Not as attentive to customers needing help. I've wandered in and out and all around...all over the store...several times without ever once being asked if I needed assistance. I was helped by a very nice young man on one trip, after I'd stood at the paint counter almost 10 minutes, waiting for someone to assist. I've felt invisible every time I've been in this store.

Great Service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they have unlike other big name hardware stores where half of your time is spent looking for someone to help you...then when you do find an employee they dont have a clue.These guys are ready to help right at the door...and on the phone.Clean and Organized. Conveniently located.

They don't have everything but sure do pack a lot in that store. The prices are much better than you might imagine. They beat Lowes on some things.
