Amazing new items this year, including giant umbrellas with LED lighting, extremely nice, comfortable lawn and patio furniture. Prices have gone up a bit, but still well within acceptable guidelines for lawn & garden! Their furniture selection has grown exponentially, but with higher prices than in prior years. Still the most adorable place to purchase lawn decor.

Seems like a very good store. It was clean an the aisles was very easy to get up an down. Had lots of stuff you wouldn't find anywhere else. Great prices.

Love this place. Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and items are neatly displayed. Has a decent selection of dog attire with reasonable prices. Check out is usually pretty quick so you can be in and out.

The beauty and skincare areas could use some more price-tag policing as about 50% of the items I looked at did not have a price anywhere.but by far the cleanest Big lots location Staff are friendly always well stocked

Nice layout Bigger than old location. Love deals here but some cashiers are not friendly at all. Never say hi or say you're welcome when you said Thank you. Seemed like they don't like the jobs. New young cashiers are good more energetic and friendly

The employees get 5 stars as they are great people - but this new store is horrible compared to the previous location. I’ve been going to the Vinton big lots for 30 years or so and never had a complaint till now, the main issue is the new store is always low on inventory, basically empty looking, and it’s very hot in there and the counters (checkout area) are designed wrong and very hard for the employees and customers to check out comfortably (cramped space) - it is way too hot and stuffy in there for shoppers and employees. Fix the air conditioning there is no air circulating and it’s horrible for the workers. Furniture looks nice but have to order it if you want anything. Lots of empty shelves it looks bad.

Love it. I went for Halloween costume things but I was too late. However, they have lots of Christmas decorations for anyone in the market for those. If I buy another Christmas decoration, my husband will murder me!

Love me some BIg Lots!! I used to go to the 220/Franklin Road store because it is closer to my home. However I have recently discovered that the Vinton store moved to Bypass Road right down the street and it is much bigger and has way more items. Also the credit terms aren't bad if you don't carry a balance. Used wisely the Big Lots Credit Card is a blessing. I will be getting my new livingroom furniture soon. Easy terms. Good selection. The staff is helpful and friendly in both stores.
