This place is great! I don't have one of my legs but I drive alot, I called the store up and see if they had worm medicine for a stray cat that was around my house and they said yes and I asked him if he wouldn't mindbringing it outside and taking my debit card back in because I can't walk in the store atond they said no problem, great customer service

They usually have some Kittens especially around the summer months recently. 100 dollars for adoption and they go with a whole package of needed shots. The staff is really helpful in answering questions.Hard not to want to adopt them all, so while you're there you can check out the fish. They have a few bearded dragons when I've gone in. Rabbits, Guinea pigs, dumbo fancy rats, small and medium mice.Some smaller birds in cages as well.A few Cat trees.Smaller selection of cat food and dog food.Great place for seeds, plants, and gardening equipment.

I love this place, the have amazing plants and fish areas! Each person who works there has passionate knowledge of either reptiles, fish, birds, or plants and are ready too tell you anything you need to know.The back area with the mice could use a good cleaning though...Other than that, I love going here and getting my cute animal fix.

I'm extremely disappointed, especially after the interaction I had today. The employee SCRUFFED a guinea pig and used a pink solution from an unlabeled spray bottle on his face after I pointed out the chelitis developing above his lip. Showed very little regard for fear-free handling. You don't scruff animals, very young kittens may be the exception in certain circumstances. Neither rabbits nor piggies had hay available. No enrichments, chews or toys. Only one 32oz water bottle and one hidey hut for 4-5 guineas, with bare stall pellets for bedding.. Rabbits kept in small, wire bottom cages, stacked up, no pressure relief for their feet.

Great nursery, they know their stock. They carry feed, pet supplies, aquarium, and pond supplies. Good people, long-standing local business.This is a business that cares about the customer. They answer questions and have enough staff on hand to get to you quickly.

Kaija's is always the best! I love checking out the awesome plant displays! As soon as you enter you will be greeted by one of the shops cats! can't help looking at their beautiful assortment of cool rarer plants ☘️They have an amazing garden center.Then directly to the Beautiful fish room (They also have amphibious and reptile pets that are top notch) It is the totally awesome family of knowledgeable workers and beautiful business that keeps me coming back ❤️

I love Kaija's! They're a great, locally owned store doing amazing things with the Almost Home Project, rescuing and spaying/neutering cats. They have plants, trees, fish, birds, chicks, bunnies, mice etc. There is literally something for everyone!The blueberry plant I just bought will be a great addition to my backyard:)

Super sweet staff, and very knowledgeable. Came in for vivarium building for a red eye tree frog. Will be ordering my frogs and making the hour drive for pick up because the staff was just that great.

Went in Saturday morning. My wife wanted a couple of koi. The gentleman that helped us was not the friendliest or most helpful. He didn’t seem to understand that just dipping the net in the tub and pulling out whatever colors was acceptable, made us feel like we were bothering him. I don’t believe we will ever be going back there again. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with him, but it will be the last.

I went to get some fish for my aquarium and all the staff was nice, except for the old man that works there. He's rude, mean, and condescending. He came to help us with an attitude and got worse the longer we tried to just buy some fish. Instead, I left determined to never go back again. Ended up going to Pioneer West, the girl there was fantastic. Spent $80 and will be going back to Pioneer West from this point forward.

The pricing is inconsistent from worker to worker and the staff (or at least the woman I was checked out by) were rude and dismissive, I asked for a small amount of an item and even brought my own container for scale and was ignored when i said they had added toi much to my bag, then when I got to the counter, the woman working there said it would be doube what i had previously been told. Very disappointed.

A little crazy in a good way. There is always someone available with knowledge about the fish and garden plants.I have a very small saltwater tank and buy Phosguard in bulk to fill my little wedding rice bags with the correct amount of material. The string on the bag goes thru the a hole in the top grate and a zip tie holds it there.

I debated posting this for a bit cause the staff is so nice and helpful and it really is fun to go there and look around, they have great stuff and pretty fantastic prices (lower than big chain stores even). The reason I give them 1 star is they have Beta fish in cups and specifically promote the idea of using them as decor in less than 1 gallon vases with no filter or anything. I did speak to them about it and at first they said it was just for transport, but I pointed out their display selling small vases as beta tanks, and they said welp, it sells. I went back to talk to them about alternatives, and there were even more small containers displayed as beta tanks. It felt like an F U for complaining about the inhumane treatment in the first place. So, I guess this is one of those times where I am gonna do the autistic thing and stick to my guns and not shop there anymore, and I hope more people complain about the live fish being sold as trinkets to display and slowly torture to death. Cause, booooooooooooooooo!

Awesome selection with friendly and helpful staff that can hold a conversation. They also have cats with them and also pets that people can adopt like fish and birds. Lots of seeds and tools and pet supplies and overall I recommend giving Kaija's a visit.

Great selection, very competitive prices, and truly outstanding customer service. You can definitely tell the company takes very good care of their plants and animals. I was very impressed at the health and care of their little reptile friends, in particular. Highly recommend.

The Grandsons and I had a great time just looking, we had to get some reptile items and frog stuff, they had it ALL, Then I ended up with a Noble Xmas tree too because of the good price. The nicest lady in charge of the trees even brought it to my apartment as it wouldn't fit in my car.. I really thought I felt blessed

Great place for pond supplies! Staff is all super helpful and friendly. They work with local rescues/shelters to help try to find home for kittens. Wife and I often stop by just to give/get love from any they have. Lots of growing/gardening supplies too. Xmas time they are known for having one of the largest selection of vintage glass ornaments in the state. Just a great place - make sure to check it out.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! We have gone in to buy and look at fish as well as get water for our tank. The staff always assist in what is appropriate for our size and current fish population. They never try to sell us something we don't need. They also gave us tips on how to get our filter working again, which it worked, instead of just selling us a new one. Great little selection!
