The corner store, located in Sperryville, Virginia, is a really neat General Store. They have an assortment of general food items needs, fresh steaks, and seafood along with a huge wine selection. We like to frequent this place and pick up some of the various bread loaves they carry. I suggest the Russian black bread. It pairs really well when warmed up with a homemade honey butter spread. We also are in love with the different types of yogurts they have in their cold case.The staff here is friendly and can help answer local questions. It's an interesting little town, Sperryville Virginia. This quaint store is just part of the picture.

This little store has all the major grocery items that you might need when traveling to the Shenandoah valley. They have packed sandwiches, cheese, ham, fruits, packaged goods, and even alcohol. The price is reasonable, and the vibe is great.

This is a wonderful spot to pick up something delicious and uniquely Rappahannock. They have the best yogurts, ice creams and home made cookies.They are especially wonderful to support local producers like us by stocking our local zinnia seeds. Thank you!

They need some classes on customer service. I have not had one person that is friendly yet. Pricey to say the least. But there is an excellent pizza place right there at the store.

Great little shop which has most of the stuff you need on daily basis. We were looking for marshmallows and crackers. Wife was sure this shop wouldn’t have what we were looking for. Not only we found everything we were looking for plus we found one one amazing pecan brownies. Very reasonable prices. There have some fresh fruits and vegetables too. Fresh baked bread and cookies. The shop was full of smell of fresh baked goodies. Everyone was wearing masks. Organic options and Apple Pay available. They had ton of wine and cheese collection.

Update: Totally redone and has even more great things, from normal grocery store faire to wines, cheeses and local sourced baked goods and soaps.Not what I was expecting, but somehow even better. Such a great selection of wine, cheese, bread and pastries that it was hard to choose. I'll definitely be back.

The Corner Store is a throw back to a bygone era. It doesn't have everything but for those visiting Shenandoah and staying in the area, it's a great stop. Groceries, fresh produce, brick oven pizza, drinks, they do it well. Not the cheapest but the only real store for a number of miles in any direction. We live 30 minutes from the park and it's a regular stop.

This is likely one of the best corner stores I've been to. Amazing selection of meats, cheeses, and chocolate, not to mention wine and beverages in general. You can tell they take time to curate interesting things from the area while being concious of different tastes. A great store!

This fantastic store has it all. They have fabulous made to order sandwiches, specialty items and high quality groceries and meats. As an added bonus, it is attached to the wood fired pizza restaurant. On your day trip to Sperryvile, don't skip this stop.

Just the best country store I've ever seen. All the basics plus fresh produce (literally bought the sweetest corn I've ever had there), a great meat counter, and a really nice wine section. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

The Corner Store is the only!!! semi grocery in Rapp.Great selection, (for getting by), great staffing. Milk,eggs, fresh meat, seafood, beer, wine, some taters & vegetables, wine, beer, T.P.!, nice breads & prepared offerings, beer, wine.What more do you city slickers want?Ciggies? Too bad, so sad.Go back to traffic 😒 if it ain't nuff.

Fabulous selection of meats, cheeses, bread (seriously good bread), breakfast treats, beer and wine. Deli counter can also make sandwiches to go, in the back is RPK (Rapp. pizza kitchen) and connected is Francis, a really great bar. We sat and had a couple cocktails and ordered in a pizza and salad. We are definitely coming back, worth the trip from the DC area!

Sometimes you don't want to go all the way into town for a gallon of milk or a stick of butter... This may justify the high prices. That said, with the restaurant creeping in to the store area I now feel like I'm interupting people's meal when I go here. It's kind of uncomfortable. Maybe others without a sense of entitlement will feel the same. The deli has good meat. It's a convenient place. I'm just not a fan of " let's see how many business avenues we can cram into this small shop"
