I love this sweet little coffee shop in the heart of Carnation.They've [semi] recently renovated and added a lot more inside and outside seating, and it looks great. It's comfortable and stylish, and a lovely place to have a quiet coffee.I haven't tried the food here, but the coffee is quality (in the opinion of this coffee snob 😉), the staff are welcoming and kind, service is fast, and they do the best Pup Cups! (Be sure to tip well if you get one of these, cos they are generous)There's drive-through service, a small amount of parking directly behind it, there's a group room on the main level, and I think there's even office space or group rooms for rent upstairs (but check with them, obv, in case that's ceased)Parking: There's about three parking spots directly behind the coffee shop for customers, and there's a lot more free street parking nearby.

Great little independent coffee shop in downtown Carnation. We stopped in while visiting from Delaware and really liked it. The coffee is very good, and the raspberry scone I had was excellent! There is a lot of construction going on around the building but don't let that deter you because it's a really good place!

A cute little shop with plenty of drink options for coffee-lovers and coffee-haters alike. I got a cold brew and my husband got an orange creamsicle drink; both were tasty and reasonably priced. There was a surprising number of seating options outside, including a little nook with comfy chairs on the upstairs patio.

Friendly, casual, pet friendly atmosphere. Great coffee and interesting selection of yummy baked goods. Have also enjoyed some wonderful soup and delicious panini. By far my choice for a great coffee stop.

Nice staff. Good drink/food selection. Nice outdoor seating area.My sandwich was a bit soggy due to the fresh tomatoes and the chicken meat had a bone and the skin on it which I was not okay with. I think a thicker bread vs sandwich bread would have worked better. My husband had the same sandwich with sundried tomatoes and it was not soggy. I love fresh tomatoes in season but when cooked in the panini press it made the bread soggy.

Sandy's has very good coffee and amazing baked goods. The bakery items are pricey but really delicious. If you are worried about the cost, look for the basket of half price day-old goodies.We sat indoors, but the outdoor seating looked inviting, too.

Cute place, friendly workers. Best to call your order in ahead of time, at lunch sandwich orders are many and I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes (5 sandwiches ahead of me). I didn't have the time, but ordered the best pumpkin muffin ever. Yum!

Cutest storefront with plenty of cozy indoor and outdoor seating plus several private meeting spaces. Great staff! Lattes are a win as well!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from sidewalk to front door.

Their own roast of coffee is great, their 3rd party products are not as good. Their cold brew is from a bottle and it's noticeably different from their own coffee poured over ice. Their prepackaged food is not so good either. Be sure to get Sandy's own coffee and food products, why they even serve other stuff is beyond me.

Cute little coffee shop. They had a small selection of pastries. There is also seating for a few people upstairs. My husband and I each got a vanilla latte and split a cookie with our daughter. Delicious!

Such a cute coffee spot with friendly staff! The coffee was super tasty and the snickerdoodle cookie was the best I’ve ever had! We found our new favorite coffee shop! :)

This is such a big coffee place for such a small town. We totally don't deserve it, but we are hashtag blessed by the large variety of pastries and lunchtime offerings, as well as the sleek yet comfy aesthetics. They have a second floor for those who need a quiet place to study or meet. Oh, they are also the only drive through in town. Try them out!

This place is awesome, with friendly baristas, great coffee, and cute small town charm. Lunch is served til 2 pm and definitely worth the time, especially the Marci's Chicken. There's 3 tables inside and a nice patio space with more tables, but if you're on the go there's a drive thru. They take their time getting everything perfect, so be prepared to slow down and enjoy the view

Sunday 10.30am quite long wait there were only.a few coming thru drive thru but looks like they were a bit understaffed. No biggie but ordered a hot chocolate which was very bland. Did they not use any cocoa? Mercifully, it was hot and not overly sweet. But, not satisfying for a pre hike pick me up. Perhaps coffee would be better. Satisfaction is important so this is reason for 2 stars.Unlikely to return.

I was not allowed to put my own cream in my coffee. So much was put in my coffee was cold. Push button espresso maker and weak coffee. Food and pastries looked decent, I did not try them. Service was very cheerful even though they would not let me handle the cream or sugar.
