Best dispensary around in my opinion!Customer service is above and beyond , it’s my go-to dispensary. Every employee I’ve come in contact with was nice and friendly.Prices have a great range from low to high as well as their supply is decent.I personally smoke oil and I’ve never had a complaint about the oil.I have had one dab pen that didn’t hit or light up or anything but had no issues returning it.I love the “spin the wheel deal”!

It was one of the places I regularly went to. Had not been in there for a few weeks, go inside to use the ATM and grab something for 4:20. Apparently, my ex works there. I get cussed out by her. I would not even realize she was there until she addressed me. Busy store. I was told to leave. Which is not an issue. I'm using nicer words than what was presented to me. As I'm getting into my car, another employee follows me out to the parking lot and starts screaming and cussing at me also. The two other employees that were inside you could see they were clearly mortified when I'm walking out about these two's actions. Not to mention, the customers in the parking left me embarrassed and humiliated. This person is a dishonest person who manipulates people, stole, and cheated on me. I had to move to a different residence and not tell them where I live just to avoid them. I had no desire to see this person. But I also did not deserve to be treated this way as I did nothing, and I had been a loyal customer to this business. Stupid I had to put one star

This is the second time I have visited Emerald Coast Cannabis. My first visit I told the lovely lady who helped me and my wife we didn’t have very much experience with cannabis, I explained what I was interested in and she made a few recommendations that were all excellent. This was my second visit and the gentleman I spoke too was able to get me the same product we tried before with my vague description and made a few recommendations that I can’t wait to try. I would happily recommend Emerald Coast to anyone who asked.

I don’t know what it is but almost every time I come in there, there’s some young adult with a ridiculous amount of attitude(never have had a problem with a older employee there) I don’t know what the issue is but I will never be returning because I’m not trying to catch a charge. Teach your young employees some respectUpdate: Found out who the owner is. Makes so much sense now. Got a pretty bad rep. Do a favor and just save your time and money guys

Been going to this shop for over 4 years. their atm has had issues but today i tried 6 times to get it to work, after looking up the code to inform the manager about what is wrong, she then berated me with her work problems then proceeded to kick me out the store when i only came in to buy my things and leave. they made it a personal issue instead of letting me leave with what i wanted. i want this lady fired and never to work with people again. she is so rude and thinks she own the store.. i will never come back to such a unprofessional store run by a disrespectful child manager. so much for a 5 star rating... sad to see the owner dose not watch the shop, it was a better time with her around....... PS, The owner caters to her workers and not her lively hood....

At this point, this is the only dispensary I go to. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are always best on the area. I always walk out with a good deal and a good experience

This is specifically for the person who was supposed to help us, didn’t ask his name. I came here with a friend. Unfortunately he seemed uninterested in being helpful and was unfriendly instead. 3 stars because the product we ended up buying was fine, but we won’t be coming back here.

I gotta say after reading reviews and the reply back from the owner on one of them is disappointing. Instead of actually educating the commenter the reply back is very condescending. Which is incredibly sad considering that's exactly what the other person was saying they didn't like about their experience in the store. I come in almost weekly and even I can see that there's definitely a difference in how someone is treated based simply off of looks alone. If someone doesn't look like they're knowledgeable they're either ignored or spoken down to. That's poor customer service. It doesn't matter if you think someone is asking for the wrong thing. Cannabis as a whole effects everyone differently. So if someone comes in asking for a specific thing maybe it's because that is what actually works best for them. To treat them rudely because you read or posted some article is ridiculously poor behavior. It's pompous and very rude. There's not even enough research even now to be able to confidently tell someone especially if they could have been using cannabis a majority of their life that they are wrong about something as small and insignificant as that. You don't know if they have tried other things either. Bottom line at the end of the day the customer usually knows what they want. It's not your job to degrade them for asking for something specifically. It's your job to accommodate them.

The girl working was ok she tried to give us a battery without the box and charger and when she went across to get the one in the box she left her cash register open anyone could have stolen from her. I think if she working there she shouldn't do that plus she should be more aware and more to listen to the customer. We bought a cartridge and a battery and pioneer squares sour cherry.. we would come more often if you guys sold the pot of gold weed like the Herbban market in Port Orchard..

This is a hard review for me to do which is why it's taken me (10) days to begin.First I will say that I was impressed with the female budtender with the pretty nails and bright colored hair. Sorry, I didn't get her name. She was personable, professional and helped me get what I needed at a decent price. It was her awesome personality and efficient service that kept me coming back. Thank you pretty lady.On Monday 8/7/23 at 10:11pm I came in and was greeted by a young man who assisted me in getting what I asked for. " flower w 21% THC or higher please" He brought me two pkgs . I was unable to read the tiny numbers printed on the package. I asked him "what the numbers were for THC " Looking at each pkg, he assured me they were both over 21%. I purchased both pkgs totalling $51.00.When I got home I got out my magnifying glass seeing THC 2.7% for the "Candy" and THC 1.3% for "GMO". Simple mistake as the total "Cannabinoids" listed were over 21% which I could see clearly w/out a magnifier. His mistake was not listening to me when I repeated "THC." He must not have understood the several separate percentages of additives in the product. He was obviously not schooled on what he was selling. He acted confident that he could read the package as I could not. Had he not fully understood what I was asking, he should have asked for his coworkers input. I believe this was an error made by the employee not me.I returned the following evening Tuesday 8/8/23 approx 9:30/10pm. I understood their return policy prior to my return knowing I would not be granted an exchange or refund. I had the unopened packages with me in hopes of explaining the mistake made by their employee. It helps to know the requirements of your job as much as knowing the basics of the products you sell. Just sayin'.The same young man from the night before was behind the counter assisting a customer. Another fellow greeted me on the floor after I signed in on the kiosk. I began to tell him my story which he didn't care to hear and immediately let me know that "No refunds. What leaves his store doesn't come back." Ok fine. A little explosive but clear on that. I just told him " I am looking to get something with some THC in it, something at 21% THC or more. " my exact words. He rolled his eyes and went to the wall looking at jars. I asked if he would "please find something in a package, please." I reminded him "THC % only please NOT THCA." This time I had my magnifier w me so I could see for myself. He rolled his eyes AGAIN and said "THC don't matter if you want to get high"....Sensing the tension I asked "if there was a problem asking for what I wanted?" His loud reply was " you could change your attitude" as he walked back and dropped a couple pkgs on the counter. I replied " I didn't come in with an attitude."Not caring to argue I told him " I would take my business elsewhere. " He was like "Yeah you do that." And I left and did just that.I was really shaken up as I am not normally one to get in to confrontations with someone like that in public or anywhere. This dude was way out of line. He should not be behind a counter pissing people off in such a manner. Cuz that's exactly what he did. I can't imagine anyone else handling the disrespect as calmly as I did. I even drove nicely out of the parking lot using my blinker as I waited for passing vehicles. My truck on the other hand whispered "take me to him, through the doors.""To many innocent customers inside." I whispered back. People who can't control their mouth either learn the hard way or live the hard way.Try this "customer service" approach somewhere in Tacoma n see how that turns out. I do NOT recommend buying anything from Emerald Coast Cannabis , ever.

I was simply driving by and two women employees were crossing the road from Safeway to Emerald Coast Cannabis , not in the cross walk. They were refusing to look at the cars the were holding up and when I stated they should look up when crossing the road , the girls both started screaming at me to watch the road and I can F off??? Then they went to unlock the Cannabis store. I called later to find out the managers name and the girl hung up on me after I asked a few questions.Yesterday I witnessed the same girls physically shoving a girl out of the same business yelling at her as they were at me the other day.I can’t understand the attitude problem and don’t feel like getting harassed and hung up on to get ahold of Dawn the Owner. Gosh they need time off or something.This was Three days ago and Nicole is the name of the rude Manager. Take a break

One of the budtenders, Ali, is very personable and friendly and you don't get that very often around these parts. This is already my favorite dispensary in Kitsap due to their magnificent selection and pricing, but conversations with Ali always have me leaving with a smile on my face. 12/10. Weekly customer forever.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had after they put a sign on the door saying they’re gonna be gone for five minutes and we’re gone for 25 minutes. We’ll never go back to the store over price not a friendly environment.

Wonderful shop! The ladies in the morning are rockstars. They are knowledgeable and will go in depth if asked. If you just want product, they are helpful as well.Everyone has personalities and if they didn’t, pot shops would be boring.The dudes in the evening are great. Haven’t gone much in the evening though.

Used to love this place but it’s been sliding downhill for months. The current staff of Dan and his son are horrible and argumentative and downright rude and nasty! I have had other negative issues recently with a new crew member as well.I gave it another go tonight. After I had picked out all my items I asked if I could explain the issue I had a week ago. I was cut off and outright told they would not hear me out at allMind you I-started by stating I wasn’t looking to be negative or anything except inquiring and not being rude or nasty only asking for someone to listen.But the asshats trusted to run the place are just that … Dan (I think is his name… )and his son. His son is so rude and argumentative it’s unbelievableFor example I ask for some brand of joints and he asks Indica, Sativa or Hybrid. When I ask what strains are available in each type , he is annoyed and says does that matterI replied yea it does, like duhGet rid of the riff raff losers collecting a paycheck while they don’t performI will never ever step foot in there again! Minus Zero customer service skills and the owner should be aware because I’m sure I am not the only one who feels this wayI hope she cares more than her trusted staff

I went in yesterday for a refill on a cartridge- and its the cheapest place so far when im not in my main home town.Very clean, and well organized- as well as decent prices! Going in today for another item since I found out on prices here.

I went there for the first time today. It's a nice big store. Staff was nice. They had a lot of different vape flavors from low orbit. We love low orbit vape . They had a cheerful fun vibe. They had many different products. Nice location by bus stop and Safeway. Will definitely go there again in the future.

The guy that claims he’s the owners husband is so rude. He closed the store early, and when I walked up and tried to open the door before they were supposed to be closed he started swearing at me and told me to go. Good customer service would have either let me in and honored their posted hours, or said they’re sorry, but they needed to close early.

I am stunned and sad at such ugly experience. (Reading the responses to some of the other negative reviews, i see this is not a fluke, it is a personality issue. can't wait to see my response.)Been here before and nothing but stellar service. They take there time. Listen. Give recommendations and patient and super friendly. I have a chronic illness/disability and need some help and time making my selections sometimes.Went in today feeling icky and trying to get home and relax. Dealt with Nicole who already seem like she was miserable behind the register due "someone being fired."When I was trying to my order getting my order together, it was obvious she was not amused. I tried to male it quick, just told her 14 of whatever, her choice. I couldn't quite remember what I asked for. (Hey, I smoke.) When she pulled it out I asked again to make sure what I was looking at because who can read the pre roll containers?She said "well this is what you asked for. I am not going to show you anything els because I am not going to waste my time."Unfortunately/fortunately, I lost my atm card so had go find it and couldn't complete my transaction.I called to let them know. Thought I would take a moment just to let her know the experience and maybe pull something friendly out of it...feel welcome again.I try to give her some background info and hopefully feel welcome again i.e. I have a illness and i treatment and takes minute to organize my thoughts.I was calm and polite.Got less than 3 sentences out and she jumped all over me. Just mean.Here is a snippet of her rant."I am going to stop you right there...Well, I had an awful experience with you too.I did nothing but try to accommodating and you came here.....You kept cutting me off. Everytime.You said you were in treatment well we all have our own lives and we are busy.No one has time for this/that.And I did you a favor by holding your order. And i was going to let you do 2 transaction and we are not supposed to do that."(They always have done multiple transactions and holding someone's order for 30 minutes to make a $200+ sale is not doing me a favor when youhave product to sell inventory.)I would have like to pass my experience along, seeing as they are supposed to be pro-women but was told she was the manager and the owner's best friend.Since, I have lived (4 months) here I have spent about $1k thereA couple take aways:No it was not an accommodating experience.You are not doing me a favor bu letting me purchase at your store.If you don't have time to help someone, then....Not all disabilities are visable and come on..You can be nice for 4 minutes.It's just weed yo.There plenty of great places aroundThat will listen help and have a laugh even.Will note: did not make the transactions because lost card but found it and would not go back because of experience

Huge selection of marijuana. Sativa, indica , hybrid, Candies, prerolls ,gel's it seems they have everything a person needs here in one stop shopping. I shop twice per month each time the staff is very helpful friendly and takes all the time you need to feel comfortable with your purchase.handicap parking, In store easy access for wheelchair bound people to view the inventory through glass cases. Inexpensive atm available in the store. they are a cash only business however, hey have an ATMinside.Discounts are given for medical marijuana cardholders. Even though it is not necessary to have one in order to purchase.Prices are pretty competitive.Bud tenders are very happy to enlighten you with the sales.Business hours are fabulous. Is located at the stop light,Right across the street from Safeway, Little Caesars Pizza, And 711.They have daily specials. I have ordered online before, The order is always filled very quickly.
