I just started a Koi pond and have purchased all my fish from the Factoria location. The staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. Last week I came in for some pond plants and dog food. Ava helped me find everything I needed and helped me load it into my car.Highly recommend this locationHolly

I arrived about an hour before closing. No other customers were in the store, and I was greeted by the person at the cash register. I asked him if he would call someone to attend to me at the tropical fish. He paged the other associate. As I walked to the tropical fish, I saw and made eye contact with the other associate. I waited ten minutes, and no one came to see what I needed. I returned to the associate at the cash register and asked for him to page an associate. Long story short, no one arrived. I left time wasted and without the fish I needed.

The store looks awful. Pallets and trash everywhere. Fish tanks are disgusting and filled with algae. I saw one associate working while I was there and she was in pajamas.

I was discouraged by a employee from buying a beta fish...I have owned one before and the employee tried to convince me their current living conditions are better than my own care...mind you these fish are sitting it 2 in × 4 in containers of their own feces...I should report this location to PETA

The store manager wouldn’t sell me a feeder gold fish which i planned on keeping in my 20 gallon tanks. On the way out the door the manager flipped me off while closing the doors on me and stating “she hopes that i die” nice management quality right thereNever will i go here againShe also wouldn’t give me a fish that had a free sign on it.Horrible customer service by a horrible human being. Went to get some things for my fish tank. Employee was extremely rude, saying “u should know what u want” when I was trying to explain the natural bacteria I need for my fish tank. This isn’t the first instance. I had many bad interactions with the staff. They have a toxic work environment here. Do not come here, the employees are like angry children who don’t know how to act.

Bought a retractable dog leash here, tape got broken within a month. I came to return and was told I cannot switch it because it has been a few days over 30 days period. Big disappointment. Never come back here.

They do not care for the animals they sell properly. The enclosures are inappropriate for the needs of the animals they sell. I would not trust them for knowledgeable advice for animal care considering they do not have the basics for their pets. This is not a judgment on the employees that work there, they were all helpful and lovely. This is more so on corporate policy.

Nice clean store, kind of a smaller location. They do have a nice selection, but for example, I was looking for a dog collar and found different ones in 4 different locations. Seems to be arranged by vendors' products, not by type of item. They do have a little bit of everything, tho.

Great if you're just looking to buy food or a toy for your pet. I had two grooming appointments cancelled the same day they were scheduled. Meanwhile they will charge you a cancellation fee if you don't cancel before 48 hours.

Why would you close at 7pm???? Seriously do you know how much money and business you miss out on?! This store won't last long if they don't listen to their customers and stay open atleast until 9pm like all the other stores surrounding them. I don't see them being in business in the near future buh bye

It is a total mess inside of this store, piles of products just stored everywhere making it hard to maneuver in between. Many price tags are outdated, so be careful, as the management is not willingly giving your money back. Had to spend a significant amount of time convincing this store's manager to issue a refund for a product with a different price on their computer from the advertised one. In addition to that, the manager was very unprofessional and rude.

I went to purchase fish food and made the mistake of looking at their tanks. Dead, dying and sick fish were in tank after tank.Accepting, that death is inevitable in fish keeping, it was appallingly to see so many struggling and dead animals.While it will make getting supplies more difficult for me, I will not shop there again.

Don't come here to wash your dog! They charge more than other Petco!!!! You will only pay $44 in other Petco but $72 here for totally same services!! They are really bad. The staff there abuse my dog！Hope I can give 0 stars but I can't. Don't go there. The Staff named Lisa washed my dog. My dog is still trembling with fear after he arrived home.

I was served by an employee named Jonnie when checked out, a white fat lady. She was so rude. I just wanted to ask her whether my account is eligible for palrewards discount for a cat food. She looked very impatient and pretended she couldn’t understand what I was saying, also reply in a very rude way. I am Asian and do have accent. But never had trouble normally communicate with others. I am not sure whether this lady is a racist. If not, please behave what a service industry worker should behave.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience for me to bring my pet in for grooming appointment for the first time. I thought to give it a second chance, so I made my appointment a month early. I was running little bit late for my appointment, so I tried to communicate with the store, but nobody answered the phone. By the time I got there, I was waiting in the front for a little bit. All the groomers saw me but didn’t come out to greet me. When someone finally came out and told me they have a ‘ten minutes’ police which they never mentioned when they confirmed the appointment with me a day before. They are not hospitality to their clients, not delivering good client services. I’m very disappointed with this store, and I will never go there again.

I will no longer spend my money here when they WRONGFULLY terminated Ashley, one of the best workers I’ve ever had the experience of helping me. She takes good care of all the animals and was good to her customers!! I’ve also sent a complaint to HR!! The new management is emotional and does not put this place before his own feelings!
