I love the new stuff they have in there inventory. Lots of new craft supplies. Updated animal toys. Lots of lines though. They need to open there 4th check out. But for the time being everything in the store is still 1.00.

Lines were 20 deep, cashiers were temperamental and rude when customers voiced opinions about poor service and time line for check outs. Management was rude and said they didn't have to answer to us as the customers or explain anything. We watched 8-10 customers walk out due to the wait (1 cashier for over 15 minutes then brought out 1 more). Told management and they had the attitude of oh well. 🙄 where has customer service gone? 😕 Not sure how businesses expect to survive when have rude management running the business.

I love this Dollar Tree. Their Halloween selection is fantastic. Lots of household stuff too. I love all the glass items in the kitchen section. Really nice people too.

For a place with cheap soap you'd think they could keep soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. They can't though. Guess the employees don't wash their hands either. Then I was accused of stealing very loudly by a manager, then very loudly cleared by a cashier that I just used the bathroom. It was enjoyable, but I'll shop at Grocery Outlet, thanks.

Absolutely WORST dollar tree u will ever visit. If u go to this store, expect to be there for over an hour every single time, because even though they have 4 working regeisters, they’ll only have no more than 1 running at a time. Even when there is a literal 15 person line waiting to check out, the managers will sit in the office and seemingly do nothing. I wouldn’t say that if this was a one-off experience. This is every single time that I’ve gone in this store and the managers do absolutely nothing about it. Prepare for a very long journey if u shop here. Even If ur going in for one or two items, BEWARE. After my last experience I will never shop or pick up instacart orders from this store ever again.

Horrible management. Generally really good associates but the store manager is a straight up bully and a nightmare of a person! As a teacher I used to love coming here but just had to many bad experiences to keep going back. Shame what is become!

This is a horrible Dollar general everytime I come in all lanes but one are closed... Forcing all customers into one line. Today I came in and three lanes were open. When I was ready to check out all but one lane were closed. The other checkers and the manager stood at the end of the line talking, laughing and hugging. The one checker left took his sweet time checking out and the line did not move in 20 minutes!!!! I spent twice as much time in line as I did shopping!!!This place sucks.

It has a lot of inexpensive items to use to try new projects. It is my go to for gift bags, tissue paper and some wrapping from time to time. If you are on a limited fixed income and stretch your dollar this will offer a large variety from foods, household cleaning products, items for the bathrooms and dishes too! 8/5/22 it now costs a little more but still has a decent variety of things. Great cheaper and disposable options when you do not want to use you high end utensils for camp outs. I was a little frustrated today with our checker. We went in the line that had 3 people with no more than 3-9 items and the line next to us had 2 people with many items. By the time it was our turn, the other line had finished those 2 and 5 others before we were done. I am not sure if she was new, it didn't feel like it completely but she rang and moved very slow and it was difficult not to want to help her pack the bags. She was kind but not the best option on a busy day. It didn't help I was trying to stay within a timeline. :(

I don't know if it is the time of year but this store was packed mostly with people waiting to check out because there were not enough cashiers and the ones that were working were really slow. There was a line from the register all the way to the back wall of the store. There were no carts because all of the carts were waiting to be cashed out. They had a good selection of Christmas decorations but the whole checking out experience was so terrible I will not be back for a long time.

2 stars because the stock is usually full. BUT the lack of customer service and blatant disregard for customers is unacceptable. There was one very friendly and nice cashier overwhelmed with non stop customers lined up past the aisle shelving while the other employee/manager? ignored everyone and acted very involved in filling the soda cooler and just ignored the customers and her overwhelmed cashieras we were lined up to the back of the store!!! Then she answered the ringing phone and took a very long personal call. All the while ignoring the long line. She is a Tall stocky blonde woman who needs a lesson in management and customer service.

Dirty, unorganized, messy (though that has to do with the idiots who shop there and can't manage to put anything back, and therefore put it just anywhere, or just throw it on the floor!), boxes in the aisles and blocking clear passage, and as usual, with a line to the back of the store, ONE checker, and no one else working there thinks to put at least one more checker on. Chaos.

If you're going to grab a few cheap things really quick then it's wonderful.On the other hand, if you want to go through each isle and take your time it's less then plesent. The isles are dirty, staff are tacky, and honestly other customers are impolite also. If the items were anymore then $1, I would give this place two stars. Wrote how my most recent time here was up next.My most recent trip here when I was having my items checked out another staff member pulled out her phone to show my cashier some photos. The cashier jokingly made a comment about how I have a customer but then still talked to her for a while not helping me.I took my cart to the exit and noticed there were five carts not even lined up by the exit, let alone pushed together. The carts are right by the exit so they're easy to push in. I always like to help out by sorting carts out of politness. So while I was mid sorting carts a customer pushes her cart in to mine and walks out. I didn't even bother to push her cart in.Sure I got some craft supplies for cheap but the cruddy environment leaves you feeling off.

This particular dollar tree is the only one dollar store in my area. They are always out of the things I go there to purchase. They never have enough people working at the checkouts. Probably don't want to shop there if you're in a hurry. The people working there seem to be more worried about talking to each other then the customers. Except for the ones who are chatty; they are just slow. With all that being said, it is a store where everything, including the products they sell, and employees who work there, are worth a dollar. Which in some cases, is a bit of a stretch. Happy shopping. lol

They will have two lines going half way down the aisles and still will have workers, standing around, talking and doing nothing. They keep hiring people to stock the shelves but not the cash registers.

Busy here in the afternoon. Only went for candy, but could tell this was organized well. Lots of other businesses near here so traffic is heavy. Good location if you are traveling I-5 and need a snack or what ever.

Dear Dollar Tree:We’ve never stolen from any store. Even when we could barely afford food, we paid for every thing. Now we shop there because it’s fun. We can afford full price. God has blessed us! So whatever made you ask us to leave your store, I’m sorry if you thought that we were stealing. My husband wasn’t pocketing a small item. He was digging for change so we didn’t have to break a bigger bill. Next time a customer offers to empty their pockets, it might help prove your point. Our pockets had cell phones, keys, and one wallet. Just so you know lol. I have never known worst customer service. Its never okay to get in a customers face and tell them the manager is going to ask them to leave. I have never been more embarrassed and we did nothing wrong

It was perfect for what I needed. I was looking for Valentine's day cards (a pack) for my Daughter's daycare so she could hand out cards to her classmates and teachers. I got a pack of PJ Mask cards for you guessed it. A DOLLAR! Thanks dollar tree. They really do have a great selection of stuff. And I mean large. They have toys, household goods. Just about everything u need that u could imagine for a dollar.
