We love this Harris Teeter for a few reasons. Their bakery is always fantastic and make beautiful customized cupcakes. Their sushi staff is friendly, quick, and make absolutely gorgeous platters. We're fans of Kroger brand, and the store is always clean.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Harris Teeter. It's clean, the prices are great (especially with the VIC), and the staff are friendly. However, lately I have seen so many dogs being put into carts and pushed through the store. I don't know what I missed, but this is a place that sells and prepares food. It's not a pet-friendly outdoor restaurant. Please Harris Teeter Management, do something about this as it IS WITHOUT A DOUBT a health hazard.

I go out if my way (literally pass another gattis teeter} to go to this store. It is clean, customer service great, every time I go I leave with a smile on my face thinking " wow, they impressed me again with their customer service. Opposite of the Harris teeter near my home

Melissa in the bakery at Harris Teeter deserves a raise. She is famous on Facebook for making such creative and unique cakes. We reached out to her and asked her to do a smash cake for our sons first birthday party and it was so adorable. I couldn't have asked for better. She could have her own cake business! I will be buying birthday cakes from her for as long as she works here. Thank you!

I like this store. I have found some produce moldy on display, I mean flat out moldy. However, the staff I mentioned this to took immediate action and were apologetic. Customer service is great and their variety of products is vast. This is like walmart almost but better. I appreciate all the seasonal items carried and placed in a prominent location.

Nice store. I am not sure why cashiers pull the groceries out of the shopping cartand then bag the groceries. It feels like it slows the check-out processEveryone was friendly, and the produce was fresh.

Got a sub made by Cody at the deli. He has Excellent customer service and makes a damn good sub! Stanley was our cashier, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having such nice employees.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Harris Teeter in Warrenton. They always go above and beyond to make sure our experience is perfect. When I place an online order for pick up they always either text me for approval of replacements or call me and ask. Today I couldn’t get to my phone so Justin left me a message telling me what he was replacing (and not replacing because two items were expiring today and he didn’t want me to pay for those) I am so impressed with their kindness and professionalism! Great job Harris Teeter!

This place is way better than Wegmans for delivery and pickup. Absolutely love it. I'm not big on big supermarkets, but I use them when I don't feel like going outside (don't judge me).Their customer service has always been polite. Great place

I have to give a shout out to the evening staff at Harris Teeter on 9/6 - especially Montel! I stopped by the store pretty late, needing a last-minute Balloon for my daughter's birthday today. Montel was passing through the deli/floral area, and he stopped to ask if he could help me, since no one was at the counter. He hadn't used the helium tank before, but he jumped right in to fill it up. My daughter was so happy to wake up and see this balloon. HUGE thank you to Montel for making this happen. I'm extremely grateful for his kindness and level of service!

The only place I buy groceries. I find the vast majority of the employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. Yes you run into a grouch every once in awhile but that’s everywhere except Chic-Fil-AI shop on the store, use the pick up option and I’ve had my groceries delivered. All with outstanding results.They carry the high end brands and they have quality produce.

So my issue isn't with this store, but Harris Teeter in general. They're tilting windmills by reinventing the way checkout lines are structured, and I'm wholly unimpressed by their creation. Additionally, it seems there is a lack of what I consider "inexpensive" brands at their stores (a-la Whole Paycheck). All of this said, their store brands are top notch, and their produce is wonderful. I shop here for produce only and prefer Giant for the rest of my groceries.

5 stars for the lady working the meat counter who was very helpful, kind and helped solve a problem we had in finding a product.However, 1 star for the terrible attitude from both the lady serving pizza and the pharmacist who both acted like we were a huge inconvenience in their day for asking them a question. I asked if she had cheese and she acted annoyed because she had to make one.

This is a super clean store with a friendly staff, especially in the meat department. They are super knowledgeable and will quickly stop what they are doing to help. I always feel bad for the deli counter seems like management needs to get them some additional help. They are often overwhelmed with customers. Small observation but I notice it almost every week when I stop in to do the weeks shopping. Either way the store is great just get the poor Deli some help!!

Amazing store! They always go out of their way to help us find whatever it is we're looking for from aloe vera to organic celery to a tiny glass bottle of organic lemon juice.The cashiers are fast and friendly and you never have to wait in line. They always immediately open up new cash registers to make sure we're all moving along quickly.There is no grocery store within 100 miles that can touch how awesome this store is!

Clean, organized, and friendly workers. Better value for the money I find at HT however meat and produce quality is hit and miss now. This particular HT has a lot of workers shopping for customers which can be obnoxious at times. Overall a better experience than other supermarkets.

Really enjoyed shopping at Harris Teeter! The meat selection was great to choose from & even better I saved 28.00 off my order!!! I am surprised they closed down so many! The quality of the fruits & vegetables r excellant source also! Much more quanity aviable at HT then Giant!

Harris teeter is very consistent. Its always clean and great customer service! Megan (cashier) and Cruz (deli) were so friendly and patient since i was helping out my grandfather shopping. He loves this place

I am not a fan of this location. The bathrooms are always filthy! The customer service manager is extremely rude! I will shop at the gainesville store from here on out. They actually care about the store and the people who shop there. Please take a note from publix and wegmans and the store may have a chance! Two stars only because of the couple employees working the registers. Otherwise a 1 all the way

I would consider Harris Teeter a slightly above average grocery chain. They would be under average if they hadn't been bought by Kroger.For the most part, they are overpriced, but you can shop their sales and do fairly well. Their selection is pretty good as they are a pretty large grocery store.As far as Warrenton grocery stores go, they are my favorite followed by Safeway. However, when I have time, I always make my way to Wegmans.

I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter. Most issues, are resolved instantly. The store is clean, the staff is helpful and kind. But there have been a few time where i was greatly disappointed by them.First, I prefer online shopping because of my busy schedule and I feel they do a great job fulfilling my order. Once my credit card was not processed and I provide my card information online when ordering. I assume it was an accident when they forgot to charge the card. The next day I get a call from someone at the Harris Teeter (warrenton) asking me if I canceled my payment. I was very upset and told him his approach was wrong and that question was an accusation of stealing. He seemed un-apologetic. If he had led with “the payment wasn’t processed can we charge the card again” I would have checked my bank app (seen no charge) and said yes.Second, My elderly parents are moving and I’ve asked a few different HT employees to save boxes each time I’ve been told I can have them and to comeback in the morning to pick them up. I comeback to find no boxes. One employee said there were other people waiting for boxes and she’d take my name and number. I finally asked a manager and was told they won’t save them for me because they need them. If that’s the case, then the HT manager should communicate this to all employees so people don’t waste there time.

I love Harris Teeter, they have a lot of food that other stores do not have. But the workers that are packaging orders do not know what personal space is. They will have their cart on one side of the isle and be taking up the rest of the isle. If you ask them to get by you get dirty looks. I was in the produce section bagging up some veggies when one of them comes right beside me and reaches past me to grab something. This was during covid, their mask wasn't on right, and they didn't say excuse me. Please teach these workers to give customers room to shop!I've also gotten old fish from the meat dept. I wish we could smell it before we buy. I paid $30 for old terrible tasting lobster.

This is my first experience with Harris Teeter but it will not be my last. Very clean, good selection and service. Very easy to find what you are looking for. The store brand is good quality while saving money.

I have always liked this store. Due to the pandemic and being a senior I have been using the Express lane. I was called by my shopper to tell me he had substituted my boneless chicken breast with 2 smaller packages. He did ask me if it was okay and I said it was. He never told me the 2 smaller packages were $3.99 a pound instead of $1.79. This purchase cost me more than $10 difference. I also purchased a seedless watermelon and got a mini or personal melon. I called the store and they would not make an adjustment for the chicken and said they only carry one type of watermelon. I saw many people coming out of the store with the regular size. They would not help me even though I said I would bring them back and show them.

Everything went well. Nice store, well stocked, clean, good produce, fresh meats, love the rosemary olive oil bread. Tonight we had rib eye steak and fresh tuna on the grill.
