Terrible experience! I bought a bike and helmet online to pick up at the store. They didn't have it and posted a refund without contacting me. My money was tied up in their 10-day hold. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Sorry for the inconvenience. So they made interest off my money for 10 days (and probably millions of other people while we just have to wait). There is no offer for store credit or anything. Hope they enjoy the interest they stole because I closed my grocery delivery account and will never spend another dime at Walmart. Oh, customer service said they would send me a $25 gift card for my trouble. Never happened. I bought a bike at Target and had a wonderful experience! Customer service is not dead! (It is at Walmart)

Walmart has no customer service; they really should have taken all the money they spent on the remodel and invested in training on Customer Service, you go to the deli counter half the time no one is there to wait on you and when I asked why they took the bell away to ring for service I was told because they didn't like hearing it. You go to the sporting goods counter. You have to go fine someone and if one-person isn't in the store just forget about buying a firearm. So, when you go to Walmart just remember your time and being a customer means nothing to them.

My fiancee and I just left this walmart. It's clean, organized. The staff friendliness is hit or miss but today there was am older woman working at the self checkout section who was just incredible. She was super friendly, attentive and helpful. She gave me a sticker and called me cute!! The best and most unexpected experience of my life!!

Such a fancier looking Walmart than I'm used to. Everyone here is friendly. It's smaller than most, but I don't feel like I could get lost here as easily.

Arrived early for oil change, no one in department found an employee to page someone wait 30 minutes before losing it and leaving other customers had been waiting since 7, 1 hour no manager, no employees nothing.

I have a humana spending card that this store sees as an opportunity to take money from virtually every time I go to this store or send my son to it. In January they took 126 bucks off my card that was supposed to pay for my phone bill. The bill didn't get paid and they acted like it never happened. Every time I use this card at the timberville store they charge me fir things this card is supposed to cover and today they tried to charge tax the card. I'm a disabled handicapped senior who just beat cancer and they don't stop doing this to me.I am going out of my way and traveling to the Harrisonburg stores because I don't have this problem at those Walmart stores. The street manager is unavailable to talk to the customers whenever I try to talk to someone about it in timberville!

Clean and stocked shelves. Seemed to have enough employees working, I saw some working isles. The floors were clean as well. Most of the check stands were open and we didn’t not have to wait to check out.

Absolutely beautiful store, clean, quiet, perfect for an autistic family.Until check out.My autistic son is learning how to count, save, and spend money. As he tried to pay for an item with rolled coins, the cashier tried to refuse the payment, almost causing a meltdown for our son. I told her I counted it and verified it, but the policy is all about the drawer coming up short. I told her it's a policy that reflects they don't trust their customers, which upset her and caused her to be rude the rest of the interaction. This check out was already taking forever due to a 10 minute long failed transaction in front of us. I was told they will never take rolled coins for us again, and will have the manager explain to us next time.Lastly, the only open cashier lanes were the absolute furthest from the door, which is horrible for any physically disabled person.We drove very far out of our way and skipped over our normal Walmart for this visit because my children like this store, it was such a disappointment to be treated as though we were trying to con them out of a few cents rather than help a child become a productive consumer.Should we ever decide to come back, and my son wishes to buy a toy, I'll follow policy and allow him to count out all of his lose change for the cashier.

They remodel the store and you can't find what you're looking for. It's no reason to ask someone that works they have no clue where stuff is either.

Not a productive trip. I called round 11am to buy a tire and have it mounted. I was told that 2 pm would be a decent time to come in, as the shop was busy. So, I showed up just before 2pm with my wheel. The tire size was verified and I was informed that the guys were going to lunch and there would be an hour wait. Finally, around 5:15 pm , I brought my wheel home with out a tire.

Ridiculous! Waiting on a prescription to be filled, told give us 15 minutes, ok go browse, come back says another 5 minutes, ok wait, gave them an additional 9 minutes, have waited 29 minutes, then I'm told it's gonna be probably an hour.... how about not wasting my time! I could have left 29 minutes ago and returned had I been told to begin with.

Your one stop shop for almost anything, from groceries to clothes to electronics, plus a pharmacy, automotive, optical shop, garden center and a gas station. There are many self-checkout kiosks with a limited amount of cashiers as well. Newly renovated and highly recommended.

Even when the employees look a little tired, their customer service is wonderful. My cashier and other front-end employees were very friendly and took good care of my needs. Mikey in electronics was very caring of my needs and took good care of me. Shelves were well stocked and I easily found all my needs for our semi-truck and more. It was quit a pleasant shopping experience. I naturally feared for our truck while shopping so asked customer service before shopping. They assured us that as long as our truck was parked well out of the main parking, no one would bother it. I spent more money here because I felt like I had time to shop. I will shop here again when next we are in this area. I love this Walmart store.

**Update**While it is still convenient to go here, their handicapped electric scooter shopping carts betteries die not long after a customer starts using it, leaving them stranded in the middle of the store leaving the manager to have to help people to get a different cart that soon dies as well.It's conveniently located for us and they usually have everything we need. Not to mention, the manager Malik is the ABSOLUTE best!!!

Was in Timberville Walmart Friday,July 27th, 7:00 PM. Was in line at least 45 minutes. One register open and I’m not doing my own checkout. There were 3 people ahead of me. Girl with long blonde hair at register. Lady at the beginning of the line had 2 carts of groceries. About 20 bottles of wine.The guys in front of me said I could go in front of them so I did. It was taking forever so eventually they opened up another line. The guys that let me in front of them went to that line. It was still taking forever so I moved behind the guys. Very nice girl named Faith couldn’t get vegetables to weigh so she tried to get attention of 3 employees that were standing there the whole time I was in line.Finally Faith got the attention of someone who’s name was Teresa. She said something to Faith about not knowing how to do the vegetables. So Teresa acted like she could do it and it still didn’t work. Took the vegetables to 2 different registers while Teresa took the register apart. Then she tells Faith to close the register. At that point I was mad. Faith was nice enough to finally ring me up.Teresa said something in front of the 2 guys about me and they both looked over at me. All this going on for a long time while 3 employees stood there gossiping. If you check your camera you will see the whole thing. Between 7-7:35 PM.Every time I go there employee’s are doing nothing. I don’t get paid to checkout my own groceries.Guess I’ll just go to Foodlion from now on.

I've been shopping in this Walmart since it opened in T-ville. I'm sure, I'm not alone in saying, The new layout is a huge upgrade, but now we need a 3D map attached to the inside of the carts..... Luckily the Pharmacy didn't change much.

It was exceptionally busy today but they had everything I needed and things were acceptably clean. Shelves were being stocked and staff was polite. If it had been pristine and amazing I would have given another star 🌟 But for it being a busy day, not having to wait but 1 minute to be checked out by a live person was pretty impressive.

I always do pick up. I never have to wait and almost every time it's early. I've never had a problem or issue. I'm not too picky so I let them substitute what ever needs to be without an approval since they make good choices. I hope this pick up never ends being I prefer not going in places. It's perfect for people like me. I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from anxiety or other things in that nature. Thanks Walmart. I greatly appreciate you.

I really do like Walmart supercenter because there's practically anything you need at Walmart. And if you cannot find it in the store then you have the opportunity and ability to order it online. The one thing which I enjoy mostly is the affordable prices in the store. Even if there have been some mass shootings in Walmart literally it still doesn't make me scared to go and shop at Walmart or online and thank goodness they can deliver if you are too scared to go in person after some terrible incident.

If you are a DVD collector "DO NOT BUY YOUR DVD's" from Walmart! If something is wrong with the DVD they will exchange it only one time, after that you are out of luck! You are out of the money & you are stuck with a DVD that won't play right! And for the record my DVD player, plays my other DVD's and I have no problems!
