Every other brand you sell you don't get the full gallon of half gallon and that's just wrong with the prices they be charging... Keep this STAPLE stocked in your store please

The door ladies are the best usually have what I need the prices have gone up n I do not buy the fake meat here but some things are great to get when you need to get in n out. But the big problem is the clearance isle does not have good clearance items at a good price. 1 or 2 dollars off is not good I need to see 75% of items and good ones. Step it up Wally. On top what's up with your lines??? Not liking the you scan I am not a store employee and I do not like doing it myself .. here's the deal you don't pay me I am not trained and I give you 1 swipe of the item. Take it as you want. Get it together. Also your woman's 2xl is NOT 2XL IN AMERICAN WOMAN. I know the difference order better. The employees are amazing and under paid. Pay them a living wage no reason you should have food stamps workers working pay them

Used to shop here fairly regularly, but creating a problem to sell a product (their membership) is just slimy corporate greed at its finest. For those of you unaware, they've now closed about 75% of the checkout lanes, and you have to purchase a "fast pass" to use the open lanes (think Disney Land lol). I don't mind taking my business elsewhere.

Oil change on a weekday. Got me in right away, price was good and seating area to wait.Only issue is in the deli, doughnuts are sold in boxes of 2 now instead of being able to buy 1. But it was good later on.

As much as I don't love the big box stores, I do see a need for them. I like that they are coming in with more things that are made in the USA. They are recognizing what is important to people. Not only good prices and speedy checkouts but quality goods, not just a bunch of cheap stuff. I have to say I love their Bakery as far as dinner rolls and bread.

I have a pretty extreme outdoor lifestyle, for an old dude and am very hard on my equipment at times. I stumbled into Walmart today after losing my glasses in the woods in the dark, running them over with my pickup truck at least once. The nice young lady at the Walmart Vision Center wired in the glass part for free but I had to pay for the nose piece which was very inexpensive. It didn't take long at all and I got out of there spending less than $4 and they fit better too! Unfortunately my insurance is not accepted here and I am due for a new pair so unfortunately I won't be able to purchase them here and that's the only disappointment I had

Such a neat tidy, WALMART! Yes folks right here in Bonney Lake Washington. You can visit WALMART., walk inside with the sense of normalcy, in comparison to the other Walmarts in King County, Washington and Pierce county, Washington, as well, where the crime rates have increased exponentially since the beginning of the pandemic, for some suspicious reason, as if the government deliberately failed us. Welcome to Bonney Lake Washington. You can find a sense of normalcy Because law enforcement out here is prevalent unlike other areas where they are demoted for even doing their job. God bless America!!

While Walmart as a corporation has a lot of shady practices, the folks that work at the Bonney Lake location are always so nice and helpful. We lost running water at home, so I was stressed and in unfamiliar departments trying to find things, so had to ask directions from several people. Everyone was really helpful and kind.

I do my big weekly grocery shopping at Walmart each week. I have found it to be a good savings and the produce is usually really good. I don’t like how often their out of some produce though. The other reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I often see employees working in the isles and there have been many, many times that those employees aren’t even a little polite. I feel like employees should be better trained on customer etiquette even if they’re in positions with very little customer contact.

It's Walmart. For the prices you find on some things it can be easy on the wallet. Gotta be careful though on certain displays and common items you'll find they are the sane or higher then competition. Service is better but not much.

This Walmart jams! 1 staff member is better than the next, with Kelly and Sam being two of my favorites.Rosalio was also super sweet, I think that was her name. Jessica and the other manager's seem to care about their people, the store, and the customers. It clearly shows!

Even though this Walmart is a bit of a drive, It is worth it. Every time I go to shop at this location, everything is always clean and on its place. Especially, when you go on the morning.

Gave bonus stars for CARLOS!!! We were shopping Sunday, Nov 19th, and he was at the end of the aisle, but he heard us looking for a certain ingredient. He asked what we needed, checked inventory, ran to the back, and brought it out. All without being asked! SUPER helpful, especially with holiday meal shopping with a sleeping toddler.

At Bonney lake Walmart, I experienced an incident that involved perceived preferential treatment by a cashier named Janet, which later I found out Janet, tall blonde lady who wears glasses, is also a store lead. I approached Janet's checkout lane, but she informed me that her register was closing and she wouldn't be able to assist. Following her instructions, I moved to another line to wait my turn. However, shortly after relocating, I noticed that Janet, despite having declared her lane closed, proceeded to help two other customers, both of whom were blonde. Witnessing this left me feeling confused and frustrated, prompting concerns about fairness and potential bias in the service at the store.

Some old fat guy got mad at me and my disabled girlfriend for "destroying the store" called us "knuckleheads", when we were just buying a toy bicycle horn for her birthday. This was very disrespectful and she is very upset, and cried hysterically afterwards. Please do not let this happen again, and target the correct people next time. Will be complaining to management when we return.

Prices aren’t that competitive. Used the photo center and if I didn’t need my prints next day I would have gone elsewhere because somehow professional photos managed to come out blurry. Mediocre in every way.

Some Employees here don’t have proper hygiene, it smells like armpits in some aisles and dried up wet mop. I thought employers were supposed to inform their employees to come to work clean. It’s gross.

Bought an air mattress here, Intex 24”. The mattress is leaking air and you have to pump it up every hour. Brought it back here for exchange and decided to get 15” instead because 24” tend to leak more. They refused to exchange it because I have to get mattress of an equal or higher value. Now I’m stuck with leaking mattress. What kind of policies is that? What kind of customer service is that. Shame!!
