Ya know.....back in my day....a man could go to a dispensary website and find their daily specials clearly posted. This way a man knew when it was the best time to make a purchase. Now, apparently, a man has to drive around visiting every store just to find a deal. Then, it's not actually a deal for all the gas spent. Oh sure, a man could just call the store. But then all you get is a tender looking over the same site wondering why the deals aren't listed either. After 40yrs maybe it's just time to hang up the 'ol pipe and find something else to spend that money on. I always knew this what would happen when it went legal. Just another great community based culture ruined by greed.

I've gone to a few different Reef locations all over PNW and honestly, they're my favorite besides Have A Heart. First of all, it's usually women working in The Reef and that does make me immediately feel more comfortable.The displays are really eye catching and organized and they don't overwhelm you. Also, the budtenders are very nice and very knowledgeable, so you can go in and describe the type of high you want and they'll find you a strain within your budget. I love that.

Clean, polite staff and always stocked on familiar faces like Juicy J's, Slab Mechanicals, and more. Order online for a 15% discount, or order in person if you're a shop with your eyes kinda person 😉. Product ready when you get there or quickly put together if you wait to order in person. Unless there's a lot of customers; I never have to wait in line and if I do it's not for long.

I love this place. Great selection of inventory available to match any of your medicinal/recreational needs. Staff is knowledgeable, and always has something to suggest based on what your needs are. Maddy I believe her name is is my favorite employee. She always is super nice, extremely professional, and always has a great reccomendation based on what I'm looking for, I'll go there over another place just for the amazing help she provides. 100 out of 10 stars!!!!Update 8/9/23I frequent this place very often a year later. Customer service is exceptional, feels very genuine every time I stop in. Selection is always good, based on what product you're looking for. This is definitely a spot I would reccomend anyone to.

Been going here since July 2020 and have placed 34 orders since then (roughly an order a week), summing up to $3-4000. Everything with the service and product had been fantastic.However, recently, I went in to just use the ATM since it doesn't have a fee and was told to use the one at the 7-eleven next door. This really rubbed me the wrong way so I'll be looking for a new regular place to shop.

ATM has taken my card still forced me to do multiple transactions to pull small amounts of money. And their atm now charges your card every time you stick it in. Maybe I missed the sign saying its not free there anymore. But I was upset to have over 10$ in charges from an ATM i thought was free...

Everyone at the reef is so nice!!!Always ready to help me out when ever I need it & answer any questions I may have. Going to a dispensary can be intimidating but that is never the case here. Especially with Vanessa, a friendly face who is often working when I’m there. Always greets me and gives me the best recommendations! I recommend everyone coming here

Satisfying customer service that makes it easy to get what i need and want. (Edited 3 months after first posting) I have yet to have any sort of bad trip there. The employees are up front and friendly, if your order gets messed up it gets fixed rather quickly. I'll get some pics later.

This place is small, but always has an excellent selection, and excellent employees! They offer 10% discount if you pre-order online, have a loyalty program, and donate a portion of every purchase to your choice of... I don't know... four or five different causes. I usually choose the last prisoner project myself! Oh, and I've seen of being an underwater reef is cool.

Nice, clean store with amazing staff (I would expect nothing less, based on my awesome experiences at the Seattle location). I did remove a star because I was disappointed when I found out that the rewards system from Seattle doesn't transfer over. Other than that it would have been a 5 star experience!

Have you met The Reef? If not it would literally pay to do so. Great selection of product at incredible rates. Are you a veteran? In that case the deals are even sweeter at 20% off. If not take advantage of the discount offered for ordering ahead online. Staff is efficient, chill and friendly. I will have a hard time shopping at any other store.

Been here twice now , staff has been friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Using the iPad to order is great but can feel slow/clunky(I actually crashed it while trying to browse.). Overall my experience has been quite pleasant. I've already recommended it to several friends.
