danielle did a great job with my fur baby, he has epilepsy and will have seizures on occasion and she was extra careful to keep an eye out for signs and did an excellent job taking the time to work on his undercoat! She was very kind and made sure i got what i had asked for ! would recommend 10/10.

Wow! Danielle is an awesome groomer! She does amazing work and my dog loves going to her! Danielle is super friendly and easy to schedule appointments. Her shop is clean and conveniently located in the Westlake, Hardy, and Union Hall area. We had to head out of town on short notice. I had only had Barktastic groom one of my two dogs once so was a little nervous to board them for a few days. (And after grooming, my baby looked great and was happy when I picked her up!) Danielle reassured me that they would be in good hands and they definitely were! She sent daily photos and videos and clearly treated them as part of her family! It gave me such peace of mind. Plus my little one was on meds for an injured leg and she administered that daily as well! I cannot say enough positives for my experience - My dogs love her! Thank you Barktastic!! ❤️

She did a wonderful job on my dog's haircut and bath! It was Pepper's first professional groom, and she was very patient with her. She smelled so good after her bath! It's on a private road, so you don't have to worry about your pet being spooked by a bunch of cars/traffic. The shop was nice and clean. I highly recommend her!

so as one does when they have a fur baby they need to be groomed, i just moved here and thinking i wouldn’t find someone to groom her. i didn’t want to just give my dog just to anyone because i’m very protective of my animals ( as one should be). Luckily i found this amazing women i read her reviews and they sound great. i called her and left a messages she called me back later that day, and it wasn’t a hey this is your appointment time no. she asked me questions about my dog really taking inconsideration of my dog ( things like how is she around blow dryers and stuff like that) but she really cared about my dogs needs. and believe me she is a very scaredy cat biggest baby i’ve ever met as a dog. she gave me the address and we got there and she played with maki let her sniff around before i left. my dog was done and when i got back i saw my dog and she never looked better and the thing about it my dog looked happy to be in the cage not stressing or anything and that is a big shocker for me since all she did with her previous was stay in a cage. she was very good with maki and everything. she very fair on pricing especially with these results. i am very pleased with her and she will be my forever groomer while i’m here. I have never been more pleased with my dog and my groomer.

She is great with my father in law’s elderly dog. She will always give advice and tell us if she thinks his ears should be checked out by a vet, because he tends to get yeast in them. We always follow up with vet when she advises us to and she is always correct and very knowledgeable. She will always call the next day to check on him to make sure that he is feeling better. He always smells so good and his cut is just like we always ask it to be. He is happy to see her and not scared. You don’t have to drop your fur baby off and leave them all day, she will text you as soon as she has finished. If she has any concerns during the time she has him she will text and make sure it’s ok to proceed with the bath/cut. We are so happy with her services and our fur baby Rosco is too

I finally found the perfect place to have my dogs groomed. It’s like going to someone’s home you know that really likes your dog. She knows my dogs don’t care for a crate so she works around that. What I really like is that she is an independent groomer so it’s the same gentle person every time grooming your dog. I highly recommend Barktastic for all of your dog grooming needs. Great location at the lake close to Westlake.

By far the BEST! I have been taking my fur babies to BARKTASTIC GROOMING for a while now and I would highly recommend to everyone. My German Shepherd had a very bad experience with his first grooming session with another groomer and would not even let me brush him after that. After meeting Danielle and talking with her about the situation and needing a groomer she never hesitated said bring him and I will work with him. She has been AMAZING working with him and the patience she has shown him out of this world. The imporvement in my fur baby and his anxiety level when it comes to the grooming has improved leeps and bounds. He loves to see her and even gets excited to go to his groomer. My cats love her as well. BARKTASTIC GROOMING IS A 10 OUT OF 10 AND A BLESSING!!!! Top quality care!!!!
