Great place for pet supplies. A little on the pricey side, but they have top-notch staff and a very clean store.They have a small selection of reptile, dog, cat, and fish supplies. As well as live crickets, meal worms, cats for adoption, and a groomer.They have deals on pet food, and they also offer a military discount!

I love this place regardless, I ended up adopting a cat from here and she was skidding but well taken care of. She's come around so much and I know they team with a rescue that does great work!

Just finish getting are husky a much needed grooming appointment and can't be more happy they did an outstanding job (Shawny and Mary) will definitely be back. Was a pretty long appointment but we expected that. they updated up after a while, letting us know it was taking longer with an eta when he would be done.

Went in looking for a harness for my kitten. First one I bought was too small, took it back and the lady was very helpful of helping me find the right size. I also like that twice a month a low cost vet comes to the store to give vaccines and rabies shots.

My Maltipoo has had about 3 cuts here at Petsense, Its always Great. Sometimes it my be a little short are this or that. But he's always shampoo-ed and his whole body is trimed

I took my dog there today for a haircut and repeatedly told them that I wanted her shaved ( at least 4 times it was said) like little to no hair just not bald… I came back a while later and her haircut looked the same just cleaned up like normal , she was also still a little wet from her bath and still smelled the same as when I took her in, I then corrected the lady and said she was supposed to be shaved and then she told me that she said they were going to do a certain length attachment, then proceeded to show me the lengths ( I wasn’t show these until my dog was ready for pickup) , I then just left and had to pay 107$ for something I was completely disappointing and upset about . I won’t be going back because I repeatedly said what I wanted and didn’t get it .

Wonderful staff! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to keep your pets safe and well!We called in when our vet said to get a over the counter med for a large dog having tummy issues. The Petsense staff made sure that the product was in stock before we drove in.The product did the trick!We have also taken our dogs there many times over the years for grooming and nail trims.Always a great place!

So I've taken my dog in there for the last 2 years. Everyone is super nice, very sweet to us. I had taken my dog in once for a nail clipping. They did a great job considering he freaked out.I had asked them to muzzle him because i wasn't sure if he would nip at them and they took all necessary precautions. They had to have two of the groomers work on him due to his anxiety and how much he was struggling and panicking over having his nails clipped. One of them was giving him a full bear hug trying to hold him in place while he screamed.I do not blame them for his anxiety. They did what they had to do to help him be safe and again, they did a wonderful job on his nails.But, i do not think that him experiencing that much stress is good for him. So i have gotten anxiety meds from his vet due to the stress he goes through when having his feet touched.Today, we get to the store, I'm there 30 minutes before his appointment to walk him around the store to help him calm down before the nail clipping. We walked around and talked with the associates for THIRTY MINUTES before they told me that they refused to do service on him because he is on anxiety meds. The lady explained why and I understand now that it is against the rules and they can get in trouble, but I'm mad that i was never once told that i couldn't give my dog something to help him with his anxiety. They also do not have any signs anywhere in the store stating that they cannot do a simple nail clipping if you treat your animals anxiety. My dog and I will not be back. Which is a shame, cause i really liked the store. I'm just annoyed that i was not told i couldn't give him a prescribed medication and will have to let my dog suffer so much stress to have his nails clipped.If your dog has anxiety and needs to be on meds to help with that, go somewhere else since they can't help.

I took my fur-boy Atticus to the groomer there!! We were both nervous as to what to expect but we both were totally happy with their grooming service. Atticus had Bethany do his new do and she was professional and so kind to my sometimes difficult dog. So happy to have a new groomer!!

I frequent here quite often. I wish their prices were a bit better, but their grooming center is pretty good. They we're a fair judge my finicky cat when they trimmed her claws & were able to get it done quickly before she started to get squirmy.I know they deal with lots of animals all the time, & so can judge how an they'll react to certain things fairly well. But I still just kind of wish they would've just closed the back door where there was a dog that was really making a lot of loud jarring noises. I had told them that my cat is friendly but can turn on a dime in the wrong circumstances. It was making my cat very tense while she was getting groomed. They told us afterwards that The dog comes in all the time & they know that it's usually always loud, So given it was their first time dealing with my cat, I don't get why they didn't just close the door when they moved the dog to the other room just to be safe. It was fast, but nerve-wracking to be! I feel like if It had taken even just a few seconds longer then my cat would've started freaking out from all the extremely loud barking.

Everyone is always happy & friendly here. Good prices. Owned by Tractor supply so same-ish selection of pet foods. But this store is more pet centered & friendly. I won't go to other stores for my pets food.

Excellent customer service! My dog destroyed a tuff dog toy. I contacted the manufacturer. It was within 30 days and they told me to return it to the store. When I did. It was an easy exchange. I just took the exchanged item back, cause my puppy is a power chewer. The employee remebered me and said do you want to exchange? I said yes. Did a quick exchange. Amazing!

I bring my cat Sylas every couple of months for grooming. The staff are very friendly. My cat stays calm because the staff are confident and experienced. I highly recommended this Petsense.

Great service. Knowledgeable and personable staff. I really like shopping locally whenever I can find good service and helpful staff. The prices are a little higher than the larger box stores, but I save gas for my car and I'm supporting a local business. This is by far the best pet shop in this area!
