Place was horrible... on real register, and good luck getting a person to operate it. When finally got food, it was room temp at best and pictured is a large fry, that was laying on its back side with fries appearing to be falling out. I stood it up on its bottom and as you can see, about a small fry equivalent. I try not to go to McDonald's period and this is why. Places are always dirty, they hire the most incompetent people... it's always a horrible experience.

Restaurant has a strange smell when entering, bathrooms were dirty. When I received my food my burger beard was flat. The top of the bread was not shaped like a mushroom, but flat like the ends of a loaf of bread, my wife fish fillet was over cooked. If we were not already on the highway headed to my destination of travel I would have gone back to the counter to get both sandwiches redone. Terrible display of food. If I traveling down 95 I will not stop at this McDonald’s anymore.

So I had to circle back because they charged me for McDoubles but gave me single cheeseburgers. So we went back and the lady threw the cheeseburgers in the trash and gave me the McDoubles they were supposed to give me. We left and I opened it to see this is what the sandwich looked like. Complete garbage service and absolutely disgusting like who would eat that? How does one even make a sandwich that looks like that? Gross don’t go here

OK. Experience. My wife and I stopped by McDonald's this morning to grab breakfast. We spent 15 minutes in line at the drive through. We finally place our order at 10:20am and we're told that they are no longer serving breakfast....Even though the breakfast menu was still up at the drive through and we had just spent 15 minutes in line. The cashier then asks us what we want even though the breakfast menu was still. We asked them to switch to the regular menu so that we could order and they said that we would have to wait for the menu to switch automatically. So we left.

Honestly, after I order my food and my kids sit down. We needed to wash our hands. The restroom and the seating were disgusting. Want and said something to the young lady and I was told there is some cleaning stray that I could use. I will never go back only stop there because we had a three-hour ride back home from Kings Dominion.

Nice, clean restaurant. This location had the new ordering terminals, so no need to wait in line at the counter. Ordering at the terminal is clear and easy. The ordering interface makes it way to customize your order so you get exactly what you want.After ordering, picking your number, and paying, give your seat and the staff brings your order to you. Staff is very friendly and cheerful.One thing I didn't like about this location is the floors at slick. If it's wet outside or they're mopping the floor, the floor becomes very slippery. Take caution!

Went there on a Saturday just before closing. They close at 11 pm and we got in the drive line at 1040. There was a long line and we finally got to the microphone to order after waiting 20 minutes and they said they were closed and had no more food left. Waited for nothing. Most respectable establishments would place cones after the last car at closing time but this place had so many people waiting I guess they are slow and incompetent. Location is convenient right off the highway but won’t stop here again.

Horrible! Had a milkshake spilled on my daughter by one of the workers and they still tried to charge for the replacement. Ordered large fries and they were half gone already. The sweet tea wasnt sweet. Manager acted to busy to care about any of it. 8/24/19 @ 4 pm

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered 2 milkshakes. A large, that was barely half full. And a chocolate shake that had squirt of chocolate on the bottom. The employees are just hanging out on their phones nonchalantly doing orders half done. This place needs better management.
