BEWARE! I have taken my dogs there in the past but switched to Painted Pooch because the services were not great. PP was having issues and we got COVID so I got desperate to get my dogs in. They let me get back to work and then called and demanded I come pick up my one dog because she was biting - she's a 15 pound little dog and they've seen her before without issue. I arrived and tried to complain to the manager who told me that "well, if I wasn't comfortable with them, I shouldn't be their customer". No offer of a quick nail trim, a reschedule, a coupon, nothing. They know that it's hard to hire groomers now and this manager was on a power trip - basically if you don't like it get lost. They treat you like absolute garbage and I definitely will never go back.
