I shop at this QFC nearly daily, have done so for many years, and will continue to do so. I have seen employees here come and go over the course of time and have consistently received great treatment. Recently, though, I was in self check-out and one employee behind the register on the other side of the wall (near the lock-&-key items) seemed to be giving another employee a hard time about her personal life, something about him being "a traditionalist"? as she was helping me out. An odd exchange to be having there and then. I have seen odd exchanges play out between customers, but this was the first time I've seen it play out between employees. I don't think that employer should have to defend herself like that, anywhere at any time, but certainly not at work where she doesn't have an out. She took it in stride and I wasn't there for the whole thing, but she shouldn't have to take it in stride or at all. Maybe it's none of my business, but it would be less my business if it hadn't happened as she was helping me.

Always out of stock on many items on my list. I'm lucky if the produce lasts a few days in my fridge. And the meat always looks questionable at best. Don't know what's going on at this store, but it needs to be whipped back into shape. Not even short staff is enough reasoning for the poor condition the store is in. I've been shopping here for the last year and a half and it's just continually getting worse.

Joe, the slowest checker I have ever seen, just walked off and left us next in line, waiting for another checker. When she arrived, she couldn't get logged into the system. No one came to assist her. After 10 minutes additional waiting, we abandoned our groceries and went to Safeway, which was a much better experience.

Convenient location, clean environment, great variety of merchandise for your daily needs. The only downside is the price - compared to Target and Fred Meyer, QFC's price is likely to be 10% higher.

I was sold an expired item. The three staff members I talked to for assistance were all unfriendly and displayed micro aggression given that I’m a nonwhite person who did not grow up in this area. Disappointed and will never come back. There are a lot of better options for grocery around this area

3 years ago this review would be 5 stars but after firing their best employees, and crazy price increases over the last two years, this store that I've shopped at the last 4 years isn't going to have me return as a customer. The cashiers all look like they have died inside and act like it, too. Often, because they only seem to have a few people trained to run customer service, and often they will have no one at the counter who can help with returns and/or put money on your orca card.

QFC is my absolute go to place for basically anything. There is such a variety, and options for all types of diets. They have fresh sushi every day, as well as poke bowls or Bulgogi bowls, the bakery is stacked with yummy desserts, the shelves and fridges are always stocked with my favorite drinks and snacks (my personal go-tos are zero sugar Vitamin Waters and Kettle Brand Pepperoncini Chips). There is also always a colorful selection of plants, both inside and outside. Also, the location in the center of Crossroads is AMAZING and boosts the convinience factor to one million. I am absolutely obsessed with this place (I go like 5/7 days of the week), and would definitely recommend stopping by. The workers here especially are also so sweet.

There are no cash register open except u-scan, but the system is super stupid today (they asked me to put the scanned item in the bag when I already did, and they need the cashier to double check the total item number). The line is super long.. I'd suggest avoid QFC today.Whatever QFC did to update their system, they need to revert it back. Because It ain't working.

Been using this store for years. More expensive than most but the produce, poultry, fish and meats are top quality. I never buy canned goods there because they are less expensive somewhere else. Overall though, I've had great experiences at this store, and the staff is friendly and eager to help.

No lemon curd in the store. I needed it for a recipe. Pasture-raised eggs are only $3.99. as always QFC is a friendly place to shop

I have lived 2 miles from this store for 25+ years. This is the worst QFC in the area.It's QFC quality at Safeway customer service, often time worse. For example at 5:30pm there was 1 checker open. I had to ring up and bag $170 in groceries or wait till hell freezed over to get out of that place. This is the norm. Trust me, if you can shop at a different QFC, I suggest you do so.

Checker asked for my ID for a bottle of cooking wine. It was odd because I'm 52 and obviously of age. She then took my id and scanned like an item. I googled that and it's a way for companies to collect information. The ACLU isn't pleased and neither am I.

This is a smaller, older store, but very well kept up and very clean. The staff and the quality are really superb. It reminds me of shopping at grocery stores when I was growing up. Talented group of people and who pride in their work here. Good selection considering the space restrictions. It’s a pleasure to shop here.

This is one of the few places that sells the beer I like. The selection and prices are good. As usual, traffic flow is an issue - be prepared to wait patiently while people loiter or push in front of you. Mostly due to poor aisle design.

Rude older lady cashier, my daughter had her face covered during our entire visit and the cashier gave us unnecessary issues at checkout while her face was covered. She said couldn't serve us like she owned the store. And I dont want to hear about stories about other customers not wearing masks. I go to get in and out not be harrassed. Very unprofessional!

It's a grocery store that has most if not all of your produce, snacks, and some home goods. Prices are fairly average but you can use their digital coupons to snag some great deals! Plenty of employees are on hand if you have questions or are looking for something. Ample parking outside.

Convenient, but produce quality is poor. Berry boxes frequently have rotten berries, and I've had to toss out vegetables immediately after purchase multiple times. Most of the time the produce here is fine, but I have bad experiences pretty frequently.I recommend finding a different grocery store as your everyday grocery store.

The bakery here is exceptionally good. I honestly think their fresh baked baguettes are better than some of the baguettes you get at the bakeries at pike place. They are so much cheaper too.If you want to get regular groceries that aren't fresh items, Safeway is still a better option.

I shop at the Crossroads store. The meat/fish department is fabulous. I want to give a shout out to MIRAN. He is fabulous. I buy all my fish there and he seasons the fish and puts it in a baking bag. All the cooking instructions are on the bag. It always turns out perfect.

The service at this QFC has been outstanding! Especiallythe wine section and Jessica the wine steward. This is the only place in Bellevue I can order a particular wine that we especially enjoy. She is able to help me and let me know when specials are available. Don't know what we'd do without her friendly assistance!
