phone was quite rude. I called for wood pellets and because my husband was already driving I couldn’t give her a card number, she was not happy. Regardless we will continue our business there but this you lady needs a VOICE CHECK.

Great selection of gardening, yard equipment and pet supplies. Our kids love the toy area with Breyer horses and John Deere tractors. Always clean, and the customer service is tops!!

Place isn't the Same Since Rex (aka "Simple") Retired. I remembered coming in here all the time when he'd worked here, and he was the main person whom I could trust with recommendations for all of my Animals. I'm going to be honest, the place has lost its magic since he'd left.

The farm store is RELIABLE. I need my 50 pound bag or two of bran on an irregular time schedule . When I call, they always check the warehouse to make sure what bran the computer says is available, actually is in the warehouse . If The Farm Store does not have it in stock, I know it will be in the store by Friday and they will put my name on it. IT WILL BE THERE FOR ME.

This is the best feed and farm store in the area! They have knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help you out. They have a great inventory and selection. We go for haying supplies, horse, cattle, chicken, and household pet feeds and supplies.

They had the cat food I was looking for and while I was there I picked up some large bags of bird seed, cracked corn and blk sunflower seed and the guys out back was very kind to load the large bags in my car for me. Everyone was very friendly.

My Grandpa shopped at the store, and I carry on tradition. Love the warm and friendly staff who greet my German Shepherd Aili with her favorite treat...chicken.Dog friendly and very helpful.
