Our new addition to the family is so happy with his toys, litter and food. The customer service was very informative letting us know that we get a discount for new pet additions to the family. The unfortunate part was that they didn't have spray for scratch deterrent. They had tape. But everything else was ok.Update: he's not so little anymore

We go to Mud Bay in Burien regularly. The staff are always very welcoming, nice and helpful. They go over and beyond the call of duty to help us with our dogs. We have been going there for years and we went from four dogs to three. We have a German Sheperd, a APB and a Boston Terrier we had a Chiuahua but she passed. The women know us as soon as we go in and they have talked us through many different situations and have guided us on the right path. I appreciate them so very much! You ladies are the best!

We have this banana shaped stuff toy for cats that is filled with catnip. Freaking phenomenal. My cat loves it.Customer service was OK, they were pleasant but no different than you get from any other major store.

The place to get the best quality cat and dog supplies. They are very well staffed for carry out or anything that you will need. I love the easy return policy. Also they have many samples for a finicky pet.

Lovely and helpful people working here. The sign says food for dogs and cats but they actually have feed for bunnies and poultry too. Got some cool stuff for my bunnies.

Updated 11/04/2023:Went in today to get treats. Tried the bulk dog treats and got the small bucket. You get 15% off every time you bring it back to fill it up. They are friendly and genuine.Past visit:Was looking for a cat scratching post. I did not find what I was looking for. However the cashier there direct me to a place that makes them. You see I was looking for one that had a 19inx12in space for the cat to lay down. Places don't make them that big. Overall Mud Bay was helpful.

This place is great. They have the right foods for our animals and all the other fun stuff too. The staff is always very helpful. We brought my three dogs in and they went nuts over the girls and started taken pictures of them. It was fun.

I can't say I've been to many Mud Bay locations but I go here a lot and the staff are all so sweet to my dog (lots of friendly attention and treats) and so helpful. I've had to ask many questions as a relatively new dog mom and the team members are always ready to share their knowledge and recommendations without getting impatient. The prices are typically a little higher than some of the larger chain pet stores, however, I feel really comfortable with the quality and ingredients of things I purchase at Mud Bay, as well as the customer care. Thank you, Mud Bay Burien Staff, for being so approachable!
