It’s finally opened. We are here on the first day and we like it a lot. Staff are very nice and it’s clean. It’s similar to the Whole Foods in Old Town Alexandria but it’s bigger.Update: 2024 March, the hot food and salad bar section is not as good as the one in Alexandria. You can see the salmon is very dry and the garlicky kale doesn’t have any sauce on it. Kind of disappoint for me. I will be going to the Alexandria Whole FoodsFor hot foods and salad bar instead.

Excellent location, newly renovated. The workers are kind and helpful, and the healthy, organic food options are truly something to behold.The high prices are to be expected, but the great experience, high-quality products, and thoughtfully-laid-out store more than make up for it.

Beautiful store. If this is the direction Whole Foods is heading in nationally I'm here for it. Bright with lots of light, nice open layouts, and the great assortment that Whole Foods is known for. I regularly shop the location on Duke Street, but drive to this location every so often for a change in pace. It's a very pleasant store.

I stumbled upon the Whole Foods and was blown away by the vibrant selection of produce. The tomatoes were the reddest I've ever seen, and the array of in-season fruits like mangoes and grapes made my mouth water. As if that wasn't enough, the pastries were a delightful surprise – not only did they look inviting, but they tasted absolutely delicious. Whole Foods has definitely won me over with its quality and variety!

I was picking up some Amazon orders and the front desk was so disrespectful and rude, she was sitting there. When she handed me the packages she looks like very upset, I told her what’s with the attitude, and as soon I left the counter she called me a name. She should not be working there.

Newly location with dramatic expansion in stock assortment. High quality products reasonably priced. Well trained staff very helpful. Hot tables with nice variety of prepared dishes for takeout, including fresh pizza. Great produce selection.

I went to this location for the first time. Well stocked. Lots of people , when I sat down to have a break on a table for four, a man came and told me he was sitting there, there were no other tables available, so I left. The self service check out malfunctioned, staff is very helpful, they helped me checkout!

Thanks for including Local food companies. Demeter's Pantry Enchiladas and The Greek Table meals, a local woman onwned small business, are here, at the prepared foods. At the grand opening today.

@wholefoods Senior management.. come to this store, find a team member named Beza, bottle up her positive energy, her amazing attitude and attention to customer satisfaction and send it to every store. What a delightful person.Btw - she had ever to ask me to leave the cafe but could see I was almost done with my dinner so let me finish it. I realize that this doesn’t work every time but I left with a smile. Thanks Beza

Such a great store - very clean and well-stocked.. Staff are so helpful. Love the rotisserie chicken without a lot of spices (dietary restrictions). Premade mashed potatoes are very good.

Whole Food has truly outdone themselves with their crème brûlée. It’s a masterpiece of creamy texture and perfectly caramelized sugar - a testament to the culinary skills of the chef behind it. I love this new Whole Foods store. Bigger store, bigger selections. The cafe sitting area is nice and have ample tables and chairs. I bought breakfast; the breakfast selections aren’t much, but had enough for me to choose from.

Love this place! Found delicious olive bread. Was a little sad that they sold chicken chorizo but w pork casings. Do not think they know about the danger of mammal meat for alpha gal syndrome sufferers. Hope they can sell pure chicken chorizo w/o pork soon.

This store closes at 9pm. Why did they even bother moving to this location if they still want to operate under the same hours as when located in the middle of nowhere.The store is too small for this area. Always out of stock on produce and the little produce you can find is old. Parking is a nightmare.If you cannot seriously invest in our community and build a store that is large enough to accommodate the population and stay open past 9pm, go back to West Springfield. Fair Oaks and Duke locations both stay open until 10pm.Would much rather have Trader Joe’s in our area.PS - They are deleting negative reviews because people in the community hate this pitiful store. My second time leaving this review. Build better stores and you won’t get negative reviews.

Some of the staff is not as nice as they used to be. Some of them seem extremely rude and arrogant and I’m not very happy with the parking situation and they do need an additional crosswalk. I saw someone get hit there by a car and it’s extremely dangerous. I cannot believe that Whole Foods who is owned by Amazon is subjecting us to such danger. I know that it’s been brought to their attention but their excuses that it’s the people that own the parking lot I disagree. I think it’s their doors open both in an out on the sides and they need to park in safety parking driving and safety crosswalks. It’s their responsibility to help their patrons stay safe.

I came in at 8:20pm, 40 mins before closing time in hopes to order a pizza for my family and was told by the ladies that work in the kitchen that "pizza was closed". In other words they refused to make me a pizza 40 mins before the store closed. Horrible customer service.

Very disappointed in the customer experience, went to drop off a return from amazon dnd the worker was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Definitely would recommend visiting a different location.
