Staff was rude, not willing to help or answer questions and seemed very tired and overworked! A higher copay ($67 difference) Variance from the previous CVS I used!!

Thank God the CVS Pharmacy on Churchville in Staunton, Va was able to fill my husband's blood thinner yesterday. My husband could have had another stroke, because had not didn't have this Rx for over 7 days. Then I received a message from my CVS Pharmacy stating his Rx was out of stock. TheN told me to call them. They never answered their phone, because they are super busy! I stood in line for 45 minutes to be told I could go to other CVS Pharmacies to see if they could fill. Now why couldn't this information be in a text?

This CVS needs corporate intervention. Literally every month there is an issue with my prescriptions being filled. Whether it's being alerted that the prescription is ready for pick up (and it's not), or the staff not knowing how to utilize the same co-pay assistance card, it is always something. Please take your prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy needs new staff and/or management.

Staff and pharmacist are very friendly and helpful. Even the pharmacist will jump in to help out at the counter or drive-thru window when other clerks are busy.

A very good CVS. One can both find what one is looking for and check out in a few minutes. Everyone is friendly and polite. Prices are pretty good on most things.
