In the evening I went to the pharmacy and picked up some things. While out, there was a woman working the cashier who was bad in her behaviour. She was being sarcastic and nervous with me, which caused others to be surprised at her behavior.

Worst pharmacy experience ever!Over 2 hours to get RX that was already supposed to be ready.Staff looks bothered by customersOne tech was even yelling at another customer.The other tech kept hiding behind the side on her phone.Pharmacist extremely slow.Poor customer service and training!

Don’t get your scripts filled here. This location is severely understaffed and the wait will be HOURS. That is, if the staff even knows what they’re doing. Half of the employees working here haven’t a clue what they’re doing and shouldn’t be working in a facility that deals with people’s LIVES. Someone is going to end up seriously sick or dead.

5 ½ hours to fill an Rx is extremely slow, there is no excuse for taking that long. And when asking 2 people why it took so long, they BOTH say "ohh I don't know, I just got here/I wasn't here." The 1 star is for the poor customer service.

My mom has been to Walgreens at least x4 in the past week getting Covid tested since everyday we are finding out someone in our household keeps testing positive. My mom has lots of medical problems, so I’m the safe side we schedule an appointment and go to it. Today we were in the line waiting for our turn. We pull up to the window, a worker there named Jill decided it was okay to question us about coming again. For one, you’re not paying for it, we are so it has nothing to do with you. Do your job! Supply us for what we need and keep it moving. We didn’t come to get questioned. Her doctor specifically said to go get another one. The worker Jill said “so you think the results are going to be different from yesterdays and the other days” ma’am it has nothing to do with you. I wanted to get nasty back but something told me just keep calm. You all need to teach your workers what customer service is. It should not matter if she comes back 100 times. As long as the bill is getting paid and we are coming there shouldn’t be an issue. That was very uncalled for and very very disrespectful. I hope one day she realizes that she needs to watch what she say.

Picked up a prescription for one of our dogs. Got home and realized Walgreens filled it at triple the dose it should have been. One pill of the two pill dose would have been enough to overdose our dog. Called to have them fix the issue and got no apology at all. Went to the store to make the exchange and get a refund and waited for 10 minutes or so while everyone behind the counter ignored customers and put prescriptions away. When a pharmacist did decide to help he was short with the woman in front of me and then less than helpful to me. They did have the new prescription and did refund the charges only to have the refund disappear two days later and the original charge reappear. Repeated calls to the store with long hold times have had zero results. Apparently there is no pharmacy manager or store manager. You'd think they would have a bit of empathy when they could have killed my dog. I wonder how many human prescriptions they've screwed up in a similar manner.

If I could give - stars I would. Went to pick up a prescription with my mom that she had a coupon for. They told us the coupon is only good for one prescription for the year. The coupon is from the manufacturer and states clear as day, in black and white, that it can be used “per prescription.” They argued with us and printed off a screen from their system. The note there said, again in black and white, “per prescription.” I showed them this through the drive through. A new tech took over and said that we’re taking too long and have to go through the line again or come inside and wait in line there. This was their fault. They refused to read the notes in the chart or acknowledge their mistake, did not apologize, made us wait in line a second time, and made us fill out a new form with the manufacturer for a new coupon for the exact same thing. If you have the choice to go to any other pharmacy in town, or even out of town, I highly suggest you do. This pharmacy is a pain in the behind to deal with.

I frequently visit this Walgreens and I am always impressed by the friendly associates but today's associate, Josh, went above & beyond. It's always the little things that stick out and Josh made sure to hit the mark in every aspect of customer service. I left the store in an even better mood than when I walked in. THANK YOU, JOSH!

Super disappointing experience. We placed a greeting card order on Sunday evening with an completion date yesterday afternoon. My wife stopped by this evening and the order was not ready. The associate told her that it would be ready in half an hour. We returned and used the drive thru lane more than an hour later. The pharmacist technician called the photo department and was told that the order was still not ready and that we should come back later. Another 45 minutes later, we tried again and left after waiting for 10 minutes in the car without any update about our order. This was by far the worst customer service I have encountered at this Walgreens location. Some of our greetings cards are for international recipients and we expected to finalize those tonight. Instead, we may not come back to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this pharmacy. If I could give it no stars I would. I have been diabetic for 30 years, I’ve had the same insurance for 10. Every time my doctor sends my prescriptions to them there is an issue, price change, etc. They blame the insurance company. Had my prescriptions sent over to Harris Teeter and low and behold wallah!! Price goes back to normal. Save your time and mental health by not dealing with Walgreens…

The other workers are great, Brian needs to find a job where he doesn't travel to use customer service. Mayne flirting with married women in line isn't too smart either, Brian.

As with so many other customers reviewing Walgreens pharmacy here, I had to leave Walgreens once again empty-handed because they didn't have my prescription ready...3 DAYS after I put in the refill order over the phone. I've been using Walgreens for a few years now (because CVS pharmacy service was no better) and Walgreens gets something wrong more often than they get it right. I'm switching my prescriptions to Wegman's where they know how to treat customers.

Extremely poor service. My prescriptions were completely messed up. They could never keep track of my medications, and even after I transferred to a separate pharmacy, they failed to send over my complete medication file, had to ask that to been done 3 times, and even claimed to have never filled one of my prescriptions before. It's just been a nightmare. Would not recommend them.

I ordered a couple things online for in store pick up. Fast and easy! When I opened my bag I found a hand written note on my receipt and some extra samples! It was from Pam, who is always friendly and helpful offering only the best customer service!

Drive-thru is extremely slow. You need two people to work each drive-thru area. One should be to drop off prescriptions and the other to pick up. Also I sat in line by a woman next to me ask questions for over 12 minutes. If someone has more than a couple of questions they should be made to go inside. This is supposed to be a drive-thru too quickly drop off and pick up and this drive-thru is anything but. Come on Walgreens work on this problem to accommodate your customers quickly and efficiently.

The Walgreens pharmacy in Warrenton is so awful I'm not sure why they have any business. The staff is friendly that is all they have going for them. The pharmacy is incredibly slow. They frequently leave messages saying prescriptions are ready then when you arrive they are actually not ready. It is extremely frustrating! Oh and they close at 6pm on the weekend. I am transferring my mom's prescriptions to CVS. The store is ok as long as its not busy because they only ever seem to have one register open. Do not recommend.

This Walgreens is terrible! Waited twenty five minutes to pick up a prescription behind one car because the teller was confused! This prescription was called in the previous day and they couldnt get it filled before close, so its my second trip to town for the same medication..come on people, people need their meds! Staff efficiently for reduced hours! This walgreens is famous for long wait times :(

I have been with Walgreens for over 20 years. I have never came across a more rude and arrogant staff as I have, this past Sunday. Morgan, Natalie and a female pharmacist, not sure of her name, not only violated HIPPA compliance guidelines, but create a hostile environment for customers- kinda makes you wonder what the other employees have to deal with. EEOC may be a solution. As I read these reviews this has been going on for quite some time and Walgreens has failed to address and reprimand this issue which shows they are condoning these types of situations. I have called several times to complain and the manager is never in. There are some amazing employees there but sadly they are outshined by the negative ones. I advise any employee that has to deal with this type of environment to file a EEOC complaint. The reviews show and backdate how long this “ Hostile” work environment has been going on. Best of luck.

It’s been two weeks now and still unable to get my three prescriptions from the dermatologist. Waited in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and still could not get my pre-filled prescriptions. This Walgreens sucks and I do not recommend if you want to get your medicine within the next calendar year .

Worst customer service ever. 13 people in long line and the staff are back behind the counter laughing and talking. Was told my script would be filled in 30 mins at 3:30 but didn't receive it until 5:45. I literally had to tell them to either fill it now or give the prescription back so i could take it to a competent pharmacy. After waiting almost 2 hours it magically appeared. This place sucks! On top of all that, my Mothers prescription was 35 short. Had to call and have the management open an investigation as to why her narcotic prescription was short. Lost me as a paying customer. Giant food and pharmacy seems to be the better, safer choice.

Horrible pharmacy staff!!!!! Morgan is rude and yells at coworkers in front of customers. She also had a very bad attitude!! Jenna, a pharmacist, is rude and unprofessional!!! I called to complain to the store manager and he didn't seem to care about the problem. I also spoke to Julie, the pharmacy manager, and she was rude and inconsidetare....making excuses for her employee's bad behavior. She also interrupted me when I was speaking!! She didn't seem to care about my complaint with her staff either. I'll never go to this Warrenton Walgreens again!!! I've been going here for many years, but will transfer my RX's to CVS now!! I recommend other customers do the same.

Horrid pharmacy. It took them over an hour to fill my daughters prescription after I went through the drive-thru line to confirm filling the doctor’s order. When I pulled up after waiting 30 minutes (they told me 15) the woman walked around to the other employees than came back to tell me to go back through the line. With my sick 2 year old. Got here at 6:25pm didn’t get the prescription until 730pm. Good job Walgreens. This momma will be going to CVS👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

This Walgreens is always extra special. It's the reason I switched from CVS to Walgreens. My son has Type 1 diabetes, and the staff go out of their way to help with supplying medication. It also seems that their beauty/ makeup section has a lot of selections.Edit: a big thanks to Rebecca for helping me obtain diabetes meds for my son.2nd edit: big thanks to Morgan (9/3/22) for going out of her way to make sure my son gets what he needs for his type 1 diabetes. Top notch!Oh and Pam I’m in cosmetics etc. is always so helpful!

I had to go pick up a prescription that I pick up once a month but this trip was different as I was terribly sick with a cold and felt just awful. I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked the pharmacist if there was any way I could add dayquil/nyquil and cough drops. She was great and actually went out into the store for me. I give this store 5 stars not only for this one instance but because every time I go they are always quick and professional. This trip just showed they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Always understaffed and slow. Often my prescriptions are out of stock and must be ordered causing a delay in filling them. I would expect a company like Walgreens to properly staff and drug stock their pharmacies.

So I started my journey trying to pick up a prescription today at 3 pm that was called in for my son by his doctor, well after multiple trips to pick it up here I am sitting in their parking lot at 930 pm STILL waiting. Told everytime " 20 more minutes " well hours in between still not done. Stop lying to your customers and making excuses as to why you are not doing your job. Ridiculous!

Most Walgreens I have been to are good stores. The Warrenton Walgreens is a great store. They are always very pleasant and very helpful. I usually will buy Walgreens brand products because they seem to be as quality as the name brands and the few times I haven't been happy with their product they have always given me a complete refund. Easily a 5 star store!

i attempted to call the pharmacy to have my prescription transferred but they would not answer the phone and after about an hour i decided to give up. i went to pick up my prescription and to to my surprise i was standing in line for 45 minutes or longer. absolutely ridiculous and disorganized staff. unacceptable
