I will be transparent, I have always ordered via online for my vape supplies. This is purely because, I'm very much about not interacting with my fellow humans because I'm just introverted. I went by the bonney Lake store tonight around closing and got super helpful, not pressured options on a mod. Normally I'd pay and bolt regardless, with genuine thanks. However my interaction with the amazing person with rad green highlights and amazing face piercings made my visit to the outside world beautiful. I genuinely thank both of the lovely people working who helped me (I am bad with names sorry.) it was refreshing to interact with some genuinely helpful and really cool humans, they're the reason I'll be probably going back more often so thanks!

I would give a five star easily but when calling to check if they'd gotten in a product..... funnily it went to the owners cell phone not the store! Lol. I still don't know if the product is in or not🤔🤣🤨

Update: the store manager did allow me to exchange the faulty product this time around. I would strongly recommend testing the device before leaving the store. This is supposed to be the store policy but was not mentioned on the day of my purchase.Lesson learned for sure.As for products to choose from, I think this store has the most products (juices, devices) available in all of Bonney Lake.Faulty products and bad customer service.While this place has a lot of stuff to choose from, be very cautious making any purchases here. They don’t honor their products so you are taking the risk. I bought a vape, used for less than a couple hours and noticed the vape kept hitting after I stopped puffing. This will lead to my vape going to juice at a much higher rate and not to mention significantly increase my chances of the device combusting.Brought vape in, let them hear and see for themselves and they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry.BUYER BEWAREProduct was zero nicotine cloud nurdz

Vapor St8 has been longtime friends of my wife and I for 7 years now. The owners have put in a tremendous amount of time to make this store what it is today, even adding a location in Tacoma to spread its customer base. They are the most knowledgeable Vapor experts in the pacific northwest. Their employees are all very down to earth, smart, and helpful when it comes to product purchasing. They are commonly understanding with returns when big purchases malfunction due to the products technology, but smart enough to be able to tell when it's user error.One huge thing that makes these guys and gals so great, is they have helped me, my father, along with countless others curve their tobacco obsession. They genuinely care about all of their customers.Their biggest plus is their Vapor juice selection. All of their juices are safe, tasteful, and they take pride in their product. They would not sell the juice if it's not something they would use in their own vapes.They are a 100/10 business for everything they do for their customers, employees, and community. Great place, bought a mod but it wasn't doing great for me and was able to exchange it for a better mod and loving it already. They know there stuff and are all a friendly bunch of people. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this store. My Wife and I were super impressed with “Emily” who helped us buy what we needed. I’m hard to impress but Emily is so nice that I totally want her Management know that I absolutely loved her Customer Service! Excellent job Emily and thank you so very much!!!

Normally go to the parkland location but they were already closed. Alyssa was incredibly helpful in helping me find a new juice! She was incredibly helpful and personable! Both stores are great!

Great place and even better staff. Bought a Funky Republic vape frome them that ended up faulty and even though they are not supposed to replace it unless it wouldn't fire or auto fired, they did and were going to dispute it with the company.I will be coming back here forever and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I have been in multiple times and the attendants are nice, but seem to know little about the juices that they stock. That or they are just trying to move certain products without care about what you want. I went in asking for a juice that was clear and didn't blacken my coils too quickly. I was sold on MRKT PLCE eliquid. It has been 2 days and I have replaced my cotton twice in 15ml later. Either this is due to not knowing about if it actually would darken the coils or they just wanted to sell that specific brand. Will not be going back.

Best vape shop around, they have great member rewards program to earn you points for cash off your next purchase, the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. It's been my go to spot for over 3 years now.And to the guy who helped me out with my mods charging issues today, I just wanted to say thank you again, and the charging dock fixed all my problems!Great place, great people, and great prices! Check this place out, one of the few shops around where I don't feel like they are just trying to up sell you on everything and really just want to help get your needs met!

I have been going here since they opened mainly because they are the only big vape store around the area. All the guys and gals are respectful and helpful when it comes to vape products and patience with newbies. these guys have 3 walls full of vape juice. All the brands you know and love and many different flavors you also have never heard of with sells on many different flavors.... with the newest and best vape mods pods and all in between, they also sell batteries charging packs and anything you would expect with a vape store.I also shop at the Tacoma location with the same great experience 👍

Good store and good people, but I wish they would take the tip screen off the pay pad. It's really awkward when the first thing I see is would you like to tip $5 $10 $15? While the person stares as I push buttons. I feel like when I make a 30 second stop ask for juice and they ring me up for it, am I supposed to tip? Is this customary now for Vape stores

Have been going here exclusively for about 2 1/2 years now. I had some issues with my vape when I first started going and attributed it to their product, but I think the timing was just coincidental as I was long over due to upgrade. When my device finally did kick the bucket, they gave me a loaner to use until I bought a new one, which I love. They are so nice and knowledgeable and are always happy to point me in the direction of my next favorite flavor. Anyone who says they had a bad customer service experience here, I have to assume was the instigator. I've seen first hand how they deal with unpleasant customers and it's just as professional as one can be in those scenarios. As someone who has had to deal with unreasonable people, some times there just isn't anything you can do to make them happy. These guys are so awesome. I couldn't be happier that they have managed to stay afloat through all the hurdles over the last few years. I was buying juice online for a while when the temporary ban on sales happened and it was a lot cheaper, but I immediately and happily started buying from then again when it ended.

Place is overall great. Owner is an awesome guy, prices are the cheapest around. And a good selection of juices, mods, and tanks. The ONLY problem is there is this guy name T. The bold guy. I have had 2 bad encounters with him. His costumer service is horrible. He is very snappy and doesnt explain things well. I work costumer service and you do NOT treat costumers like the way he does. I almost dont wont to bring my business there anymore just because he got me so angry 2 different times.

I have been coming here since I moved to the area 2 years ago on a recommendation from a friend when I was looking for a shop. No other vapor shop compares. The staff is super friendly, always willing to help and the selection is unmatchable! Absolutely love this place. I'm in weekly to get my nicotine fix and it is always a pleasant experience. Love this local place. They are all really nice and upbeat. Very patient and helpful with suggestions. The "no vaping inside" is not their fault...you can thank the state for that.Update: I have been patronizing this shop regularly for two years now. Still love it! Super helpful. I can call ahead and they will have you stuff ready for me when I get there. So happy to have them up here in Bonney Lake.

Solid business. Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe more than going online but only people that don't support the business industry does that. I'd rather support a local business and its employees and pay a little more. The knowledge and experiences you gain from them will save you heartache over just buying something online and not really knowing. They will tell you the positives and negatives of products they carry. Again, solid business and the owner is awesome.

Best shop around best prices I've seen and they're always friendly and happy to help with any Mod/tank issues. Now that they have 2 locations it's even easier to get what I need.

I have been a customer here since before I had my daughter and she is 5 years old now! Thanks to these guys, I was able to quit smoking cigarettes and have felt so much better ever since. I started out as a total Newby and they NEVER made me feel stupid, and always educated me taking as long as I needed to get my questions answered. As I got more familiar with different types of mods and wanted to try new fun set ups, they were always so helpful, showed me step by step how to work everything, and always had an answer or a fix for a problem when I came in with one. I have watched this shop grow since not too long after it opened and am proud to call it MY vape store lol They have a true passion for helping people quit smoking and aren't just there to make money.

Blonde dude with the piercings is the biggest reason I'll keep coming back ! So helpful, nice, and really informative. Not to mention , they have a huge selection of juices, mods, atomizers, and will be extremely friendly and helpful when you're looking to get anything . Will even take the time out of their day to build you your coils! Awesome place, keep doing what you're doing!
