Great service and great coffee at this location. Ample seating inside and outside as well. As far as Starbucks go this location is probably one of the best. We felt like we were treated like family.

I love to point out great customer service when I see it—your employee Cristina was so helpful and sweet with taking our order. When we pulled up to the window, she had a glowing smile that made my day! My green tea frappe was perfectly made too 🍵

Of all the Starbucks that I’ve visited, this particular shop has the worst customer service. I normally do not go through the trouble of writing negative reviews but due to this one person’s attitude and influence to others gave me enough reason to write this review. Not sure if the managers or corporate leaders associated with this particular starbucks shop even read these reviews, but here is my review.I ask for a TALL size coffee to be filled in my personal Starbucks cup. This very non-customer service individual consistently wastes a tall paper cup to measure the amount and pours it into my personal Starbucks cup. I finally confronted this individual and asked her if she would fill up a little higher like everyone else. She refused and told me that it was a tall size order and she would charge me more for anything larger. So being an easy going guy, I bit my tongue and accepted the fact that some people are not customer orientated and less generous than others. I go in this morning and another lady serves me at the counter and asks if I needed any room for cream. So I’m thinking she’ll at least fill my cup like all others would, but, I see this non-customer service starbucks employee walk over to the lady and whispers in her ears. The lady that was filling my cup now only filled my cup literally half way (photo attached)….Unbelievable! Talk about evil!... I’m hesitant to post names but the “non-customer service individual” has short color-coted hair in her early 30s. I also want to say, shame on the older lady who got influenced by the cruel young lady.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha. The woman in the window doesn't want to be there it seemed and there is something floating in my drink had to throw the whole thing away. A waste of money.

The drive-thru here is great, but do not go inside this store. Even if you are the only customer in the store, you will be waiting a minimum of 15 minutes just to get a coffee. There has to be a better way or a better system that they can implement to better serve their customers who come inside. Now I'm late for a meeting.

Always ask for your receipt - Today I ordered a tall hot Macha in the drive through and was charged 7.09! I was given my card back and the barista didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt - I asked for the receipt and found the girl added a 2.00 gratuity?!!I asked why there was this charge and she said she didn’t know that the button automatically added it. I asked for my 2 bucks back and she had to get a manager to correct this mistake. I told the manager this is the third time there had been a money mistake and she said, “Oh yeah I remember you”. Which makes me think that not many customers are double checking their charges.

I have visited this location before but had the worst service tonight. There were no cars at the pickup window when we rolled up, and just 4 cars in line to order ahead of us. It should have been quick . . . But 30 minutes later we finally had coffee. I'm not sure what was happening. It took a good 10 minutes to get to the order screen, but then we were asked to wait, probably another 5. I should have left and gone to McDonald's across the street. When I finally got to the pickup window, I was handed the wrong drinks and not using a mug like other Starbucks do. I'm sure those drinks had to be re-made since we touched them during a pandemic. We were also asked if we wanted a receipt. I responded with "Yes, since no one has told me how much it cost. " Clearly the 2 people working this evening are undertrained and needed help. The coffee tasted good but it would have been better had it not taken a half hour to get it.

I sincerely hope I spell all your names right but, Carla, Zach, and Lydia are amazing people. I went to Starbucks after I had just gotten out of the hospital because I needed to ingest something and one of the servers, Artemis who is also a wonderful human being, had made me her favourite drink a couple weeks prior and I couldn’t remember what it was. Carla helped take my order and I believe Zach was the one who remembered the drink Artemis made and it seriously made my day. I love going to this location in general because the people on call are always so nice and friendly and funny but I seriously cannot recommend a place better, I’ve never had bad customer service or a wrong drink or even a bad drink. Thank you guys so much for making my day and you all definitely deserve a raise💛💛

Worst Starbucks! There's never a time that I've gone where my drink wasn't either wrong or messy. One time the lid wasn't put on correctly and when I went to drink my hot coffee it poured all over my clothes. I had to be at an event and ended up being late because I had to drive home and change.

My husband and I have been here probably a dozen times. The staff are nice but there's inconsistencies every visit. The drinks always look and taste different, they skimp hard on the whip it just looks like sad whip and half the time they forget the chocolate mocha drizzle. Also sometimes they don't check off what extra stuff we order like a shot of espresso or there's no sticker on the cup at all and for the price of these drinks I do want to see that our order was made correctly and annotated like it should be especially when the same drink looks different everytime we've visited and how long we sometimes wait. We ordered food this time and it was just thrown in bag and I had to put my extra greasy sandwich back together. I like that the staff is nice but I think they need training so they're all on the same page and maybe need to pay attention a little more and stop forgetting parts of the order including annotating the details that are supposed to be on the cup. I'm not sure if we'll come back to this one cus we have another close by that gets our order right we came back though because they are polite and maybe it was just a specific person making the drinks that day but the inconsistencies have been most visits.

Traveling today and I stopped here to get a much needed Americano. Went through the drive through and what they gave me is not what I ordered. I parked the car and went inside. I watched the young lady make the Americanos for the 2nd time. And she handed them to me cold. She even wanted to argue that she knew how to make them. I watched her make them wrong. So I am attaching the description on the website. Just in case she never got trained right. And it’s always great to argue with the customers. Clearly they don't have good leadership at this location. They gave me my money back and I left with no coffee. Manager didn’t even try to fix the problem herself. Had to find another store who made it perfect.

I love this Starbucks and the girls who work here. Amazing!!! Love love love it!! Kimber is a super sweet, amazing, & awesome manager. She makes sure the customer is taken care of and makes sure everything is as good as it can get! I’m going to be so sad when we go to another duty station, I love this one!

I don't really drink coffee but it was something about the way it smells here. I told them that I'm not a fan of the coffee flavor but wanted something sweet and they happily delivered. I was very impressed and now I'm a regular customer. Fast and courteous as well.

This was place OK. If you like Starbucks, then you will like the coffee. My only issues with this location was that it was extremely cold inside . It was really hard to sit there and "enjoy" my beverage and conversation because I was shivering the whole time. As for the staff, they were friendly, but to me they seemed to be paying a little too much attention to the drive through. At one point, all 3 employees were tending to the drive through while no one was tending to any of the inside guest. Maybe they were short on workers that day, I'm not sure. It would have been nice to have a little faster service. Final review, 3.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Hampton Roads and not because it is 10 minutes from my house, which is a pleasant bonus.They always seem to make the drinks perfectly, where other stores can be pretty hit or miss. Bonus: they always give my dog a pup cup, even when I forget to ask. I always feel stupid asking for a cup of whipped cream for my dog, but he loves it and gets super excited every time we hit that drive through. Thanks for being nice to our pitty!This drivethru is also a major hit for paying it forward. More often than not I am paying for someone behind me because someone paid for my drink! Truly a happy little spot in the county.Friendly, quick service. These baristas deserve recognition.

Very small staff that takes time out for their customers. Love having them close to our house. We have been regularly going here over a year now and have watched this store grow. They have an excellent management staff and their customer service is always growing. This is by far the best Starbucks in Yorktown Hampton roads area.

I love this location so much! It’s my favorite Starbucks. Their drinks are always made with a smile and their store is so incredibly clean. Their standards are set so high for doing things the correct way and I can tell because my drinks are always perfect there!! Makes me never want to go to another Starbucks.

This Starbucks is pretty much like others. The service was fast and friendly, the order was filled correctly. I've had it done wrong before...not at this location though. I ordered a cinnamon coffee cake which was delicious. I would definitely go there again.

Bought a protein box and everything was rotten. Ordered a Flat White with almond milk and sugar free vanilla as well as a Caramel Crunch Frappucino and BOTH tasted like burnt, old, stale disgusting “espresso”. This crew needs training. It’s bad.

This was probably the best Starbucks that I’ve gone to. All of the baristas and supervisors there are very helpful and try to get to know their customers. Will definitely be coming back here.

I love this Starbucks. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is nice. They keep it clean and the tables are spaced pretty well; I don’t feel like I’m practically sitting my neighbor’s lap.
