What is your average 7-Eleven in the area. The store was nicer than many and basically clean. The coffee area was a little dirty, however. The associate was friendly.

This is a family establishment not connected with 7-Eleven only in product's & name. There Rude they have uncleaned area's. The office is packed with merchandise that's unsuitable for worker's to go around there's no room to move, & it's unsafe. It's unsanitary, the counters are unclean, floors, & area's. They beg for money for there own children so they don't have to buy there data, or games on there own. They let under age children work in this building. They have drug deals going on to the side if the establishment. The people come in to get change sit at machines waiting playing them just to wait for the next deal or customer for there drugs. The employees cuss. They do not do there job's correctly, & very little if they can. They care not about having any consideration for anyone who comes in there. If you ask me I wouldn't go to it &try another 7-Eleven, or convention store & not give this place any money your encouraging this establishment & the Rude people who work here to do as they like. The filth in this place is unsanitary & they think it's right to do as they like & be as unperfessional to whomever they chose to.

Every time I go in the store to pick up a mobile order at This location 1160 portsmouth blvd there is an older white lady that’s usually outside smoking comes in and has a complete attitude like chasing you down to make sure you completed the mobile Order… I was like look lady I’m already on my next order please back up off of me she was literally chasing me out the store let me see let me see I got to see it I call that a mental condition She going to run up behind the wrong person and get socked out.

A Hispanic man was in front of me, I heard him say something about his phone and pointed to it. The cashier name candys said “oh you want a lottery ticket” and proceeds to print a lottery ticket. When she hands it to him he says “no” My phone needs internet. This time it was much clearer what he said but the cashier said she couldn’t understand him. So I repeated it for her. She then started to cuss the Hispanic man out with real curse words telling him he made he print a lottery for $10 and there non refundable. The gentleman keeps repeating that he sorry and walks out the store.I couldn’t believe she was taking to him reckless and refused to even try to understand what he was saying. Next time she should be slow to anger and slow to speak.

"At 7-Eleven, our doors are always open, and our friendly store teams are ready to serve you."If I could put a negative number I would - you have to place at least one star to post.This evening your "doors" were CLOSED when patrons needed your help most. My granddaughter and a friend were denied access to your store as they were seeking shelter from the tornado that hit Suffolk VA. They had driven into the path of the tornado and were able to turn around just in time - hoping to seek shelter in a secure area other than their auto.If this is 7-Eleven policy I hope it is reviewed immediately.

Save your money. This place is completely disgusting and the employees are rude. Walked in and asked to use the restroom. Unfortunately it was no longer to the public. I just got off of work and never had any issue before. However, the rudness was uncalled for. Take your money elsewhere I refuse to buy anything after that.

This is by far the superior gas station if you are living in this are of Suffolk, or travel to it frequently. It's a 7-Eleven so it has all the comforts of one. I personally know the Franchise owner and he also owns the one on Godwin Blvd. you can frequently see him in the store making sure things are handled correctly. The only problems I've ever had here is the over flow from Heritage Acres. There has been fights and such from that community at this location as well as even an accidental shooting.This is why they lost 1 star from me, even tho thats not their fault.

If you're looking for cheap gas close to the highway, this is the place to stop at. The fuel is always one of the cheaper places in the area. Plus they have all the usual things you expect to find in a 7-Eleven like drinks, food, and slot machines.

It's a "maybe or maybe not" when it comes to fresh coffee and hot cocoa options. Customer service can be excellent one day and not great at all the next day depending on who's working.

We are from Georgia yet raised in VA. We don't have 7-elevens in Georgia so whenever we make trips home to VA we look forward to coming to ANY 7eleven to get a coke slurpee and chips or cookies. We came back in November, Christmas now this weekend because family member in hospital...this locations machine hasn't worked. We have to go up 13 miles to next 7eleven location in Chesapeake. We will never come to this location.

This place is the goat. The pizza is meh but if you are trying to get a quick snack then yessir this is the place. For some reason the ground seems to be sticky when you walk like something was spilled. Other than hit this piece up.

Well I had my neice with me and we stopped at this location to use there bathroom . We was told no we could not use it . I ask why are the bathrooms built with the building if we the customers aren't allowed to use them . Would it be nice if I would have allowed to use the restroom on yalls floor ....... Unsatisfied customer . Thank heaven for food Lion .
