So this is the last time I’m using this pharmacy. I asked to use good rx instead of my insurance. Cindy, who was really rude, said it would take 20 minutes to rebill. Well last time they did it in about 20 seconds. So I just paid $108 for my script instead of $34.

The employee opening today (3/2/24) left a parmacist employee and two customers waiting for the doors to be open on a day that is very cold (snow on the hills). Store was to be open at 9:00am. She did not open the doors until 9:05am. As we all walked in she (the employee opening the doors) asked, "what time does the store open today?" If you are responsible for opening on time... you should already know the hours of operation, especially on a day that is so frigid.

I had the best experience with Rite Aide this morning. Carissa was INCREDIBLE! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I got the chance to speak to her over the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful, didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and answered all my questions with kindness and care ❤️ Thank you Carissa! You are the BEST!

To be told your prescription was ready the day before you go to pick it up and it's still not done is bad enough. To have a pharmacist look up and say "s*#t it's him" when you come back a second time (10 mins later then instructed just in case) and it's STILL not done is absolutely uncalled for. Not one time has my prescription been ready for pick up when they say it will be, and i always show up a day late as a precaution...

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 8 years now. Hours for the pharmacy now are 7-7. My wife and I arrived at 650pm and were met with half closed windows and a customer service of an angry, disgruntled employee who didn't want to help customers up to closing time.A second customer walked up stated they just got out of the hospital and needed meds stating one of the meds was NITRO. The employee stated she could see it but it wouldn't be ready for her and to come back tomorrow.Multiple times the employee told us and the lady that just got out of the hospital that the pharmacy was closed at 7, again it was 650 and no line.I was shocked by the attitude, and constant talk about being closed at 7, or being at the pharmacy since 7am. The employees were not happy they were dping their jobs.There are no hours posted near the pharmacy. I did find the hours posted on the front of the store. This was such a disappointment and horrible representation of the customer service that rite aid is known for.The employee began complaining about being there since 7am. That is not the customers fault, issue or concern. The employees are paid for their time at work. They are paid to fill prescriptions for the public. With out people needing prescriptions filled there is no pharmacy.Hopefully managment will see this and figure out who the two female employees are and give some training on how business is conducted.

Pharmacist didn't show up, so they closed the pharmacy. Then they sent me to Centralia, and they could see my prescription, but said Chehalis would have to transfer it before they could fill it. Really? There's no one there! Then I was told to call my doctor for a prescription, it's Sunday! Terrible service, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

They might as well disconnect their phone because they never answer it. They don’t call when scripts are ready; in my case they had to order a medication, then when they got it they didn’t fill it until 3-4 days later when I went to the store to ask them how much longer it would be. I have to physically drive to the store to talk to anyone which is a waste of time an and gas. If my insurance company hadn’t squeezed out local pharmacies I would never go here again.

The worst service i have ever had!!! I called about a prescription that was called in the day before. They said it wasnt ready yet, it would be ready in an hour. Wich i didnt understand because it was called in the day before why isnt it ready? I drive 30 mins to the store over an hour after i called when i get there they still havent even started filling the prescription. They tell me its going to be a 30 minute wait....

There are just TOO MANY complaints and stories I have about this pharmacy, it would be a novel if I listed everything, so long story short: I am on a medication that helps me with anxiety and depression, and THIS pharmacy gave me the run around when I needed a refill. I had to wait in line 4 different times (hour long wait every time) JUST so they could keep on telling me they "can't fill my medication." It took me 2 weeks of badgering the pharmacy before I finally finally finally got my medicine refilled, and by that time, I was terribly SICK FROM WITHDRAWLS AND SEVERE ANXIETY because I went for over a week without my medication! I almost had to go to the hospital for an emergency refill! THANKFULLY I'm no longer using this pharmacy!! This place is a joke!

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have your prescriptions ready when they say or in a reasonable amount of time. They have had the drive thru window and drop off windows closed for months even with 6 or 7 people working in the pharmacy, so you have to wait an hour in line to get to the window to find out your prescriptions aren't ready. Their customer service is the worst.

Terrible service. The pharmacy doesn't pick up at all and when you get that one chance of them answering they put you on hold for over 30 minutes AND still doesn't answer. They have more of a chance of picking up the calls to just hang up. I literally see 5-6 people working in that part of the department all the time and yet they can't even pick up a call. Been using this Rite Aid for over 5 years. I'm gonna change where i pick up my pills from now on. Terrible, terrible service.Please don't choose this Rite Aid for a pharmacy.

They shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch every day from 1:30-2:15pm. You’d think with 8 people working back there they could figure out a way to stagger lunches and keep the medicine flowing. If you’re in line near lunch time they’ll start yelling at you to get out of line. The service is so bad it’s like stepping into the twilight zone.

Pharmacy won’t pick up phone calls, cashiers transfer calls so you literally just sit on hold. Makes it impossible to ask medication questions unless you drive the 25 miles to stand at the counter.

They only had enough to fill part of my prescription. A couple weeks later I got a text that my prescription was ready. I showed up the next day and they said I didn’t show up in time and they already billed my insurance and I couldn’t pick up the rest and I have to call my doctor to get another refill. I still don’t understand how any of that makes sense. They’re a joke. Don’t waste your time

This location is insanely slow! I get a prescription electronically sent in every month and it's never ready that day. I've been using this pharmacy 9 months now and only once was it ready that same day. I know what Rite-aid is capable of from other locations I've used regularly, and this one needs to step it up. They are ridiculously slow and they're not very friendly. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I have called this store several times to check on Prescriptions that my doctor has sent over to see if they have been filled or if they have been filled and I just need to pickup . When I have tried to call the Pharmacy I am asked to hold and then I am placed on hold for over 73 minutes I got tired and hung up this has happened several times. Then another time different day and time I called to see if my Prescriptions was ready I called and called and called and no answer, at that point I called back and spoke to a guy by the name of Christian so I could get a store managers name and next time they would be in and was told “ we are not allowed to give out that information “ So I have to drive 30 plus mins to check on my Prescriptions because no one knows how to pick up a phone or I can’t talk to a store manager to make a complaint …. O how the complaints will be filed with corporate.

I have been to this pharmacy twice today to pick up my grandmothers hospice prescription and my mother had been here once. They are slow both times I have been here for over 45 minutes in line. The reason we have been here so many times is the first time the made an error on the prescription the second time I called to make sure everything was ready and was told it was when I got here they told me we were still waiting in two more. When I came back I again called to make sure they were ready and was told they would be within 15 minutes, I waited an hour to give them ample time and when. Got there after sitting in line for almost an hour I finally got the medications.

They never have anything in stock and say they will get it by tomorrow. Then I call the next day and they say it won’t be in for a few days. This happens with every prescription and I’ve been here a year. How does a pharmacy have to order in everything? I’ve gone to Walmart and Walgreens and never had this problem. Decided to switch back to Walmart. I’m just glad none of my prescriptions are life threatening, because I’d be dead.They also won’t let me pay for any prescriptions out of pocket since I have state insurance they said it’s not allowed. Which is weird because I have paid out of pocket at other pharmacies. So, basically here if insurance doesn’t cover something and you want it you aren’t aloud to get it at all…

I have had a lot of trouble with the consistency of this pharmacy. I signed up for the text message automatic refill alerts and they have failed me many times. When I inquire about it, I am given an impolite response that tries to make me feel like it is only happening to me and it works for others. I was told that I can call in if I’m out of my prescription, but that is why I signed up for the text reminders in the first place. I will be switching to a new pharmacy after giving them too many chances and being disappointed in the results once again.

After going to this pharmacy for nearly a year, we were incredibly disappointed and upset when they were rude and unhelpful when filling a prescription. I had mastitis, so any nursing mamas out there and will understand how much pain I was in. The I went to pick up my prescription at 11:30 in the morning and they told me it would be an hour. That’s 30 minutes than normal. They told me they would text me when it was ready and so I went home. At 2 o’clock, I finally had lost my patience because I was in so much pain and I called them. They gave me the runaround and said that they couldn’t find my insurance and that’s why they hadn’t filled the prescription yet. I’ve had the same insurance for a year. Finally, I broke down in tears and demanded that they either give me the prescription now or give me the script so I could go to a different pharmacy. That seem to do the trick because all of a sudden my prescription was ready to pick up. I took my infant daughter, put her in her car seat, and drove back to the pharmacy only to have them say that it wasn’t ready yet. I told them again give me the prescription because I’m never coming back here. Then all of a sudden they told me how much it was and they had it ready for me. Did not offer me any advice on On the antibiotic or how to take it. I’m extremely disgusted and my family and I will no longer be attending this facility or any Rite Aid for that matter.

Thus store has declined over the last couple of years to put it nicely... horrible customer service, drive thru window shut down, reduced hours and meds are rarely available without ordering them. I've had the same couple if prescriptions for several years and fill monthly.... yet half the time they need to order them.

If I could I would be giving them a negative stars. They are the worst pharmacy in Lewis County. I went in to pick up my daughter's prescription that they had sent to them on 9/22 it's now 9/28 and I was told that I wouldn't be able to be picked up until 9/30. I don't care how short stuffed you are this is unacceptable. I'm just glad that it's not a dire need medicine.

Put my antibiotic meds under my husbands profile(this would have gotten me fired from a previous job I had), meds for anxiety and ptsd getting run around for refills, also meds for hormones(not my choice medically menopausal due to needing a full hysterectomy at 28) again issues with refills. I switched pharmacies the new pharmacy requested all meds for my whole family individually 3 times and rite aid never transferred anything I had to just get ahold of my doctors to get new scripts for all my medications.

Long wait only to find out that RX would be way over priced - elsewhere it was much less. I decided to try again today for a different RX - again very long wait. Then they claimed they used my Good RX code but this Rite Aid charged me triple what the website said. I’ll just be going elsewhere from now on.

Had multiple prescriptions sent over from PCP to this pharmacy and never received o phone call for pickup. I called them TWO DAYS LATER asking to please verify; was told that they needed updated insurance information. Why did they not contact ME instead of myself having to reach out? Why was I not made aware of this immediately. Medications are something people NEED and you withholding is not only inconvenient but could put customers in danger. Thanks a lot WRONG Aid Pharmacy

I can't say much for the pharmacy, I don't use it.As for the rest of the store, I visit periodically and it is always nice and clean, and most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful.Last year an employee went out of her way to help my sister and I develop some film for a gift (they had to send it to a center that actually had the ability to do so, and was told it would take two weeks. I completely understand why this is.) They require contact information for when you pick it up and to notify you when it is available , but since it was a gift, we asked if we forgo any notifications to help keep the gift a secret. The employee told us she would make it clear on the form to not notify us (we would come in after two weeks instead). We indeed, never got a notification and the surprise gift went according to plan. I can't remember her name, but I believe she should have been employee of the year! :)The only negative experiences I have had here were from other customers (usually parents who let their children go bat**** insane)

Prescriptions are often not ready at the time that you are told they will be. For example latest prescription was to be ready by 2pm and at 4pm it was still not ready. Told me with a "rush" I could pick it up in an hour, so three hours late. Top that with the Pharmacy clerk was clearly ill, putting compromised clients at risk. There is only three clerks in the whole building as well.

Perhaps the worst place to do business with that i have ever encountered. Their store stock is severely lacking, and their Pharmacy is so pathetic that they can't even fill a prescription when given over two days to do it. You come in and they say oh give us another hour or it will be ready tomorrow. So sad to see this as I am used to better from other locations. I will never step foot in this dump again.

This is a good Pharmacy with a good staff. Pharmacists are helpful and friendly. No one is perfect and they trip rarely...and when they do they do not fall but they right themselves and soldier on. Thank you to you all, and keep up your great attitudes and service. 👍👍

This is the slowest pharmacy I've had the pleasure of visiting. When a dr. Calles or faxes in your script they won't start it for you till you call or go in and ask them to. The drive up window is sooo slow. Sometimes taking 15 min. Per patient. They are nice there, so I'll give them that. 😁
