I'm on disability & was trying toFix surround on bathtub I called Brown's & was quoted $198 For all piece's needed. When I picked them up it was raining so when I got home box was ruined so threw away. went to install & the 2 Corner pieces weren't iwith it I called & she said that would be another $100 I said I want my $ back & she's refusing saying because there's No box Knowing..It had been ruined . I was told I had to go to Brown's for Mobile Home Parts because of size difference & That's Not TrueLowe's had all 5 pieces for $99 Being on disability is hard enough So when you only get so much youCherish what you have. How people sleep at nightKnowing you did that amazes me...

You sell parts but when you guys install them it's a horrible job. From cutting out floor joist to running draining up hill. Your installation just made it past the year warranty. The whole job you guys done was horrible. You might sell what someone needs but don't know how to do a quality installation.

Worst experience in a store. Woman was smoking ... not wearing mask... and screwed my husband out of $400 because she ordered the wrong part and refuses to let him exchange it after telling him he could when he bought it... DO NOT GO HERE

BAD BUSINESS!! 0 STARS!ORDERED REPLACEMENT BATHTUB FROM THEM WAS SENT WRONG BATHTUB AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE TUB BACK OR REFUND MY MONEY! NOW I AM GETTING BLACKMAILED FOR 20 %RESTOCKING FEE! FOR THEIR MISTAKE! NOW BEING TOLD THAT IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER! I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH TAMMY AND SHE DOESN'T CARE!
