Great place to get ideas and supplies for any party, including decorations. Great selection of piñatas, candy, and gift bags. They have balloons, greeting cards, and a good selection for wedding and baby showers, too. Moderately priced. The store was clean and organized and the staff approachable, helpful, and friendly. Ftee parking in a huge parking lot. We found a shark pinata for a pirate birthday party for $25.

Store is well organized. But the employees are not on the same page. I came here the first time and I believe she is the Manager, offered me one of the package deal balloons, for $28 she said with the weight that's why she got me to say Yes ok let's do it. Then she left me with the associate and started taking my info. when I'm paying she started pricing every single thing including the weight, I said that's not what we agree for, she started saying so what do you want me to do..do you want the weight or your not taking it..and I said I hope you guys keep your word..it's not ok when your both saying different and makes me wanna cancel my order. Then she finally change the price but she was on the phone with the manager. Just feel frustrated when people try to change their deal after you say yes I will take it. Moving on to the day of the pick up, I called in the morning Dec. 1st, letting them know I will pick up my order at 5pm instead of 7pm Dec.1st. She said yes. Then 2 min. before 5pm, I called again to tell them I'm almost at the store and I will be I'm the curbside pick up, the gentleman said Yes it is ready for you. Good deal. I parked curbside, but I decided to just come in, I said hi, I'm here to pick up my order and he started looking for it called people......guess what? NOT READY!!!!! And I was like seriously? I drove here from Maple Falls called you even twice before i come in, you guys keep saying Yes Its ready for you, what is all that?....but of course I handled it nicely because my 4 years old daughter is there...and I don't want her birthday ruined and I don't want to be mad....the reason of all this, is they should make sure before giving customers information...not false information...I feel like they are very good to please people to buy the products but when it's all paid....it feels like they're service is done. Feel so sad about that. Waited 30min for them blow my 12 balloons plus one gigantic 5.

I only give three stars because the manager and one employee were more concerned about fulfilling call in/online balloon orders than actually helping customers in person. They had such snippy and rude attitudes and refused to fill up balloons if you were getting more than two! LUCKILY…there was a wonderful and helpful employee named Sam, who was the only one taking time to greet everyone as she rushed to fill balloons, that was kind and helpful enough to accommodate a crazy purchase of four balloons. I would definitely rate Sam’s customer service five stars! It was a pleasure meeting you Samantha!!!

i understand it’s their job but i was accused of stealing one out of the two keychains i got. i clearly only got two but i put one back. the worker accused me of taking three so o was on the spot of taking two in my bag which i didn’t. so nah never going to come back here when i’m falsely accused of something i never done in my life. good day.:)

I ordered balloon bouquets, almost $100.00 worth. I ordered them in 3 colors, 3 different shapes. I got the colors but ALL THE SAME SHAPE. Another person picked up balloons so didn't know that was not correct. STORE KNEW. Very unhappy, will not recommend.

I tried to buy a item and the lady said that she can’t sell me the item I don’t really say anything. At the time I was with my brother and he had a lollipop and put it back were he found it and the lady told him to bring the lollipop back and I saw a girl that was making a whole mess and she look like 13 and she was white as a Mexican I feel like this world is not get better.

This place was so worth the drive from Bellingham! I needed 80's theme party decor for mk y 10 yr Olds birthday party. So I came here with my daughter & she had her friend come along. First of all the 2 employees working were a great help! I wish I could remember their names! I think one was Corey & the other guy was short with glasses anyway super cool people who represent this company very well!Anyway (lol) You can find really great stuff for any kind of party! The wall & the ceiling behind the cash registers are covered displaying all kinds of helium balloons they sell. Such a wide variety of themes, characters, sayings, colors, shapes & types as in basic balloons, clear balloons w/confetti inside etc. There is an ample variety of party themes for tiny kiddos parties like birthdays, sporting event celebrations, milestones, baptisms all the way up to bridal, bachlorette/bachelor, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, over the hill, retirement etc.. They have a wide range of candies like chocolates covered in an aluminum wrap & made to look like actual coins & they taste good too! Gummies, lollipops & I think they are called butter mints & the list goes on. In the candy aisle they have a giant gumball machine! They have all sorts of fun party favor toys at price points across the board. I was able to buy some fun stuff to add to the favor bags we gave out to all our guests w/out breaking the bank which was something I was kinda worried about. Thankfully the stuff I grabbed was very affordable! I could go on and on and on as you can tell. This review is pretty long & I know I'm leaving tons of stuff out lol! One more thing, you can go to party city website & enter your zip code & shop from the store near your location. That way you have an idea of their inventory before making the trip or you can do curbside pick up which is so convenient when you have a party to host! Hope this review helps & check them out I don't think you will regret it!

Great customer service and organize shelves. It's wide and spacious with a wonderful selection of party and holiday themed decor. Came here to get birthday decorations for my bf's 40th and was not disappointed. They have everything from cutesy and fun to bold and sophisticated. It's also very reasonably priced.

As long as you pay your balloons, being inflated isn't a priority. Apparently, the people standing in line behind me who haven't paid are more important. I will NOT be coming back!This was 8 months ago, and I still haven't gone back! I will never forget the disrespect!

Fun store stocked up really well. 8-7-19, they are having 50 percent off of certain costumes, right now. So this is for my daughter, it was $5.00... The staff, is always nice and helpful very clean store I enjoy going in every few months to see what's new.

staff is super crazy I went in about 10 minutes before it closed only to be followed around by every single staff member and never once did I even pick up anything then I heard the manager say that she was calling the cops and I was the only one in the store with my sister and my sister did not take anything either and we've never even been to party City so they couldn't have liked. We taking something before it was just really crazy and rude and I don't know why they treated us like that nor have I ever been treated like that anywhere so unless you want to be shamed for shoplifting when you're not shoplifting nor have you ever been don't go to the store

Came in and brought our little dog to get him out of the hot car and got kicked out because he wasn’t a service animal despite there being no signs on the door. The woman with pink hair was extremely rude about it. We will take our business elsewhere.

This is definitely a good place to go for a decent variety of party decorations. They have lots of seasonal decorations and then many options for birthday ones too. Huge selection of balloons. But upon my most recent visit I was very disappointed to not be able to get birthday balloons. They ran out of helium and had no idea when they would get more. Although they had helium tanks for sale. Now as a business, I would think that I'd use those tanks to satisfy the customers needs.

Lots of choices but expensive and poor customer serviceWhile at check out and being served by the cashier she greeted in coming customers answered their questions and stopped completing our balloon order to get items for the customer waiting in line behind us.Why couldn’t she just have completed our order then focus on the next customer.

Fabulous place to shop for all kinds of party supplies. What sets this place apart is their AMAZING customer service. They will answer your questions and help when you ask for it. I had reason to interact with several of the staff and all were great.The selection is enormous and well priced. I will be recommending them to everyone. So much better than the usual, "it's down eisle XYZ, you can hunt for it yourself" attitude you get elsewhere.

I made an online order to pick up in the store - hoping it would just be a quick in and out ordeal. I waited for over 10 minutes for my order to be retrieved from the back of the store. I easily could have stopped the store myself :( Orders should be stored up front for quick transactions.

Ok selection. Expensive. Hard to track down an employee for help. They only let you have 1 costume out at a time and only 2 changing rooms. Then if you want a different costume you have to track another employee down. It was a long process. And then I had a 20% off coupon for over 35$ an it only discounted me for $35 of my $85 bill. Total false advertising or maybe the employee couldnt read.

Always excellent, be careful about the Military discount, it doesn't work with any "sale" items. Which is odd it always used to? If you have an important question ask mgr. Younger staff never knows anything.

I went in for a couple Halloween items on sale, and came out with items that were only advertised as on sale. The receipt told a different story. When i called to confirm th mistake, i was told 'so sorry' and thanks for purchasing full price items idiot. Return policy is nonexistent and minerva of customer service is a cancer for communication.Avoid if you can, and triple check if you can't

Lots of party items at a reasonable notice. BUT checker was very rude. When we were checking out she asked the person behind us what they wanted then left and went searching for the stuff they asked for leaving us just standing around.
