This place has always been amazing! Customer service is outstanding and they always help me find low cost options for my shipping and packaging. You can also print photos from your phone or SD card there amd print posters and banners. Ive even used there notary services. Very knowledgeable. Took care of my elderly mom for years; packed and shipped everything for her. After she passed, packed and shipped heirlooms, shipped them across the country as economically as possibly. Packing was so well, everything arrived in pristine condition. Dwayne went out of his way to find economical ways to ship, even took a bureau to Greyhound for me at no charge.

About time I wrote a review for them!Always above and beyond service. Friendly, wonderful, and excellent quality. My most recent visit I had to get a digital print done and shipped quickly, and it was! They took care of the whole process AND treated my print with great respect.A side note, I come in with my service dog and they know exactly how to act around him. An amazing bonus and makes my visits easy.

10 stars!! I brought in a lamp base that was special to my mom and needed repair. I have a wonderful repair person in Florida who will do the job, but I needed to get it there without further damage. These guys are fantastic!! They found the best way to ship, which was also the cheapest, and it just arrived in perfect condition. The box looked like it had just been packed - not a mark on it! It is great to find such a reliable shipping store in these days of terrible customer service; they do exactly as they promise. They are friendly and so very helpful. I needed to have some furniture shipped internationally. I chose Mail Plus Chehalis to do it and I'm glad I did. Due to their expert packaging and timely shipping everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Since I was out of the country (on the receiving end) we did most of it via email. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Had to get a couple of documents notarized and found this place online. Super friendly from the moment we opened the door; the gentleman stopped what he was doing and took his time to help us and explain everything carefully. I think it was a family operation and by the time we left my mom and I felt like we were part of the family! We are now looking forward to needing something notarized again! LOL

Good service. Printed and scanned a document, from a flash drive, for school. They had other options as well (i.e. to obtain your document from email and then print, etc.). Turned out nicely, a little grainy, but very much acceptable. Helpful, friendly owner, and no trouble with the machines or anything. Solid resource to use in a pinch! Higher cost than at other places, but for the amount of pages I printed (6) plus the convenience factor, it was well worth it.

I've only done business with them twice (so far). But, these people know their stuff. I'm a 30-plus year postal retiree. But when things are important to transfer, I always use FedEx. Frankly, I don't trust the Postal Service with important mail or shipments ... and tend to trust UPS only a little bit more than USPS. FedEx has never disappointed me (so far).Just a little shipping wisdom. If the shipper requests it, FedEx will ship via "SmartPost." That means FedEx handles the shipment up to the point it reaches the destination area - then turns it over to USPS to make the delivery. UPS has the same service which they call "SurePost." Both services are all well and good for shippers who want to "cheap out" on their recipients. But personally, I'm not so cheap I'd use either service. Using either SmartPost or SurePost can (and often does) toss the reliability of tracking estimates out the window.P.S. True story. One time, our local FedEx driver got into an accident and couldn't make the "on-time by 5pm" delivery estimate. Did FedEx delay the shipment to the next day? No! They got other drivers to split up the items on the disabled truck and deliver them in their own personal vehicles. My delivery was simply about an hour late. I've never heard of UPS doing the same thing in such a situation. And if Postal Service employees tried the same thing, they'd be arrested for violating regulations preventing the use of a private vehicle for delivery (unless it's a "rural" carrier).

Very useless don't know why they are a "delivery" company when they wouldn't deliver 4 miles from there place of business. They lost our package and just gave run around answers to help us with anything told us to go to our post office to get it. Why is my post office delivering for them. I'd rate 0 if possible.
