Great local gem. Fresh produce. Local farm fresh beef and pork. Fresh seafood as well as frozen. We got a couple pounds of halibut and four pounds of salmon. Incredibly fresh. The shrimp looked beautiful and quite large. Prepared foods are tasty and they also sell local honey. Owner operator is friendly and helpful. You can also rent a UHaul. Just say’n’.

Nice selection of produce, jams, and other store goods. The cashier was super friendly, and the random store dog (Willie) is a peach. 10/10 would recommend.

If you want quality, fresh seafood and veggies, this is the place. Great prices, great variety. They carry farm raised beef , fresh baked goods. There's something for all your needs. The butter is so good. Try it at least once . They don't disappoint. Great owner , everyone is down home friendly.

Hadn't been there in years.. they've really cleaned it up and had a lot of fresh seafood selection. I was really impressed. Knew their seafood . I got oysters in the shell, they had a big variety to choose from and they were very fresh and delicious. I will definitely return

Shopped here a few times. Great homemade pies. Bought soft shell crabs from here, always fresh. Seafood is frozen, but good.

Purchased from snow crab legs today and they were delicious!! The young lady that waited on me was super nice. I couldn't decide between the strawberry or cherry pie. I went with the cherry and it was so good!!between cherry or strawberry pie. I went with cherry and it was fabulous.

Do not use this place for uhaul. I did a short trip from Charlottesville VA to Richmond VA and owner charged me for SafeMove Insurance which I never elected to pay for. I have used multiple uhaul locations without problem that did not CHARGE ME FOR ITEMS I DIDN’T BUY. The place is sketchy and I figured the owner would be as well. Now this just proves it.

We are moving down to their neck of the woods. We heard great things about this place so we dropped by. Had a bit of trouble finding it because of its location. Met the owners and they were very friendly and great people. Got a sample of a corn fritter with Amish butter. It was great. Next time I am down that way I am bringing a cooler so I can stock up. I am a firm believer in supporting local business whenever possible and they will be one of them. Beats Walmart any day of the week.

Don't deal with these people for their UHaul service! They charged my friend for a truck rental for 10 days when she only had it 7 days. She was quoted $30 a day with insurance not optional. She then had an astronomical charge 2 days after the truck was returned. Go anywhere else for a truck rental. We are calling their legal department about this.

Hilltop has great seafood and produce and lots of other good homemade products to try....and you can rent Uhaul trucks and trailers there also.

Hilltop produce & Seafood / Their Uhaul service was the best ive had to date! They went out of their way to get me my 15ft truck (they were closed when i went out there cause I'm dumb) but still sent out the keys to me to move out of my home. I will always take my time now to come out to support a true local business. Thanks a ton yall!

My first visit will most likely be my last. I was really looking forward to this visit, because I had heard so much about it. Maybe it was just my bad luck.Anyway, I purchased a 25 pound box of tomatoes and I should have looked at them before leaving, but I didn't take the time. When I got home with them, I discovered that the box contained a total of 19 huge tomatoes. I had to throw out 1 of them right then because it was rotten. Out of the remaining 18, there are 7 more that are bruised bad, but I may be able to use a part of them. I hope to be able to enjoy the remaining 11 though.

Good seafood, baked goods and vegetables!!Wish they would wear masks and require patrons to wear masks in their small space. Thank you. Update ....went back to this market recently and no one had a mask on. Guess we will shop someplace else.
