The CVS Pharmacy at 8928 Burke Lake Road is wonderful. I grew up in Kings Park and the Pharmacy was an important part of my life , always there when I needed help or advice. 48 years later, I find the staff to be just as responsive and professional!

Alyssa at Monroe and Douglas was rude and outright lied about a so called 4 day delay in filming scripts when I asked why rx was filled by Monday when hospital called then in Saturday. She was extremely combative.

Rejected call all most every time I call to check on prescription status. Make it to the store and told to come back in an hour but still waited another 45mins afterwards. Very poor service, if this is not the only option, go elsewhere so it can save your time

Drive thru pharmacy is very convenient! Just be sure not to catch them on lunch break from 1:30-2 PM. Quick and easy to grab your prescription.

This CVS do not answer to prescribers. I called waited a long time. Called again x3 No answer. I can send electronic Rx but when I noticed some flaw in their record on controlled meds I want to inform them. I did not send Rx on the date they recorded I did. My patient did not pickup that medicine on that date but they recorded as patient picked up. Something is not right. I do not believe these days they are sooo busy w vaccine shots.

Samina, the old fat short female, just tries to not work until all machines are proven broken. Might as well hire more machines and none of Samina.
