This is a great store, in a great location. But the ladies room looks like a crime scene. And it's not because of the holidays. It's been trashed for a few months. The handles on the stalls are broken. No soap or paper towels. Trash all over the floor and the toilets are disgusting. The bathrooms really bring down how great this store is.

Surprise!!! I'd driven by it several times and never thought about it. One day my GPS took me there. Place is clean and not too cluttered. Of course it's retail, some freight on the floor, but not blocking access to anything. Staff friendly and helpful. The store was a little dingy. It needs more light, make it bright in there. They had everything I needed, and then some.

Bought a loaf of bread (Natures Own) there May 23, 2023. I went to get a slice out of loaf this morning the entire loaf was molded. I will never go there again!!

This was my go to store when Walmart Market on 460 closed. When James was the manager and the other lady that worked there for years were both there, this was the best place. I’m not sure if there have been budget cuts or changes from the district office, but it isn’t nearly the same. And something needs to be done about the door staying open all the time. At least put in a door that you can open and close as needed. It’s well below freezing for weeks at a time and nothing has been done. I miss this store.

I was impressed with variety. This market is so much better than the typical, smaller Dollar General Store. Pricing was about the same as other food stores. Some items were less, some items more. So best to know your prices before you purchase. Don't assume all prices are lower because it's Dollar General.

I am a regular here and I don’t get upset with much but THIS WAS A HEALTH HAZARD! And it’s happened to me 3 times. I’m 12 weeks along in pregnancy. Well I trying to get healthier stuff for me and my baby. So of course I was shopping in the Fresh produce every time. And one time I got a prepackaged salad that was marked half off which if I didn’t plan to eat it for lunch I would have gotten a fresher one. But upon peeling back the sticker and the cashier checked. IT WAS OVER TWO WEEKS OLD! It could’ve had bacteria that would have hurt me and my baby. Now I will be taking this up with corporate but that wasn’t the only time that happened to me in the last few weeks alone. And I will also say I use to work here over a year ago but I didn’t leave because I was mad with the company. I still shop there all the time but the cashier said the manager in charge of it was the reason for it. BTW THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH A PACKAGE THAT WASNT HALF OFF. I’m furious.

Always have good sales. Veggies and fruit are most times cheaper than the big stores. My biggest complaint now is the price of beer went up 5.00 more. Used to buy the 12 pack 16ounce for 9.95, now 14.95. Why, why. Now get it at my grocery store.

I go to this store quite frequently as I live close by, and I can honestly say I love it, just because they have so much here kind of like a mini Walmart with cheaper prices. The only not so good thing I have to say is, their bread selection is slim and always either at the sell by date or close to it. The “market” side of DG could be much better, seems they get the leftover of the leftovers :/

Great people.Excellent fresh pork, chicken, beef.They also have fresh produce.Great store to pickup essentials.The brand name Clover Valley makes quality inexpensive generic products; i.e. peanut butter, crackers, cereal, canned goods, American cheese, butter, etc.

This is day 4 and this is still what the bathrooms look like. I saw them get them looking clean and presentable one time only when I overheard them say corporate was coming. Before and since it looks like garbage and smells.They let truckers trash the parking lot even though there are signs everywhere that they are not allowed on the premisis. No doubt they are the cause of the trash bathrooms.

Not like some Dollar Generals that have unpacked merchandise in aisles and shelves in disarray. Clean and well mapped. Nice people. You will pay convenience prices but they're not that bad.

While trying to buy a couple of items quickly last Saturday, I experienced a very uncomfortable situation. The manager (I’m assuming because he had the keys) kept interrupting the busy cashiers. When one cashier, a man who was trying to work efficiently, “called him out” for continued interruptions, the manager (reddish-brown hair and a thin mustache), used two different profanities and then threw his keys at another cashier and used a third profanity (the “f” word) for all to hear. His interruptions, short temper, and profanity made it quite uncomfortable for all of the customers in line and caused the cashiers to have to apologize for his behavior and for the delays he caused. I know others were offended at his behavior as I heard them also talking about it.

I give my best regards and thanks to the management and staff at the store for conducting business in an honest, competent and customer-friendly way! I realize that this level of service and cooperation with the customer may not reflect what goes on at other DG stores. I hope that what I have experienced most recently is a sign of overall improvement at DG stores and a sign of better things to come for customers.

Water buckets every where through out the whole store. Bathrooms are horrible. Its atleast a 25 minute wait to get checked out. It's like waiting in line at Christmas time. You can never find help. Always gotta wait 2-5 minutes on someone to help you check out.

Imagine my surprise to find this Dollar General MARKET! In ATL I have yet to have located one of these gems. Finally, someone to challenge Walmart. The very courteous store reps informed me that this store has been in existence for 13 YEARS. Kudos to Dollar General!!!!

Lines long and slow checkout, also bought an item that was marked 4 bucks but sign said 50 percent off and it rang up at 4 bucks. Didn't notice toll later but still bogus...

The store could use a remodel. The roof leaks. Store is not organized well. Sometimes prices are not correct with shelf price and register price. Also they could hire more people and keep people.

I shop at this DG very regularly because it's on my way home from work. They have more than most DG's do as well as amazing sales. Very organized and clean.

I cant get here anymore cause I dont have a car anymore, but I used to drive out of Roanoke about once a month to get a few brands not available anywhere else. In particular were Snaps onion rings and Bar S corndogs. They may not carry anymore.Basically a Dollar General wirh a small grocery store. Some fresh meat and produce. Prices in dairy, frozen and refridgerated cheaper than a standard DG. And of course more selection.
