Your quarter pound hot dogs use to be excellent. Ever since you changed and put the hot dog buns in cellophane they are horrible. The buns are usually hard and stale. Today while there the buns wouldn’t even open up - by time I got it open it broke into two pieces. I tried a second bun and same thing. Just horrible buns. Please go back to serving the buns from behind the counter like you use to. Today was my last time/purchase there. A friend of mine stopped coming and purchasing hot dogs because of the buns. You lost my business.

Nice place good service.My wife wanted a fresh cup of coffee even though it was late afternoon so the young man didn't wast no time starting a fresh pot.And young lady behind the cash register was very kind and helpful, of course the hospitality of country folks.

This is a Recent Issue I have with this store they really need to change management heavy there are two people who don’t need to be at store I don’t know how for one guy name mike work there but walk out the job on a female worker from a 2 to 10 shift manager fired him then brought him back which I don’t understand store in always a mess they got people sleeping on the job and the other mike which is mr mike the manager he no good didn’t treat a sweet individual lady who work there like I don’t get this store or why corporate will not do something two female quit on this job one was a manager and other was a great employee every person who a regular can speak mother but good about her she kept store clean and really made me want to come back but now seeing all this bad change and dirty store I’m done won’t get my business and I’ll make sure of that…

I can always honestly say I use to enjoy going into 7-Eleven they had smiling faces nice management always friendly this is a small town people know each other and I’m in the parking lot and told not to hang out I was in my car on my phone trying to get directions andI could hear someone yelling outside my window I looked in front of me the manager is telling me not to hang out I just thought that was so very rude of her!! Not the first time she’s been unpleasant !!! I use to be a regular customer I’ve never in my life experience anything like that and made me feel very uncomfortable I will not be coming back to 7-Eleven I’m very rarely go there anyway due to the new management I drive 20 miles out of my way to skip going there that’s how bad it’s gotten!!!

With all due respect, you do not necessarily need anymore information to be helpful. What you're reading here are the real complaints of us small town folk who are very close - if not already there - to turning our backs on the White Stone store. They are rude. Their language is atrocious, and the overall quality of experience going into the store is woefully lacking. Convenience goes but so far, when you find yourself not wanting to frequent a place of business.

0 stars. The lady that they were closed yet there was people playing on the lottery games and standing laughing with them. Online said they were open and i been there multiple times round midnight and they were open. get some workers that can actually work.

Literally the worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to poor management employees or helpful to some extent except for the one guy that never leaves there and seems to be buddy buddy with the manager. They will let a line build up all the way around the coolers and somebody will be outside smoking and no one will go in to help. The manager has no customer service relations skills. And also it is dirty as hell

HORRIBLE SERVICE; Husband went into this store between 6 am - 6:15am and was buying cigarettes. All I had on me was a $50 dollar bill so in stead of buying just one or two pack because I did have a large bill I decided I would buy 5 packs. So the total was around $25 dollars. Thought I was being nice. The older white lady at the register was rude as hell. She took the 50 dollar bill from me and looked at the other cashier and said in front of me and say" why do PEOPLE have to give us these" then states rudely "I am going to have to wait on change". I do not understand why she had to act like this to him. He was in the store to purchase something and that is the customer service he received. After receiving his change he asked for a receipt and she said they have a new printer and it is a piece of crap and doesn't work so he cant have a receipt. He is a truck driver and passes this 7-11 everyday 5-6 times a day but I can tell you that him or his co workers will no longer be stopping into this 7-11. have a great day!!

The guy working was blasting music so loud I could hear it in my house. I checked the parking lot and saw no cars. I called the store and asked the guy if he was the one blasting the music. He started yelling at me saying it was him and how everyone needs to find God and how everyone is evil. He then says he's going to be blasting music every morning at 3am so people have to suffer.

Worst 7-11. Dirty, poor service, and attitude. Was ask to leave the parking lot after patronizing the store and was instructed there was no loitering. Way to treat you local patrons.

WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR no breaks get called on on days off called named by manager who never shows up on time and then guilt trips you and forget leaving on time manger frequently yells at customers

It's true they are closed from 1 am to 4 4am Friday and Saturday but that's because white stone passed a law that no business could operate between those hours on the weekend

Ok so they say 24/7 but it's not true they close Friday and Saturday night's I will be filing a case with the Better Business Bureau because I do not see them listed at all under as a licensed franchise...
