All Harbor Freight stores sell the same merchandise. This store has great staffing. It starts with a great store manager. It results in helpful employees who are customer service oriented. Cal and Trish have always been helpful.This flagship store is well stocked, neat and clean.

Great customer service. Called from Richmond for a miter saw on sale, from the second they answered the phone to picking it up in the store they had the best customer service. I wish this group was at the Richmond location! Thank yall again!

Great store to go if you're a do-it-yourself type of person. They have just about every tool that you could ever need at great prices. Some of the cheaper tools are exactly what they are cheap tools so sometimes it's not best to go with the lowest price tool. That being said they still beat most other competitors prices own mid grade and some high-end tools. Good customer service at this location.

I enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. You can check on line to make sure that the item you want is in stock.I go in for one item but end up walking the store a time or two, and always buy items I had not planned on.

Don't listen to any nonsense you hear about harbor freight selling garbage - this stuff is perfect for everyone except top tier contractors and large scale operations, mostly because the warranties are less impressive than what Dewalt sells and you can't really run a buy-to-return scam on harbor freight.I've outfitted an entire woodworking shop from harbor freight and I've got zero complaints.My operation is small and meant to be my home maintenance and side gig workshop. For the past year, I've gone through dozens of projects and never once has anything gone wrong that was the fault of my Harbor Freight tools.If you're like me and you're not looking to outfit an entire contracting crew and then RMA the tools when the busy season is over, this place has got you covered.If you're a hobbyist or a solo operator on a budget, hot can't beat this place.Between harbor freight and some of Walmart's Hart lineup of tools, I've assembled a very nice little workshop that I've been earning about -$12k/month out of for most of 2023, and as I grow my business and expand into making even fancierstuff, I expect I'll easily be able to make even more.I've spent about $4k at harbor freight assembling almost everything I have to do it with, and when something has gone wrong, it was 100% operator error.These tools aren't bad at all. The warranties aren't amazing and you won't be able to swagger around being the envy of everyone during Woodworker Fashion Week, but if you're actually interested in being equipped to do the job and git 'er done?Harbor Freight's probably got something for you.

Haven't been in a harbor freight yet I didn't like lol. Except I never realized they closed at 6 on Sunday. That erked me a bit but I got there in time to exchange my welder for a new one, but no time to look around. I'll know next time. Other then that I love HF.
