Not worth touching the door handle. Out if 3 employees, not one chose to greet me. They spent more time talking about how poor the ownership was than the time spent offering assistance (which was ZERO). Of the place were for sale I’d buy it just to fire the employees. It felt like Jim Crow in that place and it seems like a common complaint for black patrons.

I honestly did not think that customer service like this existed anymore. I'm with most of the folks on here that had a good experience. I felt comfortable, felt valued, and most of all was not made to feel like a criminal because I needed a small loan. Trent and Charlie?(I think thats his name, sorry if I'm wrong) were super cool, friendly, and just overall good people who I feel actually like their jobs and helping folks. I will not ever be going anywhere else. The mere fact that they gave me a loan that was fair and not an insult is enough to keep me coming back, but the customer service is truly impeccable. That seems a little dramatic but its the TRUTH. Give them your business and I'm quite sure you'll be another valuable customer to them!

They are very, very nice good deals and they have the cutest dog. I HIGHLY recommend them! They also had this really cool old keyboard for sell. I haven’t seen one like that since I was little! A lot of cool stuff and nice prices!

Have been there a couple times and was offered much more than anywhere else I had been. The guy who worked there is extremely nice and isn't looking I rip anyone off. He's running an honest business and helps people out. If you need a loan or anything, go here. I promise you will not be upset. This pawn shop has earned a repeat customer for life

I got a good deal on some loose gold I had lying around. Really nice people! And a very clean and organized shop!Ignore the two negative reviews at the bottom of the list, those were made when the previous owner was still running the shop. The new owner is much more professional and has really turned the place around!!

These guys are the best. Honest and Caring. I just had a problem, my contract ended and I went home to Little River, SC. It would have cost me about $400 plus my time to come back and get my Fender Strat Electric Guitar out of Pawn. Trent made arrangements to ship the guitar to me. He quoted me an exact price for him to package the guitar for shipping, the Postal Service Shipping Charge, and went out of his way to manually handle it. Thanks Again York Pawn and a Special Thank You to Trent. Great Job the guitar arrived in perfect condition.

I needed to pawn gold jewelry. It was my first time pawning & I had visited several shops. They all offered way below what I was willing to accept. Some just threw it on the scale & pulled numbers out of the air. I decided to check online reviews & found York Pawn. Trent took the time to carefully inspect my jewelry and explained the process of how he computed his offer. He performed several tests, weighed the pieces, and used real time gold market prices. Although he refused one of my necklaces, his offer was hundreds of dollars MORE than the other shops!! The time Trent spent analyzing my pieces made me confident that whatever York Pawn sold or pawned would be the highest quality and for the fairest price. They will be the ONLY pawn shop I will use.

Hooray for York Pawn! As a disabled senior living on Social Security, I occasionally run into financial difficulties, and York Pawn readily helps me out with a small loan. As a whole they are very good about working with you on things as long as you communicate with them. Also even though I'm not a gun owner they are better than most places on ammunition prices right now.

I guess this place is under new ownership now. They don't have much of an inventory but the guy that works there is very personable and down to earth. I took two guitars in and he loaned me exactly the amount I needed. If I ever need to pawn something else I will for sure be coming back here.

The guy that works there was rude and would not get off the phone with his mom to help me ,he acted like I was bothering him I know he just works there but if you cant get off your ass a help a customer go work somewhere else ,I would hate to be the guy that owns the place he is losing a lot of money
