I have tried since March to come in and wash my dog. I never got an answer or return call. I tried calling again yesterday, and finally got a hold of someone. I asked if they would be open on Saturday, and the lady I spoke with even reserved the large tub for my dog at 11. It is now 11:04 and the sign on the door says closed. No one is around. Even the sign on the door says they open at 9 on Saturdays. Why make an appointment for someone then not show up? I have other things to do, as well as the owner I'm sure, but why waste my time when I'm trying to patronize your business? This was my last effort.

Unreliable. Scheduled appointment at the time the owner suggested. Waited 1.5 hours in the parking lot. NO SHOW. Left 3 msgs that day. Got a return call the following day. Rescheduled for the follwing Saturday at the time the owner said. Heard 2 different times during the convo, so I waited for over 30 minutes, thinking I had the time wrong. Still NO SHOW. I won't try a 3rd time.

Excellent. My dogs love coming here. I love the fact that I can bathe one and the owner bathes the other. We are done in 45 minutes. No stress on my dogs. We leave together. We are all happy. The owner truly cares about dogs. She is the best.

AMAZING! Pat was more than understanding with our sweet rescue pup Max. He is anxious and losing his vision but Pat worked with him and was amazing. She is the only person we would ever trust with our little one. Great prices as well!!

Had a great experienced at Staunton Dog Wash using their self-serve dog wash. My dog did not really like the metal tubs but she will probably feel more comfortable after we go back a few times. They also trimmed her nails for me for a very reasonable price. She hates having her nails trimmed but they were very gentle and calm and she did great!

Wonderful place to take your puppers when they need a bath and their nails done! Our dogs love it. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, they care about your beloved pets and it shows. In and out. No overnights or keeping them there all day. Appointments are recommended.

I took a rescued dog here who was a mess! He was covered in burrs, his fur was matted to the skin to the point the poor thing couldn't even walk well because he was in pain and he was plain filthy! I brought him in to get a price on grooming and as soon as she saw how bad it was and how uncomfortable he was she immediately started cutting out burrs for him! She stayed past closing to help out a dog in need when other groomers wanted to give me an appointment a week away and charge me twice as much! She cut all the burrs out and got me an appointment the next morning to bathe and groom him and didn't charge me any extra even though it took alot of extra work and time. He felt so much better and we both are so very thankful for your kindness! Great people, great prices! :)

This has been a great experience for me and my pup. So much easier than trying to give him a bath in the tub. Pat is easy to talk with and very helpful. So happy to have found a place where I can bathe my dog myself. There should be more of these! Thanks, Pat!

I was looking for a groomer closer to home, I saw Pats add and I read the reviews on her sight and thought I would give her a call. I called her and with the things she said she was going to do for my dog, I decided to try her. I was never so disappointed, my appt. was at 10:00 and she told me that she was going to bath them 2 time, clean their ears. clip their nails and cut their hair. I left my dogs at 10: 00 and went to do some errands, when I returned at 1:00 she had my dogs hall way done and stuck them back in the cage hard done. She put my dogs back so she could work on other dogs, so I left and she call me at 2:00band said the dogs were done, what a joke, my dogs were clipped so bad and they smelled like they was not bathe. I called her cause I was upset that I spent $80.00 for nothing and she got rude with me and said I can't be pleased. Well I take my dogs to puppy spa and they do a wonderful job, do I guess I can be pleased. I will never take my dogs there again, I might have to drive farther but I know my dogs are in good care. I would never send anyone to place of business. She could have tried to do something ,like groom them right.

I have used the Staunton Dog Wash for the past 2 years to self-bathe my dog. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The staff is very warm and caring. Pat, the owner, will give you instruction on the proper way to wash your dog. The benefits of taking your dog to a place like this are:1. The prices are based on the size of your dog ($15 for my medium-sized dog)2. The cost of shampoo, use of their water, towels and drying machine are included in the price3. There is no mess to clean up afterwards.4. The bathing tubs are at waist level - no need to break your back bending over to wash your dog.5. Only an extra $5.00 cost for a technician to cut your dogs nailsI have been in the shop and have seen them bathing and grooming other dogs and they do so with the utmost care and professionalism!

I would urge everyone to call Pat. Staunton Dog Wash LLC is the best. Our Charlie looks so handsome after Pat finishes grooming him. He smell's so good. Nail's are trimmed. Ear's cleaned. Pat's prices can't be beat and she is so good with our pet's.

I took my larador retriever to self-bathe there for the first time this month. My dog is generally very anxious at the vet, etc. Pat and her staff were patient, well informed and walked my dog and I through the process with both expertise and compassion. A wonderful experience for both dog and owner. The fees were reasonable and the facility was very clean. Thanks and we will see you again soon!

Excellent people, that really care about their animals. We have both dropped off our dog and stayed and washed him ourselves, and would do both again. The drop off service is great in a pinch, and they do a very thourough job. I really enjoy staying and useing their awesome setup to wash the dog myself. It is a positive bonding experience, and I can tell that Jake appreciates it. And rahter than stink up my bathroom or freeze outside I can go to the Staunton Dog Wash, put on an apron, stand up by their large tubs, and give Jake a through cleaning, while we both stay warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The owner was unprofessional to my mom. When my mom called she started to speak about politics. When my mom brought her dog the next day she did not treat my mom with respect. She refused to give the dog a bath. Mom did not want to put the dog in a crate, so told her she would walk him until she was ready. She told my mom she had an attitude.
