We bring our dog to Dogtopia because of our busy schedules. He loves it. And it makes us happy that he gets the same love and attention there that we give him at home. We are relieved to see that we don't have to stress or worry about him, while he's at Dogtopia. And that's super important to us. Our boy Million is so friendly and that's nurtured at Dogtopia. He can be himself and enjoy the company of the Dogtoipia team and his BFFFs. And the activities and events are are really cute. Million loves it there and so do we!!

Very pleased with the great friendly service and how genuinely the staff appreciated and accepted my dog for a groom. Rates are very reasonable and my dog was very happy when we picked him up. Groomer did a fantastic job bathing, cutting and trimming (and getting to know him)! We will be coming here again.

I wanted to leave my dog here a few times before I left a review, he's gone to Dogtopia for boarding about 4 times since we started coming here. I really like the staff and it's nice to be able to watch him on the camera. The only thing I wish is that they had an outside area for them to play. Other than that I really love the fact that I can leave my dog here and know that he will be taken care of. Tha k you to the staff and ownership for loving my Xerxes like he's there own. ❤️ plus it's nice that he's exhausted when he gets home.

Super quick and efficient drop-off and pickup process. Payment plans are easy to update. The staff are all kind and courteous dog lovers. Our puppy wags his tail immediately upon walking in the door and is so happy to see us at pickup. He comes home super chill and ready for dinner, water, and a long nap curled up with one of his humans. We love this place!

Our dog Poppy loves Dogtopia of Springfield so much. We have taken her multiple times for daycare, boarding, and grooming, and have always had a great experience. Robby the groomer is awesome, and makes sure he knows the cut you're looking for. We love that we can catch a peek of how she's doing on the webcams, and always see her tail wagging as she plays with her buddies.

Dogtopia is a great place. The owner is awesome and she cares about all of her clients. The staff is young, energetic, and professional. They're great with all of the animals. They also have webcams so you can check on your canine family member any time. My sister-in-law also takes her dog here. You can't go wrong.

It's been difficult for me to find an accommodating groomer and Robby at Dogtopia has been absolutely wonderful time and time again over the year. He's always thoughtful and seems to actually care about my dog. Here's to many more doggy groomings spent here 🎉

This place is home away from home for my Staffordshire Terrier. I can leave her with them and trust them completely. My dog has been coming here a year, and for the few issues, they have handled it fairly and kindly, exactly as I would as a loving dog owner would. I can’t say enough about what a caring positive environment Dogtopia is! Oh...and they have a yearbook!

I went to petopia to get my schnauzer a haircut. The groomer and I discussed what I wanted; I wanted a standard schnauzer cut but with less agressive eyebrows and beard. The groomer said he knew exactly what I meant and did not ask for further details.The attached pictures are how my dog came out. In no way does he resemble a schnauzer cut, but his beard is choppy and not smooth. Same choppy chunks of hair are taken out of his legs which are also way too short. He didn't cut the hair on his tail, or his belly hair. Finally there were still mats in-between my dogs toes.

Robby is a fantastic groomer! I’ve taken my pup to him now twice, and she always comes back looking great and happy. He does a wonderful job and cares for her well, which means a lot to this dog mom! Prices are very fair and service is quick. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about this doggie-daycare! My boy has been going about 3 days a week for most of his life. The employees are phenomenal, they take such good care of him. Amber (owner) is almost always there & is so sweet-you can easily tell how much she loves what she does & all of the dogs. The communication is also beyond fabulous: social media, webcams, phone calls-even report cards! My boy has boarded there & has also been groomed; the extra services are so convenient & affordable. If you're looking for a safe, fun environment, this is the place!

Our dog Merlin gets so excited to come here. They really do care about the dogs and seem to treat them with lots of love. And we love the occasional special events and things like picture days. The staff also works with you to resolve any issues and will even call if needed. If we had to complain about one thing it would be that we would love to see report cards more consistently about how the dog did that day and that's such a small complaint. This place is a doggie dream.

The staff is wonderful. I like the dogs are separated by size and I can log on through the app to see how my little guy is doing. The fun events throughout the month with the photos show how much the staff enjoys their work.

Location is easy to get in & out. Love the camera system. Wish it had some outdoor/fresh air space. I think it’s weird (& apparently so does my pup) for dogs to ‘potty’ in doors. It took my dog 3 days before he pooped on the floor. Also my pup got kennel cough there, probably from all the bowl sharing.

This was our first stay at the Springfield Dogtopia. It was absolutely wonderful! Pugs Rocky and Ollie loved it! Staff there is great, very attentive. The pugs both had baths and nail trims and smelled great when we picked them up the next day. I really like the webcam and did check in a couple of times. Thank you to the staff of Springfield Dogtopia for taking such good career of my guys! We’ll be back!

DOGTOPIA is awesome! My dog 🐕 really enjoys her social gathering with her friends and the staff. This place is beyond great. Dogtopia not only cares for your pet, but they treat them as their own. You have a peace a mind when traveling for business or personal when leaving you furry baby. My furry baby have been apart of this wonderful place for over 10 years. You will not be disappointed 😌. My pup just start his first day a couple days ago and I'm in love. The staff is amazing. They are all very welcoming and professional. Husband and I started bringing our dog here as our usual daycare unfortunately has to close due to the pandemic. This place is located not far from Costco in Springfield, and so far, our dog has been enjoying her time there. Staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, and the hours are generous (bonus points on early hours during the work week). Also love that they have different play areas for dogs based on size/temperment. And there's a webcam you can access via your account to see the dogs playing and stuff.You do need to call or book appointments online at least 24 hrs in advance to make sure your pup can be looked after by staff. I had a work emergency where I needed to put my dog in daycare that same day. A quick phone call and the staff were able to accomodate taking my pup for the day. So when in doubt, do call cuz the staff do their best to accomodate.And like all doggie daycare, your pup will have to undergo an evaluation to make sure the pup can get along with others and staff. Prices are average for the area but the convenience and location can't be beat.

I tell ya, Dogtopia is a week oiled machine... So far we have pursued doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming services - all of which were stellar. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Groomer is amazing and really tries his best to accommodate your requests. Everyone there treats your pup(s) like their own. Great place - highly recommend!!

Grandpuppy loves going there! Excellent staff and providers. They truly care about Floyd's happiness. The employees are always very friendly. Our dog had surgery and sent a letter that said we hope he gets better. Dogtopia is great, he loves going every time! He always comes back exhausted and happy!

Despite my previous review about Dogtopia Springfield, I had to update my review and remove the 5 stars with a one star, the place has changed a lot. They only care about how to get your money. You have to sign an enrollment payment, they take your money in advance! Previously, I used to buy in advance passes for more than a month, but I was in control of my money, now they take the money sometimes twice because they are in control of your credit card! Booking grooming is very difficult with the groomer, but what? The staff will give your dog a bath and you pay for the bath and blow dry but your dog is wet and smells nasty!!The attitude has changed with arrogance. I’m very disappointed. I had to take my business to another place where they care about me and my dog not only about how to collect my money.
